Theoretical and experimental study of the biamperometry for irreversible redox couple in flow system

The biamperometry for the direct determination of irreversible redox analytes in flow system has been proposed based on coupling two independent and irreversible couples to form the biamperometric detection scheme. In this work, the method is studied both theoretically and experimentally. Equations describing the current–voltage characteristics and the current–concentration relationship are presented. The influence of the applied potential difference (ΔE) and the half-wave potential difference (ΔE1/2) between two irreversible couples on the method are discussed. It shows that small ΔE1/2 is favorable to construct the biamperometric detection system and to achieve high sensitivity and selectivity. Increasing ΔE leads to an increase in sensitivity. This is, however, accompanied by a decrease in selectivity and signal-to-noise ratio. To construct the biamperometric scheme for the irreversible systems with large ΔE1/2, two approaches, adjusting acidity of supporting electroyte or adding new irreversible couple, are proposed by taking uric acid/platinum oxide and phenol/permanganate systems as examples. 恒定二价与三价阳离子比为3(nM2+/nM3+=3),采用共沉淀法制备不同Cu含量的系列水滑石前驱物, 800 ℃焙烧4 h形成复合氧化物(CuO质量百分数分别为0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、30%、40%)用作柴油车排放碳颗粒物燃烧的催化剂,并采用XRD、BET、TG-DSC、FT-IR、TPR等表征手段研究了Cu、Mg含量对材料前驱物物化性能的影响及对其衍生复合氧化物催化碳颗粒物燃烧性能的影响.结果表明,Cu、Mg含量对材料的热稳定性、比表面和催化氧化活性有显著的影响. Mg有助于提高催化剂的热稳定性; Cu含量增加,催化剂比表面下降,但比表面不是影响催化剂活性的主要因素. CuO含量为15%时,催化剂具有最好的催化活性和稳定性,碳颗粒物的起燃温度(T10)和半转化温度(T50)分别为336 ℃和409 ℃.在CuO含量≤30%时可以形成结构完整的水滑石前驱物, CuO含量为40%时出现Cu(OH)2杂相; CuO含量< 20%时,经高温焙烧可得到均匀的复合氧化物, CuO含量≥20%时出现CuO偏析. TPR结果表明焙烧温度和复合氧化物的组成决定了材料的可还原性能. 相似文献

描述了毛细管电泳电感耦合等离子体质谱(CE-ICP-MS)联用技术的单T型接口,自行设计了双T型接口,并对两接口的分析性能作了比较。解决了接口中的常见问题,使用节流阀减小自吸作用并降低了CE分离物的稀释倍数,排气阀使提升量保持稳定。经考察得知,采用自吸作用提升液流流量稳定,其重现性RSD小于5%;双T型接口较单T型接口对CE分离更有利。采用双T型接口联用时,CE分离La、Ce、Nd混合离子迁移时间RSD小于2%,MS信号RSD小于15%,且不同浓度样品经CE分离后其MS信号基本呈线性关系。 相似文献

Altered metabolism is a critical part of cancer cell properties, but real‐time monitoring of metabolomic profiles has been hampered by the lack of a facile method. Here, we propose real‐time metabolomic monitoring of live cancer cells using 13C6‐glucose and heteronuclear two‐dimensional (2D) NMR. The method allowed for metabolomic differentiation between cancer and normal cells on the basis of time‐dependent changes in metabolite concentrations. Cancer cells were found to have large in‐ and out‐flux of pyruvate as well as increased net production of alanine and acetate. The method also enabled evaluation of the metabolic effects of galloflavin whose anticancer effects have been attributed to its specific inhibition of lactate dehydrogenase. Our approach revealed previously unknown functional targets of galloflavin, which were further confirmed at the protein levels. Our method is readily applicable to the study of metabolic alterations in other cellular disease model systems. 相似文献

The nature of hydrated protons is an important topic in the fundamental study of electrode processes in acidic environment. For example, it is not yet clear whether hydrated protons are formed in the solution or on the electrode surface in the hydrogen evolution reaction on a Pt electrode. Using mass spectrometry and infrared spectroscopy, we show that hydrogen atoms are converted into hydrated protons directly on a Pt(111) surface coadsorbed with hydrogen and water in ultrahigh vacuum. The hydrated protons are preferentially stabilized as multiply hydrated species (H5O2+ and H7O3+) rather than as hydronium (H3O+) ions. These surface‐bound hydrated protons may play an important role in the interconversion between adsorbed hydrogen atoms and solvated protons in solution. 相似文献

Recent studies have shown that circulating microRNAs are a potential biomarker in various types of malignancies. The aim of this study was to investigate the feasibility of using serum exosomal microRNAs as novel serological biomarkers for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). We measured the serum exosomal microRNAs and serum circulating microRNAs in patients with CHB (n=20), liver cirrhosis (LC) (n=20) and HCC (n=20). Serum exosomal microRNA was extracted from 500 μl of serum using an Exosome RNA Isolation kit. The expression levels of microRNAs were quantified by real-time PCR. The expression levels of selected microRNAs were normalized to Caenorhabditis elegans microRNA (Cel-miR-39). The serum levels of exosomal miR-18a, miR-221, miR-222 and miR-224 were significantly higher in patients with HCC than those with CHB or LC (P<0.05). Further, the serum levels of exosomal miR-101, miR-106b, miR-122 and miR-195 were lower in patients with HCC than in patients with CHB (P=0.014, P<0.001, P<0.001 and P<0.001, respectively). There was no significant difference in the levels of miR-21 and miR-93 among the three groups. Additionally, the serum levels of circulating microRNAs showed a smaller difference between HCC and either CHB or LC. This study suggests that serum exosomal microRNAs may be used as novel serological biomarkers for HCC. 相似文献
