纺织结构复合材料力学性能的实验研究

本文通过实验测定了三维编织结构复合材料侧边未切割、受切割和中央钻孔试件的拉伸性能，对比了受切割和未切割纤维对于试件侧边拉伸应变的影响，并且讨论了拉伸失效的机理和原因．发现受切割和钻孔试件的拉伸性能低于未加工试件的性能，受切割侧边的拉伸应变高于未切割侧边的拉伸应变，三维编织结构复合材料的拉伸失效主要由纤维断裂引起的．文中还对三维编织结构复合材料的孔边应力集中现象进行了研究，并进行了深入分析，得到一个重要结论，即四步法复合材料的孔边应力集中系数比传统层板复合材料和金属材料的低．从这个意义上说，三维编织结构复合材料适合于作为含孔结构的连接件．     

异质结太阳电池硅衬底绒面陷光结构的优化

硅异质结(SHJ)太阳电池作为备受关注的新型高效太阳电池,是在单晶硅表面沉积非晶硅薄膜制备而成的。将绒面结构的单晶硅衬底应用于异质结太阳电池,可以减少光的反射,增强光吸收的效率,从而提高太阳电池短路电流密度。利用湿法化学腐蚀对单晶硅衬底表面进行制绒,通过优化影响绒面形貌的几个关键参数,包括异丙醇浓度、时间、衬底类型和硅酸钠的含量,最终通过在n型单晶硅衬底上制绒,使波长为1011 nm处最低反射率从制绒前的34.7%降低到了9.14%,将制绒衬底应用到异质结太阳电池上,短路电流由32.06 m A/cm-2提升到36.16 m A/cm-2,有效地改善了SHJ太阳电池的性能。

Photonic Bandgap Properties of Atom-lattice Photonic Crystals in Polymer

The present paper covers the various photonic crystals(PhCs) structures mimicking real atom-lattice structures in electronic crystals by using the femtosecond laser-induced two-photon photopolymerization of SU-8 resin. Enantioselective Iodolactonizations of (E)-and (Z)-5-Substituted-4-pentenoic Acid Derivatives Mediated by Chiral Salen-Co(II) Complex

A number of salen-metal complexes were prepared and their enantioselective catalytic properties toward the asymmetric iodolactonization of (E)-and (Z)-5-substituted-4-pentenoic acid derivatives were investigated.
