A diode-end-pumped continuous-wave (CW) Nd:YAG laser emitting at 1123 nm is realized efficiently in a 25-mm-long cavity. A
composite Nd:YAG (cNd:YAG) crystal is selected as the gain medium. With an incident diode power of 26.1 W, an output power
of up to 9.3 W is obtained, corresponding to an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 35.6%. The laser performances
at 1123 nm are compared between composite Nd:YAG and common Nd:YAG crystals. The results show that composite Nd:YAG is a better

Maximum power output of a class of irreversible non-regeneration heat engines with non-uniform working fluid, in which heat
transfers between the working fluid and the heat reservoirs obey the linear phenomenological heat transfer law [q ∝ Δ(T
−1)], are studied in this paper. Optimal control theory is used to determine the upper bounds of power of the heat engine for
the lumped-parameter model and the distributed-parameter model, respectively. The results show that the maximum power output
of the heat engine in the distributed-parameter model is less than or equal to that in the lumped-parameter model, which could
provide more realistic guidelines for real heat engines. Analytical solutions of the maximum power output are obtained for
the irreversible heat engines working between constant temperature reservoirs. For the irreversible heat engine operating
between variable temperature reservoirs, a numerical example for the lumped-parameter model is provided by numerical calculation.
The effects of changes of reservoir’s temperature on the maximum power of the heat engine are analyzed. The obtained results
are, in addition, compared with those obtained with Newtonian heat transfer law [q ∝ Δ(T)]. 相似文献

北极区域极具战略意义与商业价值,随着各国的广泛关注,针对北极地区开展的科考科研活动逐渐增多。其中北极海域的相关研究尤为重要,特别是北极水声学,是保障北极军事存在以及正常科考科研活动的重要支撑。课题组于2015年1月在哈尔滨松花江进行了冰下声学试验,主要内容包括冰下信道测试、冰层散射系数测量以及冰下水声通信试验,实现了冰下半波导现象的初步观测、冰层前向散射系数的测量、基于能量检测器的低信噪比扩频通信、基于时反镜判决反馈均衡技术的高速水声通信以及冰下12用户多址水声通信等内容。本文对本次冰下声学试验情况进行介绍,并给出了相应的试验结果及经验总结。 相似文献

以硝酸钴(Co(NO3)2•6H2O)、硝酸铁(Fe(NO3)3•6H2O)和硫脲为原料,在同一混合溶剂(乙二醇和水)中通过控制两种溶剂的比例(1:2; 4:1),利用溶剂热法在180℃分别恒温制备了硫化钴(CoS1.097)和硫化铁(Fe3S4)两种纳米晶。用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)对样品组成、粒径和表面形貌进行了表征,荧光光谱对其荧光性质进行了测量。结果表明,所得样品分别为六方相的CoS1.097和立方相的Fe3S4纳米粉末。在此基础上,对影响两种纳米晶形成的主要因素进行了初步的分析和讨论。 相似文献

研究了半结晶聚合物交联聚乙烯的聚集态和陷阱等对真空沿面闪络特性的影响.交联聚乙烯(XLPE)在135℃下恒温10min后,分别经过-56℃,-25℃淬火处理,自然降温,或1℃/min,0.5℃/min慢速降温等热处理过程,测量了热处理后试样的电气性能、显微结构、陷阱分布和真空中的沿面闪络特性.实验结果表明,与未热处理试样相比,热处理试样的直流闪络电压最高提高了76%,脉冲闪络电压最高提高了19%.认为热处理改变了XLPE试样的聚集态和陷阱,从而提高了XLPE试样的真空沿面闪络性能,提出了可以通过控制半结晶聚合物的聚集态和缺陷结构提高其真空沿面闪络性能. 相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理赝势法对B缺陷在ZnO中的存在形式进行了理论分析,对B-N共掺杂ZnO体系的晶格结构、杂质形成能、杂质态密度及电子结构进行了系统的研究.研究表明,B缺陷在掺杂体系中主要以BZn的形式存在,这种结构会引起相应的晶格收缩;研究发现与以往的N掺杂相比,共掺结构具有更低的杂质形成能和更高的化学稳定性,因此更加适合掺杂.此外,共掺能够形成更低的受主能级,因而减小了受主的杂质电离能,提高了受主态密度;研究显示共掺结构下的杂质N原子与体相Zn原子之间的键合能力提高,受主原子得电子的能力增强,因此B-N共掺有望成为一种更为有效的p型掺杂手段. 相似文献

Holographic parameters and photobleaching kinetics of the
photopolymers with five different amine photoinitiators are studied.
The maximum values of diffraction efficiency, photobleaching
coefficient and quantum yield follow the sequence: Triethanolamine
(TEA)> Diethanolamine (DEA)> Ethanolamine (EA)> Triethylamine
(TETN)> Diethylamine (DETN). The holographic capabilities of
photopolymer performances are determined by the number of functional
groups in the amine molecular structure. There is an optimum
proportion of the photoinitiator, the photosensitizer and the
monomer in the test of holographic parameters with different amine
concentrations. The maximum diffraction efficiency is 59.26\%,
sensitivity is 1.72\times 10^{ - 3}~cm^{2}/mJ, and the maximum

This paper investigates the chaotification problem of a stable continuous-time T-S fuzzy system.A simple nonlinear state time-delay feedback controller is designed by parallel distributed compensation technique.Then,the asymptotically approximate relationship between the controlled continuous-time T-S fuzzy system with time-delay and a discrete-time T-S fuzzy system is established.Based on the discrete-time T-S fuzzy system,it proves that the chaos in the discretetime T-S fuzzy system satisfies the Li-Yorke definition by choosing appropriate controller parameters via the revised Marotto theorem.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed chaotic anticontrol method is verified by a practical example. 相似文献

System calibration, which usually involves complicated and time-consuming procedures, is crucial for any three-dimensional (3D) shape measurement system based on vision. A novel improved method is proposed for accurate calibration of such a measurement system. The system accuracy is improved with considering the nonlinear measurement error created by the difference between the system model and real measurement environment. We use Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm to compensate the error and get a good result. The improved method has a 50% improvement of re-projection accuracy compared with our previous method. <正>With the evolution of a laser pulse in water,the formation of a nonlinear X wave during femtosecond filamentation is investigated based on numerical simulations.In particular,we analyze the far-field angularly resolved spectra obtained for different temporal portions of the ultrashort pulse during its propagation.
