不同添加物和制备方式对Al2O3热稳定性的影响

通过水溶液成胶和丙三醇络事助成胶制备了不同的结构的γ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３,研究了Ｌａ,Ｓｉ,Ｂａ以及Ｌａ,Ｓｉ和Ｌａ,Ｂａ双组分改性对它们结构热稳定的作用,讨论了改性元素的引入方式及硅铝比的影响。结果表明,丙三醇络合助成胶能明显提高Ａｌ２Ｏ３的比表面积和孔径,并能显著改善Ａｌ２Ｏ３的热稳定性。     

分析基因表达产物降钙素基因相关肽的高效液相色谱和电喷雾质谱法

报道了应用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)及电喷雾 (ESI)质谱对基因表达产物降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)进行非在线鉴定分析 ,获得了满意的结果。实验表明HPLC及ESIMS在分析鉴定未知样品中具有互补性;二者联用提高了分析的速度及准确性。     

Ni-Mo氧化物超细粒子催化剂的制备与表征

以柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备NiMoO4超细粒子催化剂.使用DTA、BET比表面测定、XRD和LRS等表征手段考察了热处理条件和焙烧温度对粒子结构的影响.结果表明,在氩气气氛中于210℃分解干凝胶中的柠檬酸,可以避免柠檬酸分解时燃烧大量放热而引起超细微粒的烧结,脱除柠檬酸后的超细粉末为NiMoO4.经400℃以上的高温处理后,微粒明显晶化.     

混杂[2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24-八(庚基)酞菁][四(4-吡啶 基)卟啉]合钇 (III)二层配合物的合成及其谱学和电化学性质

用四(4-吡啶基)卟啉(H~2TPyP)与乙酰丙酮钇(III)[Y(acac)~3.H~2O]反应,生成单层配合物Y(TPyP)(acac)。将其与4,5-二(庚基)二氰基苯混和,后者在DBU催化下发生四聚反应,生成混杂[2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-八(庚基)酞菁][四(4-吡啶基)卟啉]合钇(III)二层配合物Y(TPyP)[Pc(C~7H~1~5)~8]。该化合物用紫外-可见、近红外、红外及质谱等进行了表征,并用循环伏安法(CV)和差示脉冲法(DP)研究了其电化学性质。     

Visible-light-induced,autopromoted nickel-catalyzed three-component arylsulfonation of 1,3-enynes and mechanistic insights

A light-induced, nickel-catalyzed three-component arylsulfonation of 1,3-enynes in the absence of photocatalyst is reported.This methodology exhibited mild conditions, broad scope and high efficiency, and its synthetic utility has been demonstrated by a concise total synthesis of sulfone-containing drug molecule. Polymyxin B Combined with Minocycline: A Potentially Effective Combination against blaOXA-23-harboring CRAB in In Vitro PK/PD Model

Polymyxin-based combination therapy is commonly used to treat carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAB) infections. In the present study, the bactericidal effect of polymyxin B and minocycline combination was tested in three CRAB strains containing bla_OXA-23 by the checkerboard assay and in vitro dynamic pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) model. The combination showed synergistic or partial synergistic effect (fractional inhibitory concentration index ≤0.56) on the tested strains in checkboard assays. The antibacterial activity was enhanced in the combination group compared with either monotherapy in in vitro PK/PD model. The combination regimen (simultaneous infusion of 0.75 mg/kg polymyxin B and 100 mg minocycline via 2 h infusion) reduced bacterial colony counts by 0.9–3.5 log₁₀ colony forming units per milliliter (CFU/mL) compared with either drug alone at 24 h. In conclusion, 0.75 mg/kg polymyxin B combined with 100 mg minocycline via 2 h infusion could be a promising treatment option for CRAB bloodstream infections.

Effects of protonation and metal coordination on intramolecular charge transfer of tetrathiafulvalene compound

A protonated bifunctional pyridine-based tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) derivative (DMT-TTF-pyH)NO3 and a copper(II) complex Cu(acac)2(DMT-TTF-py)2 have been obtained and studied. Electronic spectra of the protonated compound show a large ICT (intramolecular charge transfer) band shift (Deltalambda=136 nm) compared with that of the neutral compound. Cyclic voltammetry also shows a large shift of the redox potentials (DeltaE1/2(1)=77 mV). Theoretical calculation suggests that the pyridium substituent is a strong pi-electron acceptor. Crystal structures of the protonated compound and the metal complex have been obtained. The dihedral angle between least-squares planes of the pyridyl group and the dithiole ring might reflect the intensity of the ICT effect between the TTF moiety and the pyridyl group. It is also noteworthy that the TTF moiety could be oxidized to TTF2+ dication by Fe(ClO4)(3).6H2O when forming a metal complex, while the protonated TTF derivative can only be oxidized to the TTF*+ radical cation by Fe(ClO4)(3).6H2O even with an excess amount of the Fe(III) salt, which can be used to control the oxidation process to obtain neutral TTF, TTF*+ radical cation, or TTF2+ dication.     

YbB6的能带结构和光电导率谱的解析

用密度泛函（GGA＋U）方法研究YbB6晶体的电子结构。采用FLAPW方法进行计算,获得了比较精确的能带结构信息。分析了YbB6能带结构的特征与Yb-B6簇间成键情况的联系。在此基础上计算YbB6的反射率、介电函数、光电导率和能量损失函数等光学常数,结果与实验值符合比较好。对其光电导率（实部）和能量损失函数谱进行详细分析,对谱峰作出指认,阐明了各谱峰与能带间电子跃迁的联系,证实了前人对谱峰所作经验指认的合理部分,补充和纠正了前人经验指认的不足和不准确之处。     

苯基重氮盐-冠醚分子嵌合物的FAB-MS及其准分子离子生成机理的研究

Fast atom bombardment mass spectra of a series of arenediazonium salts with various substituents complexed with 18-crown-6 and dibenzo-24-crown-8 ethers were examined. The correlation between quasi-molecular ion abundance of various complexes and the properties, coordination ability of donor-acceptor linkages in the complexes were studied. By using molecular orbital calculation we have successfully demonstrated that the correlation cited is related to the electron cloud densities on the heteroatoms α-N and β-N of arenediazonium salts.
