β-榄香烯振动光谱的量子化学从头计算

利用G98及GAMESS从头计算程序的RHF／6－31方法,对β－榄香烯的全部振动基频作了计算,并与实测红外光谱做了对比,归属了它们的振动模式,讨论了它们的特征基频,并对理论计算的振动频率进行了标度校正。     

大直径高能KrF激光束强度分布实验研究

 利用阵列探测器测出大直径（φ267mm）、高能量（400J）KrF激光束强度空间分布的均匀性和总能量。随着二极管电压的降低, 双向泵浦的束强度空间分布的均匀性变差,甚至成为马鞍型。二极管的最佳工作电压为550～600kV。     

An analog of double electromagnetically induced transparency with extremely high group indexes

An asymmetric metamaterial exhibiting an analog of double electromagnetically induced transparency(EIT) in the middle-infrared region is reported.The metamaterial consists of two-layered arrays of Ushaped rings embedded in a medium,with the lower layer rotated by 90°.Our simulations demonstrate that both maximum group indexes are extremely high at the two EIT-like positions.The group index reaches about thrice the currently reported maximum value at the high-frequency EIT-like position.The transmittance at the two transparency positions also possesses extremely high Q factors,which is conducive to controlling the propagation of electromagnetic waves.     

Photolyses of mammalian carboxy-hemoglobin studied by photoacoustic calorimetry

The enthalpy and conformational volume changes in the photolyses of carboxy-hemoglobin (HbCO) of human, bovine, pig, horse and rabbit are investigated by photoacoustic calorimetry. Considering the time scales of the exciting laser pulse and the receiving ultrasound transducers (PVDF films and PZT ceramics), as well as the reaction lifetimes in the photolysis processes of HbCO, the measured results are related to the geminate recombination and tertiary relaxation in photolyses of HbCO. Moreover, the quantum yields of the five mammals are also measured by laser pump-probe technique. The results show that the dynamic parameters, such as enthalpy and conformational volume changes, differ between the processes of the geminate recombination and tertiary relaxation. Also, the dynamic parameters differ among the five mammals although some of them may be consistent with each other.     

Precise absolute positioning for a single-frequency user

A new strategy to realize precise absolute positioning for a single-frequency user is presented. In the presented strategy, the receiver clock and ambiguities are removed using the satelliteand epoch-differenced (SDED) algorithm. As a further development of the SDED algorithm, a regional augmentation network is used to generate the SDED atmospheric delays at the user. The weakened mathematic property due to the epoch-differenced operation is improved by adding the generated atmospheric delays and applying the robust estimation. To test the new approach, the 24-h data at 5 Continuous Operation Reference Station (CORS) stations in Shanghai is processed. The results show a more than 96% success rate, defined as the case where three directions achieve the desired positioning accuracy of 10 cm, when the observation is longer than 20 min. The 20-min static results show that the new method can reach an accuracy of 3.42, 4.76 and 9.26 cm in the North, East and Up directions, respectively. An experiment was carried out to assess the kinematic positioning. The results show that the kinematic positioning accuracy is 4.11, 5.31 and 4.05 cm in the north-south, east-west and height directions,respectively.     

OADM环网的实验研究

研究了光分插复用器(OADM)的关键技术,重点分析了相关的实现技术,完成了利用OADM构建全光环网的实验研究,给出了重要的实验数据,包括眼图、光谱图、光信噪比、保护与恢复等,并对这些实验数据进行了分析,为光传送网的设计与构建提供了重要的参考依据.     

一种新型非晶态分子材料的非线性光学折射率和吸收特性

用单光束扫描法测量了在532nm处一种新型非晶态分子材料5,5′Bis(dimesitylboryl)2,2′bithiophene的非线性折射率和吸收系数样品非线性透射特性的分析表明,在靠近线性吸收区的532nm处有饱和吸收存在由三能级饱和模型和Zscan法确定了饱和强度、非线性折射率的实部和虚部研究结果表明:这种新型非晶态分子材料具有非常好的光子学应用前景.     

Coral reef-like polyanaline nanotubes prepared by a reactive template of manganese oxide for supercapacitor electrode

Coral reef-like PANI nanotubes composed of nanopaticles were successfully synthesized by a reactive template of manganese oxide.The structure was characterized by using SEM,TEM,and FT-IR,and the supercapacitive behaviors of these nanotubes were investigated with cyclic voltammetry（CV）,and charge-discharge tests,respectively.A maximum specific capacitance of 533 F/g could be achieved in 1mol/L aqueous H₂SO₄ with the potential range of -0.2 to 0.8 V（vs.the saturated calomel electrode） in a half-cell setup configuration for PANI electrode,suggesting its potential application in the electrode material for electrochemical capacitors.     

用于组织光学特性参量测量的改进型双积分球系统

研制了一套改进型的双积分球系统,通过对光源功率的监测,可以准确获取生物组织的光学特性参量.文中详细阐明了该系统的组成、原理、测量技术及获取光学特性参量的逆加折叠方法;并分两种情况,即用改进型的双积分球系统及常用的双积分球系统分别对内脂与细粒蓝的光学特性参量(632.8nm)进行了测量,结果表明改进型系统能很好消除光源波动对测量所带来的影响,所测量的数据更准确,误差更小.     

优质GaAs/Si和AlGaAs/Si材料的MOCVD生长研究

用自制常压MOCVD装置,在Si衬底上生长GaAs和AlGaAs外延层,在高温去除Si衬底表面氧化膜之后,采用两步法,即低温生长过渡层,再提高温度生长外延层。得到了表面镜面光亮的优质GaAs和AlGaAs外延层。X射线双晶衍射仪测试GaAs外延层,其回摆曲线半峰宽是200孤秒,GaAs和AlGaAs外延层在77K温度下,PL谱半峰宽分别是17meV和24meV。
