在有效质量近似下利用打靶法求出Ga1-xInxNyAs1-y/GaAs量子阱中的本征能级En, 并通过费米黄金规则计算电子-LO声子由第一激发态到基态的散射率和平均散射率随温度、阱宽以及氮(N)和铟(In)组分变化的规律. 计算结果表明: 在In 组分恒定的情况下, 随着N组分的增加, 散射率和平均散射率增加; 在N组分恒定的情况下, 随着In组分的增加, 散射率和平均散射率减小; 随着温度的增加, 在温度较低时散射率和平均散射率随温度的增加变化不大, 在温度较高时随温度的增加而增加; 随着阱宽的增加, 散射率和平均散射率都是先增加到一个最大值, 然后再减小, 最大值出现在阱宽200 Å附近. 计算结果对Ga1-xInxNyAs1-y/GaAs量子阱在光电子器件应用方面有一定的指导意义.

A new method was applied to modify the surface activity of virginal carbon black (VCB). LA‐57, one kind of hindered amine light stabilizer, was adsorbed onto the carbon black surface through a strong shear force induced by the screws of a HAAKE internal mixer. The modified carbon black (MCB) was characterized by FT‐IR and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The bound rubber content of the natural rubber (NR) compounded with MCB and VCB varied with the fraction of LA‐57 on the MCB surface. The nonlinear effect at small strains, generally referred as the Payne effect, was investigated in the rubber compounds based on the different bound rubber contents. The NR compound containing the lowest bound rubber content had an obvious Payne effect. Based on the bound rubber content, the types of filler network varied from direct contact mode to the joint rubber shell mechanism. 相似文献

Cytokinin (CTK) dehydrogenase is responsible for regulating the endogenous CTK content by oxidative removal of the side chain. Herein, we have applied fluorescence method to study the interaction between CTK dehydrogenase and CTK in vitro and obtain some parameters of their interaction. We found that addition of isopentenyl adenine can quench the fluorescence of CTK dehydrogenase, and the quenching mechanism was to be a static quenching procedure. We have measured the number of binding sites n and the apparent binding constant K and have calculated the thermodynamics parameter ΔH, ΔG, and ΔS by fluorescence quenching method. Based on thermodynamics parameter’s results, we concluded that their binding reaction was both entropy driven and the enthalpy driven, and the Van der Waals force and hydrogen bond force played a major role in the interaction. Based on the synchronous fluorescence spectrometry results, we demonstrated that the binding site between isopentenyl adenine and CTK dehydrogenase is in the microenvironment of both tryptophan and tyrosine. The fluorescence signal of coenzyme, flavin adenine dinucleotide, decreases gradually with the addition of isopentenyl adenine. And this method can be used for isopentenyl adenine routine assay. Under optimized experimental parameters, the linear segment increases from 0.6 µM to 100 µM with a regression equation of ΔF = 0.04 + 0.15cip (r = 0.999, cip in µM) with the detection limit of 0.15 µM iP. 相似文献

Single photon pulse ranging system with extremely high sensitivity has been widely used in distance measurement and 3D imaging. To analyze the factors that affect the measurement precision and accuracy will help to improve system performance. According to system structure and principle, we mainly discussed the following factors: laser intensity, pulse width, detection efficiency and time jitter. A simulation model based on Monte Carlo stochastic method was constructed in this paper, and we get the specific influence of factors on measurement precision and accuracy by simulation. Thin films of pentacene were deposited by vacuum sublimation onto amorphous carbon, glass, silicon and mica substrates, then characterized by X-ray and electron diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic-force microscopy (AFM). Sub-monolayer films consist of dendritic islands, which change to more compact fractal shapes upon transforming to a multilayer structure (with decrease in surface area) prior to complete coverage of the substrate. Increased crystallite size was obtained by heating the substrate during deposition and by post-deposition annealing. Irradiation with 200-keV electrons was found to destroy the crystallinity of the films after a dose of 0.6?C/cm2 (or 2?C/cm2 if the specimen is cooled to 90?K during TEM observation). We argue that, despite this moderate radiation sensitivity, TEM under near-optimal conditions can image monolayers of pentacene with sub-nm resolution. 相似文献

