Docetaxel is a semi-synthetic product derived from the needles of the European yew. It is an antineoplastic agent belonging to the taxoid family. The interaction between docetaxel and human serum albumin (HSA) has been investigated systematically by the fluorescence quenching technique, synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy, ultraviolet (UV)-vis absorption spectroscopy, circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) under physiological conditions. Our fluorescence data showed that HSA had only one docetaxel binding site and the binding process was a static quenching procedure. According to the Van’t Hoff equation, the thermodynamic parameters standard enthalpy (ΔH0) and standard entropy (ΔS0) were calculated to be −41.07 KJ mol−1 and −49.72 J mol−1 K−1. These results suggested that hydrogen bond was the predominant intermolecular force stabling the docetaxel-HSA complex. The data from the CD, FT-IR and UV-vis spectroscopy supported the change in the secondary structure of protein caused by the interaction of docetaxel with HSA. 相似文献

利用Novocontrol宽频介电谱仪在-100—20 ℃温度范围内测量了ZnO-Bi2O3系压敏陶瓷的介电频谱,其频率范围为10-2—106 Hz. 研究表明: ZnO压敏陶瓷特征损耗峰的活化能分别为0.26和0.36 eV,结合实验条件、理论计算结果及其他现象的分析排除了特征损耗峰源于阴极电子注入、夹层极化和偶极子转向极化的可能.热刺激电流(TSC)谱共出现三个峰,其中高温峰对应于TSC实验加压过程引入的热离子极化,而中温峰和低温峰对应于介电损耗峰. 在分析的基础上,提出了ZnO压敏陶瓷的特征损耗峰起源于耗尽层内本征缺陷的电子弛豫过程.

合成了一种新颖的锌离子荧光探针N’(2-羟基苄基)-4-(2-羟基苯亚甲基胺)-苯甲酰肼(HHB),该探针本身的荧光较弱,但当它与Zn2+配位时荧光增强,在475 nm处产生一较宽的发射光谱,量子产率f=0.59 (λex=370 nm)。该化合物对Zn2+具有良好的选择性能,环境生物体系中大量存在的碱金属和碱土金属离子K+,Na+,Mg2+和Ca2+以及过渡金属离子Mn2+,Co2+,Ni2+ 和 Cu2+ 等对Zn2+的检测没有明显影响。在生命体系的pH值范围(6.8~7.7),配合物HHB显示出对Zn2+检测较高的灵敏度。作为比较文中还研究了HHB水解的主要产物4-氨基苄腙-水杨醛(HB)对Zn2+的识别与传感性能。 相似文献

An original ultrasound (US) directly intensified photocatalytic reactor was designed to degrade azo dye pollutant methyl orange (MeO) using Degussa TiO(2) as the photocatalyst. The sonolytic, photocatalytic and sonophotocatalytic degradation of MeO in the new reactor and the synergistic effect between sonolysis and photocatalysis were investigated. Effects of operation parameters i.e., US power, TiO(2) dosage, liquid circulation velocity and air flow rate on degradation efficiency were investigated and optimized. The results showed that all parameters have optimal values for the sonophotocatalytic degradation of MeO, and the optimum conditions for the new process are US power 600 W, TiO(2) dosage 3g/L, liquid circulation velocity 4.05×10(-2) m/s and air flow rate 0.2 L/min. Under the optimum conditions, 91.52% MeO had been degraded within 1h, and the combination of sonolysis and TiO(2) photocatalysis exhibited an obvious synergetic effect. 相似文献

Lasers from Yb:YAG ceramic at different temperature were reported in this paper. The Yb:YAG ceramic laser with active-mirror structure was end-pumped by a laser diode whose central wavelength was 940 nm. At 80 K, with doping concentration of 5 at % Yb:YAG ceramic slab, output energy of 0.68 J at 10 Hz repetition rate was obtained under the pump energy of 2.49 J, corresponding to a slope efficiency of 40% and a conversion efficiency of 27.3%, respectively. 相似文献

By using both acousto-optic (AO) modulator and V3+:YAG saturable absorber, a diode-pumped doubly Q-switched a-cut Nd:GdVO4 laser at 1.34 μm is realized. The average output power and the pulse width for different AO repetition rate f have been measured.
The experimental results show that the doubly Q-switched laser can compress the pulse width and improve the pulsed peak power
in comparison to the singly Q-switched laser with AO or V3+:YAG saturable absorber. At the pump power 10.34 W and f = 10 kHz, the greatest pulse width compression ratio 72% and the highest peak power improvement 8.8 times have been obtained,

Strain-compensated Ge/Si0.15Ge0.85 multiple quantum wells were grown on an Si0.1>Ge0.9 virtual substrate using ultrahigh vacuum chemical vapor deposition technology on an n+-Si(001) substrate. Photoluminescence measurements were performed at room temperature, and the quantum confinement effect of the direct-bandgap transitions of a Ge quantum well was observed, which is in good agreement with the calculated results. The Ramsey fringe contrast of a pulsed optically pumped cold atom clock is strongly affected by the transverse decay of the atomic sample. This letter calculates the Ramsey fringe with focus on transverse decay, and analyzes the Ramsey fringe contrast with different transverse decay rates. 研究云层对卫星遥感大气CO精度的影响,并以SCIAMACHY观测为例,详细论述一种云层影响的修正方法。修正过程中,采用朗伯云模型,全面考虑云层覆盖率、云顶高度和地面反射率的影响。将云层影响修正前后的卫星CO反演结果与地基FTIR测量值进行对比,发现修正云层影响后,两者的测量相关性明显提高。实验结果表明,提出的云层影响修正方法可明显提高卫星遥感大气CO的精度。 相似文献
