This paper deals with the existence,uniqueness and asymptotic behaviors of mild solutions to neutral stochastic delay functional integrodifferential equations with impulsive effects, perturbed by a fractional Brownian motion B H , with Hurst parameter \({H \in (\frac{1}{2},1)}\). We use the theory of resolvent operators developed in Grimmer (Trans Am Math Soc 273(1982):333–349, 2009) to show the existence of mild solutions. In the wavelength range from 200 up to 1000 nm, optical emission from electronically excited fragments (CN, CH, NH, C2, H2, N2, N2+, and H-Balmer) is detected when aniline plasmas are generated in a multi-dipolar microwave reactor. The optical emission spectrum monitored in very low-pressure conditions (~?1 mTorr) shows important characteristics. The Hα, Hβ and CN species are the most radiating systems and according to the NH/N2 intensity ratio, two different operating regimes are observed suggesting a change in the reaction pathways. These two regimes are correlated to changes of the plasma characteristics (electron temperature and density) deduced from Langmuir probe measurements. The plasma thermodynamic state is quantified by implementing numerical simulation codes for synthetic spectra calculations. The rovibrational temperatures (Tr, Tv) are determined for some neutral species (CN, CH). The obtained values of Tr and Tv show the non-local thermodynamic equilibrium of the vibrational and rotational states (Tr?<?Tv). Moreover, the very low pressure aniline-based plasmas deviate substantially from the Boltzmann distribution. Correlation between the optical emission data and the solid phase analysis allows proving that the in situ characterization of the plasma phase is an important predictive tool of physico-chemical properties of the film. From these correlated data, we deduce preponderant chemical reaction pathways which help to better understand the plasma generation. Relative contributions of the dehydrogenation of C–H and N–H groups are established in order to deduce the leading initiation reaction for H-Balmer line formation.  相似文献

This paper investigates theoretically the performance of conversion efficiency of a bifacial silicon solar cell with particle irradiation. The bifaciality coefficient and the conversion efficiency are calculated for various rear side illumination conditions and electron fluence, taking into account the diffusion length related damage coefficient. The main purpose of the work is to show that irradiation could significantly degrade both the bifaciality coefficient and then the conversion efficiency of the bifacial solar cell and to exhibit the role of the fluence and rear side illumination condition level in the performance of the bifacial silicon solar cell.  相似文献

An organotin carboxylate based on amide carboxylic acid (Ph3Sn)(L)·C7H8 (complex 1 ) (HL = 3‐(1,3‐dioxo‐1H,3H‐benzo[de]isoquinolin‐2‐yl)propanoic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses (IR, 1H, 13C, and 119Sn NMR), UV–visible spectroscopies, and X‐ray crystallography diffraction analysis. Complex 1 is a monomeric triphenyltin carboxylate. Ligand HL in complex 1 adopts unidentate coordination mode. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds and C H···π interactions help complex 1 to build fascinating one‐dimensional and two‐dimensional structures, which are discussed in detail.  相似文献

In this paper the momentum and heat transfer characteristics for a self-similarity boundary layer on exponentially stretching surface modeled by a system of nonlinear differential equations is studied. The system is solved using the Homotopy Analysis Method (HAM), which yields an analytic solution in the form of a rapidly convergent infinite series with easily computable terms. Homotopy analysis method contains the auxiliary parameter , which provides us with a simple way to adjust and control the convergence region of solution series. By suitable choice of the auxiliary parameter , reasonable solutions for large modulus can be obtained.  相似文献

We propose a new, easy to implement, semiparametric estimator for binary-choice single-index models which uses parametric information in the form of a known link (probability) function and nonparametrically corrects it. Asymptotic properties are derived and the finite sample performance of the proposed estimator is compared to those of the parametric probit and semiparametric single-index model estimators of Ichimura (J Econ 58:71–120, 1993) and Klein and Spady (Econometrica 61:387–421, 1993). Results indicate that if the parametric start is correct, the proposed estimator achieves significant bias reduction and efficiency gains compared to Ichimura (1993) and Klein and Spady (1993). Interestingly, the proposed estimator still achieves significant bias reduction and efficiency gains even if the parametric start is not correct.  相似文献

In this work, we consider the question of controllability of a class of integrodifferential equations on Hilbert space with measures as controls. We assume that the linear part has a resolvent operator in the sense given by R. Grimmer. We generalize the original work of N. Ahmed on vector measures, and we use it to develop necessary and sufficient conditions for weak and the exact controllability of the integrodifferential equation. Using the latter, we prove that exact controllability of the integrodifferential equation implies exact controllability of a perturbed integrodifferential equation. Controllability problem for the perturbed system is formulated fixed point problem in the space of vector measures. Our results cover impulsive controls as well as regular controls. A selective and sensitive electroanalytical method was developed for arsenic determination based on a nanogold (AuNP) modified solid carbon paste working electrode (SCPE) modified in two steps (i) physisorption and (ii) additional electrodeposition of nanogold particles in the presence of iodide. Copper(II) interference was solved by covering the gold layer by a self assembled mono layer (SAM) of glutathione. Using DPASV a linear response of the signal was obtained as a function of As(III) in the concentration range 0.05–20 µM (4–1498 ppb) with a limit of detection of 0.01 µM (0.9 ppb). Sample stirring and degassing were not needed. Application to the determination of arsenic(III) and (V) in underground water samples from Burkina Faso was successfully achieved.  相似文献