介绍了一种条带束流位置监测器(BPM)的设计与仿真方法。在国家同步辐射实验室“太赫兹近场高通量材料物性测试系统”工程项目中,针对波荡器出口处真空室非正交对称性的问题,设计了矩形真空室和跑道形真空室下的两种非正交对称性条带BPM,并与传统的圆形真空室下条带BPM进行对比。基于边界元法,利用MATLAB软件分别对三种真空室下的条带BPM进行建模和仿真。仿真结果表明:相对于传统的圆形真空室下条带BPM,矩形和跑道形真空室下条带BPM灵敏度提高了30%,阻抗匹配误差相对降低了20%,束流位置拟合误差降低了80%。考虑加工精度,矩形真空室下的条带BPM更适用于该工程。 相似文献

We demonstrated a femtosecond mode-locked Er:Zr F4-Ba F2-La F3-Al F3-Na F(Er:ZBLAN)fiber laser at 2.8μm based on the nonlinear polarization rotation technique.The laser generated an average output power of 317 m W with a repetition rate of 107 MHz and pulse duration as short as 131 fs.To the best of our knowledge,this is the shortest pulse generated directly from a mid-infrared mode-locked Er:ZBLAN fiber laser to date.Numerical simulation and experimental results confirm that reducing the gain fiber length is an effective way to shorten the mode-locked pulse duration in the Er:ZBLAN fiber laser.The work takes an important step towards sub-100-fs mid-infrared pulse generation from mode-locked Er:ZBLAN fiber lasers. 相似文献

We study theoretically the geometric phase of a double-quantum-dot(DQD) system measured by a quantum point contact(QPC) in the pure dephasing and dissipative environments, respectively. The results show that in these two environments, the coupling strength between the quantum dots has an enhanced impact on the geometric phase during a quasiperiod. This is due to the fact that the expansion of the width of the tunneling channel connecting the two quantum dots accelerates the oscillations of the electron between the quantum dots and makes the length of the evolution path longer.In addition, there is a notable near-zero region in the geometric phase because the stronger coupling between the system and the QPC freezes the electron in one quantum dot and the solid angle enclosed by the evolution path is approximately zero,which is associated with the quantum Zeno effect. For the pure dephasing environment, the geometric phase is suppressed as the dephasing rate increases which is caused only by the phase damping of the system. In the dissipative environment,the geometric phase is reduced with the increase of the relaxation rate which results from both the energy dissipation and phase damping of the system. Our results are helpful for using the geometric phase to construct the fault-tolerant quantum devices based on quantum dot systems in quantum information. 相似文献

ABSTRACT The microstructure evolution and property change of four kinds of low silicon cast aluminum alloy exposed to heat for 0–50?h at 200°C were studied by means of Brinell hardness test, tensile property test, friction and wear property test and XRD analysis. The results show that with increasing thermal exposure time, the tensile strength of each group of samples decreased and the amount of wear increased. The tensile strength of samples with more Si content decreased slowly. When the time increased to 50?h, the increase of wear loss was the largest. The hardness of samples after thermal exposure increases compared with that before thermal exposure. The residual stress of (311) diffraction crystal surface of AlSi3.5Mg0.66 under different thermal exposure time was measured. The type of residual stress changed from residual tensile stress to residual compressive stress after thermal exposure. There is an abnormal phenomenon that the hardness of the sample increased and the amount of wear increased, and it is evident that the distribution of residual stress was inhomogeneous after thermal exposure. It is found that with increasing thermal exposure time to 50?h, the average lattice distortion ε of the low-index crystal plane and the high-index crystal plane in the aluminum alloys gradually increased. 相似文献
