DNMR study of the azacrown ether conformations in solution

The NMR methods (including ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, variable temperature method and the novel ID EXSY technique) were employed to study the conformation of azacrown ethers 1—5 in solution. There are two classes of conformation in which the azacrown ethers exist in solution according to their molecular structure. Two kinds of intramolecular motion of the azacrown ethers were observed, one is the vibration of the macrocyclic ring and the other is its inversion. The ether rings which contain oxygens are more flexible than that constructed by nitrogens in the present case because of the tetrahedron structure of the nitrogen atoms and the hindrance of the groups Ts connected to the nitrogens. Some thermodynamical parameters of the ring inversion process were obtained.     

Synthesis of novel N-aminoethyl cyclic polyamines

Two novel cyclic polyamine derivatives bearing double ammoethyl groups have been synthesized.The synthetic intermediate,N-p-toluenesulfonyl-a-ziridine,was prepared employing an improved procedure.

借模板法由6,9-二氧杂-3,12-二氮杂-十四烷-1,14-二醇分别与4-甲基(或氯)-2,6-二溴甲基苯甲醚在乙腈中, 以无水碳酸钠为缩合剂, 制得两种尚未见文献报道的含中心功能基氮支套索冠醚化合物: N,N'-二羟乙基-16-甲基-18-甲氧基-6,9-二氧杂-3,12-二氮杂-二环[12.3.1]十八-1(18),14,16-三烯(4a)和N,N'-二羟乙基-16-氯-18-甲氧基-6,9-二氧杂-3,12-二氮杂-二环[12.3.1]十八-1(18),14,16-三烯(4b)的钠离子络合物3a和3b。4a和4b经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱证实其组成和结构。借四圆衍射仪测定了3b的晶体结构和分子结构。     

The Decarboxylation and Dimerization Product of 1-Methylindole-3-Fumaric Acid-2,4-Bis-(1-Methylindol-3-YL)-2-Methyl-γ-Butyrolactone-4-Carboxylic Acid

The decarboxylation and dimerization product of 1-methylindole-3-fumaric acid was elucidated as 2, 4-bis-(1-methylindol-3-yl)-2-methyl-γ-butyrolactone-4-carboxylic acid. Some of its derivatives were also prepared.

Separation of positional isomers by cucurbit[7]uril-mediated capillary electrophoresis

A novel macrocyclic molecule, cucurbit[7]uril (CB[7]) was for the first time employed as an additive in capillary electrophoresis (CE). In similarity to other macrocyclic molecules, such as crown ethers, cyclodextrins (CDs) and calixarenes, CB[7] can form inclusion complexes with a variety of guest molecules due to its inner cavity. Thus, it can be used like other macrocyclic molecules to manipulate selectivities in CE. During the running process, CB[7] bears a positive charge under the studied pH range (pH 2.5-7) and can be adsorbed onto the inner wall of a fused-silica capillary, leading to a reversal of the electroosmotic flow (EOF). Electrophoretic behaviors of nitrotoluene, nitrophenol, nitroaniline, and methylaniline isomers were studied under various conditions. The electrophoretic separations of the isomers can be accomplished with a buffer containing CB[7]. Furthermore, a probable separation mechanism in the presence of CB[7] was also proposed.

葫[n]环联脲(n=5,6,7,8)与两种重氮氟硼酸盐的包合作用研究

用核磁共振氢谱和紫外-可见光谱滴定法考察了葫[n]环联脲(Cucurbit[n]uril,n=5,6,7,8)与对甲苯重氮氟硼酸盐和4,4′-联苯二重氮氟硼酸盐的配位情况,并用曲线拟合求得形成的包结配合物的稳定常数.结果表明,不同空腔的葫[n]环联脲对不同尺寸的重氮氟硼酸盐具有很显著的选择性包结作用.在相同条件下,与葫[6]环联脲相比,葫[7]环联脲更易于容纳苯环.同时,随着酸性的增强,葫[n]环联脲上的脲羰基质子化程度加大,使得其配位能力有所减弱.     

含吡啶环系和中心功能基氮杂冠醚的合成研究

合成了氮杂大环化合物Ⅰ－Ⅳ，并通过＾１Ｈ ＮＭＲ、ＭＳ和元素分析表征了它的结构，对其中间体（７）的合成方法进行了改进，使收率得到了大幅度提高，探讨了在不同温度下的成环反应，结果表明，室温有利于成环和提高反应收率。     

新型2,6-双(3,5-二取代吡唑基-1-羰基)吡啶的合成

报道了四种吡唑衍生物和它们四种新型的杂环酰胺衍生物的合成 ,它们是 3 ,5 二甲基吡唑 (1) ,5 甲基 3 苯基吡唑(2 ) ,3 ,5 二苯基吡唑 (3 ) ,5 甲基 3 二茂铁基吡唑 (4 ) ,2 ,6 双 (3 ,5 二甲基吡唑基 1 羰基 )吡啶 (5 ) ,2 ,6 双 (5 甲基 3 苯基吡唑基 1 羰基 )吡啶 (6) ,2 ,6 双 (3 ,5 二苯基吡唑基 1 羰基 )吡啶 (7)和 2 ,6 双 (5 甲基 3 二茂铁基吡唑基 1 羰基 )吡啶 (8) .并对它们进行了元素分析 ,FT IR ,1HNMR和13 CNMR等波谱分析 .
