Hollow ZnS and ZnO architectures are fabricated by employing Zn(5)(CO(3))(2)(OH)(6) microspheres as the sacrificial template. Zn(5)(CO(3))(2)(OH)(6) microspheres can be effectively converted into the core/shell structured ZnO/ZnS composites (in the Na(2)S solution) and hollow ZnO architectures (in the KOH solution), by a spontaneous ion replacement reaction at room temperature. Removing the core by the KOH treatment of core/shell structured ZnO/ZnS, hollow ZnS spheres with different shell thicknesses can be effectively achieved. The obtained hollow ZnO architectures exhibit unique geometrical shapes, and their walls are composed of nanocrystals, which are connected to each other to form their hemispherical or circular shape. A possible formation process from Zn(5)(CO(3))(2)(OH)(6) microspheres to core/shell structured ZnO/ZnS composites is proposed by arresting a series of intermediate morphologies.  相似文献

A novel spontaneous ion replacement route based on the solubility difference as the driving force to synthesize a number of metal oxides has been established. We present a comprehensive study on the ion replacement reaction for chemical synthesis of micro- and nanostructured Mn2O3, ZnO, CuO, CdO, Al2O3, and CaO samples. This novel approach described herein is derived from the solubility difference between two carbonate salts, in which a metal cation can be driven from one liquid phase into another solid phase in the solution system. The resulting metal carbonate salts are initially formed and subsequently calcined to form highly crystallined metal oxides. The variation of pH values, reaction temperature, and reagent shapes can vary the solubility of these two carbonate salts, which thus changes the final morphology of metal oxides. The present work makes a progress to simply and mildly synthesize metal oxides with various morphologies, due to the fact that materials with a desired morphology are a key engineering step toward their shape-dependent chemical and physical properties.  相似文献

This study synthesized Fe3O4 nanoparticles of 30–40 nm by a sonochemical method, and these particles were uniformly dispersed on the reduced graphene oxide sheets (Fe3O4/RGO). The superparamagnetic property of Fe3O4/RGO was evidenced from a saturated magnetization of 30 emu/g tested by a sample-vibrating magnetometer. Based on the testing results, we proposed a mechanism of ultrasonic waves to explain the formation and dispersion of Fe3O4 nanoparticles on RGO. A biosensor was fabricated by modifying a glassy carbon electrode with the combination of Fe3O4/RGO and hemoglobin. The biosensor showed an excellent electrocatalytic reduction toward H2O2 at a wide, linear range from 4 × 10?6 to 1 × 10?3 M (R2 = 0.994) as examined by amperometry, and with a detection limit of 2 × 10?6 M. The high performance of H2O2 detection is attributed to the synergistic effect of the combination of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and RGO, promoting the electron transfer between the peroxide and electrode surface.  相似文献

A master-slave visual surveillance system is composed of one fish-eye panoramic camera and one dynamic pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) dome camera. In order to make PTZ dome camera zoom into all targets of interest in panoramic image, the fish-eye panoramic camera is fixed inclining towards the gravity direction, which may cause more obvious distortion. This paper proposed a novel method for the distortion correction of captured panoramic image based on the midpoint circle algorithm (MCA). The method uses incremental calculation of decision parameters to determine the pixel positions along a circle circumference, and both of the vertical and horizontal are rectilinearised. Experimental results show that our correction method based on MCA is efficient and effective. In particular, due to its low computational cost, our method can be applied on embedded camera platform without any extra hardware resources.  相似文献

We investigate two high frequency Raman overtone and combination modes of graphene named 2D' and 2D + G bands, and located at ~3240 and ~ 4260 cm–1, respectively. The graphene thickness and stacking geometry effects for these two modes are systematically studied. The features of the 2D' band, which arises from intravalley double resonance, are not sensitive to the variation of thickness with single Lorentzian peak and fixed linewidth. We explain it theoretically by calculating the phonon dispersion mode in k‐space and find that the flat band region of longitudinal optical phonon near Γ point is the mechanism leading to the 2D' band nonsplit. With the thickness increasing, the band position exhibits blueshift and the linewidth increases for the 2D + G band. With changing thickness and stacking geometry of graphene, the intensities of these two high‐frequency bands show obvious different evolution compared with that of G band. Hydrogen ions are ideal charge carriers for rechargeable batteries due to their small ionic radius and wide availability. However, little attention has been paid to hydrogen‐ion storage devices because they generally deliver relatively low Coulombic efficiency as a result of the hydrogen evolution reaction that occurs in an aqueous electrolyte. Herein, we successfully demonstrate that hydrogen ions can be electrochemically stored in an inorganic molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) electrode with high Coulombic efficiency and stability. The as‐obtained electrode exhibits ultrafast hydrogen‐ion storage properties with a specific capacity of 88 mA hg?1 at an ultrahigh rate of 100 C. The redox reaction mechanism of the MoO3 electrode in the hydrogen‐ion cell was investigated in detail. The results reveal a conversion reaction of the MoO3 electrode into H0.88MoO3 during the first hydrogen‐ion insertion process and reversible intercalation/deintercalation of hydrogen ions between H0.88MoO3 and H0.12MoO3 during the following cycles. This study reveals new opportunities for the development of high‐power energy storage devices with lightweight elements.  相似文献

A new electrochemical immunosensor for the detection of α‐1‐fetoprotien (AFP) was developed based on AFP antibody (anti‐AFP)‐functionalized organic/inorganic hybrid nanocomposite membrane. To fabricate such a hybrid composite membrane, 3,4,9,10‐perylenetetracarboxylic acid‐bound thionine molecules (PTCTH) were initially doped into titania colloids (TiO2), and then gold nanoparticles and anti‐AFP were immobilized onto the composite film in turn. Comparison with the electrode fabricated only with thionine not 3,4,9,10‐perylenetetracarboxylic acid, the immunosensor with PTCTH exhibited high sensitivity and fast electron transfer. The presence of gold nanoparticles provided a good microenvironment for the immobilization of biomolecules, enhanced the surface coverage of protein, and improved the sensitivity of the immunosensor. The modified process was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The surface topography of the membrane was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Under optimal conditions, the proposed immunosensor exhibited a wide linear range from 2.5 to 200.0 ng/mL towards AFP with a detection limit of 0.5 ng/mL (S/N=3). The stability, reproducibility and precision of the immunosensor were acceptable. Comparison with the conventional enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the present method did not require more labeled procedures and washing steps. Significantly, the detection methodology provides a promising approach for other proteins or biosecurities.  相似文献

在液芯光纤内产生共振拉曼效应,可以提高拉曼光谱强度10^9倍。样品(被测物)的浓度、模吸收系数、光散射系数和模耦合系数决定光纤最佳长度。该技术分子光谱研究提供了一种新实验方法,在痕量分析、液体中少量分子相互作用研究等方面有很大的应用潜力。低浓度的β-胡萝卜素(β-carotene)在CS2中和I2在CS2中的拉曼光谱被得到,其浓度分别是1×10^-13mol/L和1×10^-14mol/L。  相似文献
