在n-GaAs电解液界面,用聚焦He-Ne激光照射, 使n-GaAs表面发生微区光电化学腐蚀, 用计算机控制步进马达, 使试样在X-Y二维方向扫描移动, 能在晶片上得到刻蚀点直径2 μm的刻蚀图案. 研究了激光相对光强, KOH、H_2SO_4、KCl等刻蚀剡的浓度, 光腐蚀的时间, 电极电位等因素对腐蚀点的直径和深度的影响, 通过实验数据找出腐蚀过程的规律, 并用光电化学原理进行解释.  相似文献

本文提出了在水或水/醇溶液中[NH_4]_2[MO_nS_(4-n)](M=Mo、W,n=0-2)进行取代反应的方法。用该方法合成出[X]_2[MO_nS_(4-n)](X=(n-Bu)_4N、Ph_4P、py—C_(16)H_(33)共18个化合物,其中11个为新化合物,并采用元素分析、红外光谱、电子光谱和X-粉末衍射等方法对这些化合物进行了表征。  相似文献

Immersion of nanoporous alumina membranes into saturated solutions of hexaphenylsilole with subsequent solvent evaporation affords aligned organic nanowires. 采用火焰原子吸收法对30例男性型秃发患者及38例毛发健康男性对照者发中宏量元素K、Na、Ca、Mg的含量进行了测定。结果表明,男性型秃发患者发K含量明显高于对照组,具有统计学上的显著差异(P〈0.01)。发Na、Ca、Mg含量在两组间未见显著差异(P〉0.05)。本文提示,体内某些宏量元素变化对男性型秃发可能产生一定影响。  相似文献

Hyaluronate-hydroxyethyl acrylate blend gel (HA-PHEA) were prepared to modify the brittleness of hyaluronate gel (HA) and the characteristics of HA-PHEA gel were compared with those of HA and polyhydroxyethyl acrylate (PHEA) gels. These gels were high in water content and transparent. HA-PHEA gel was improved in viscoelastic properties due to the elasticity and the high affinity with water of PHEA, and the drying-swelling cycles became reversible. The effective charge densities theta of the gels estimated from membrane potentials were -0.002, -0.008 and 0 mol dm(-3) for HA-PHEA, HA and PHEA gels. Effects of electro- static and nonelectrostatic interactions on absorptions and releases were studied using sodium benzoate (NaBA) as an anionic solute, and methylene blue (MB), chlorpromazine (CPHCl) and benzethonium chloride (BZTCl) as cationic solutes, in which CPHCl and BZTCl are cationic amphiphilic solutes. The releases of MB, CPHCl and BZTCl from HA-PHEA and HA gels were suppressed comparing with those of NaBA. By adding salts, the releases of MB and CPHCl were enhanced but those of BZTCl were suppressed due to enhancement of the intra- and intermicelle formation. In the releases of the cationic solutes from HA-PHEA gel, electrostatic and nonelectrostatic interactions with HA were found to play important roles. Behaviors of the releases from HA-PHEA gel were found to possess the features of HA gel.  相似文献

In an attempt to elucidate the underlying mechanisms for iron toxicity in plants, the combined effects of iron overload and light intensities on the photosynthetic capacity of leaves were particularly focussed upon in this study, using mung bean seedlings grown under varied conditions regarding the supply of light and iron. The seedlings, when supplied with excess iron (up to 1.0 m M ) and low light (40 W/m2), did not suffer any loss of photosynthesis; further, the typical symptoms of iron toxicity, as shown in the leaves grown in sunlight at ca 450 W/m2 on an average, were not seen in those. Nonetheless, excess iron supply resulted in a marked increase in photosensitivity of the low light-adapted seedlings. A large portion of iron accumulated in chloroplasts by the supply of excess iron was found to be incorporated into thylakoids as nonheme iron (NHI), which acts as a potent sensitizer, photogenerating singlet oxygen (1O2). The generation rate of 1O2 from thylakoids linearly increased with increasing content of NHI; this was in parallel with the NHI content dependence of photoinactivation rates of photosynthetic electron transport and key enzymes of the Calvin cycle in chloroplasts. The results suggest that Fe-dependent photosensitization reactions, occurring via the 1O2 mechanism, may be deeply involved in cellular processes leading to developing iron toxicity symptoms in plants.  相似文献

本文考察了10种国产纤维素膜用于多环芳烃固体基质室温磷光(SS-RTP)的可行性。实验表明:MN-C和MN-P两种型号的微晶纤维素膜用于多环芳烃的SS-RTP是适宜的。阴离子交换纤维素膜、CM-纤维素膜和聚酰胺-6膜也能诱导出多环芳烃的RTP来,但其性能逊于前两种。故本文应用MN-C和MN-P两种微晶纤维素膜基质考察了五种多环芳烃的RTP特征,并建立了它们的SS-RTP新方法。并与用滤纸作基质的实验结果进行了比较,表明两种新的固体基质的RTP性能优于滤纸基质。  相似文献

Reaction of copper powder with 2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone and PPh3 yielded the complex [Cu(C8H4O2F3S)(PPh3)2], which have been characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. The crystal is monoclinic, space group P21/n , a=1.0584(1), b=1.6738(1), c=2.2728(9) nm; β =94.22(2); V =4.0152 nm 3; Z=4; Dc=1.299 g·cm-3; R=0.048, RW=0.054. Copper (Ⅰ) ion is coordinated by two O and two P atoms forming distorted tetrahedron.  相似文献
