We studied hydrogen-bonding assemblies in a series of dumbbell-shaped hydrazine derivatives, namely oxalyl N',N'-bis(3,4-dialkoxybenzoyl)-hydrazide (BFH-n, n = 4, 6, 8, 10) and oxalyl N',N'-dibenzoyl-hydrazide (FH-0). It has been demonstrated that NH-1 protons of BFH-n precipitated from tetrahydrofuran (THF) or dimethylformamide (DMF) were involved in intramolecular H-bonding to form 6-membered rings. Meanwhile, NH-2 protons of BFH-n precipitated from THF formed intermolecular hydrogen bonds with C═O groups of neighboring molecules, while NH-2 protons of BFH-n precipitated from DMF formed intermolecular hydrogen bonds with C═O group of neighboring DMF molecules. C═O, -CH(3), and -CH groups of DMF molecules participated in multiple intermolecular hydrogen bonds with the -N-H and -C═O groups of FH-0 molecules in single-crystals formed in DMF, leading to a double helix morphology with a pitch of 24.2 ? along the c direction. Both left- and right-handed helical micrometer-length ribbons with nonuniform helical pitches were observed in an achiral BFH-10 xerogel precipitated from DMF.  相似文献

Complexes [Zn2(HL1)2(CH3COO)2] (1) and [Zn2(L2)2] (2) were synthesized with salicylaldehyde semicarbazone (H2L1) and salicylaldehyde-4-chlorobenzoyl hydrazone (H2LASSBio-1064, H2L2), respectively. The crystal structure of (1) was determined. Upon recrystallization of previously prepared [Zn2(HL2)2(Cl)2] (3) in 1:9 DMSO:acetone crystals of [Zn2(L2)2(H2O)2]·[Zn2(L2)2(DMSO)4] (3a) were obtained. The crystal structure of 3a was also determined. All crystal structures revealed the presence of phenoxo-bridged binuclear zinc(II) complexes.  相似文献

A glucose biosensor based on a nanocomposite made by layer-by-layer electrodeposition of the redox polymer into a multilayer containing glucose oxidase (GOx) and single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) on a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) surface was developed. The objectives of the electrodeposition of redox polymer are to stabilize further the multilayer using a coordinative cross-linked redox polymer and to wire the GOx. The electrochemistry of the layer-by-layer assembly of the GOx/SWCNT/redox polymer nanocomposite was followed by cyclic voltammetry. The resultant biosensor provided stable and reproducible electrocatalytic responses to glucose, and the electrocatalytic current for glucose oxidation was enhanced with an increase in the number of layers. The biosensor displayed a linear range from 0.5 to 6.0mM, a sensitivity of 16.4μA/(mMcm(2)), and a response time of about 5s. It shows no response to 0.05mM of ascorbic acid, 0.32mM of uric acid and 0.20mM of acetaminophen using a Nafion membrane covering the nanocomposite-modified electrode surface.  相似文献

We propose a process for determining approximated matches, in terms of the bottleneck distance, under color preserving rigid motions, between two colored point sets A,BR2, |A|≤|B|. We solve the matching problem by generating all representative motions that bring A close to a subset B of set B and then using a graph matching algorithm. We also present an approximate matching algorithm with improved computational time. In order to get better running times for both algorithms we present a lossless filtering preprocessing step. By using it, we determine some candidate zones which are regions that contain a subset S of B such that A may match one or more subsets B of S. Then, we solve the matching problem between A and every candidate zone. Experimental results using both synthetic and real data are reported to prove the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献
