Cyclopalladated ferrocenylimine as an efficient catalyst for the syntheses of diarylmethane derivatives

The cyclopalladated ferrocenylimine adducts Ia , Ib , Ic were evaluated in the Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction of benzyl halides with arylboronic acids. The tricyclohexylphosphine adduct Ia exhibited highly catalytic activity for the coupling of aryl and heteroaryl boronic acids containing various functional groups with benzylic bromides and chlorides (up to 99% yield), furnishing diarylmethane derivatives with low catalyst loading (1 mol%). A theoretical study of some problems on low-noise pyroelectric detector-amplifier systems

The configurations of the coupling network, which can effectively aecrease the effect of the noise sources within the amplifier on the equivalent input noise of the whole pyroelectric detector-amplifier system, are studied. The influences of feedback upon the noise properties of the basic amplifiers are analyzed. The procedures of designing low-noise pyroelectric detector-amplifier systems are followed.     

System performance in rain in a radome-enclosed environment

Computer modeling and analysis techniques have been established to evaluate performance during rain, in a radome-enclosed system. Electromagnetic transmission line theory using raytracing techniques is presented to compute transmission loss. Comparisons between theory and measured results are documented. Variations in water film thickness versus look angle and the resulting effect on performance are discussed. Other performance effects in rain, such as depolarization and noise temperature, are included in the analysis.The differences in performance using hydrophobic and non-hydrophobic materials can easily be predicted. Hydrophobic membrane materials are available for use with a radome, which yield excellent electromagnetic performance, even at mm wave frequencies. Recent tests are discussed which substantiate enhanced radome performance during rain.     

X射线探测器的脉冲标定技术

利用强流电子束技术产生通量密度为10¹⁸—10¹⁹X-ray photon/sr·s的脉冲CuKX射线源,标定PIN型硅二极管半导体探测器对X光子的脉冲灵敏度。用绝对X射线监测器——P10气体脉冲电离室作为脉冲X射线通量密度的标准。脉冲电荷自动测量仪由微处理机进行程序控制,并予以实时校准。该电离室测量通量密度的精度为±5％,适用的能通量率范围可达4×10^-9—2×10²W/cm²,适用的光子能量范围为1.5—10keV,标定探测器的精度为±7.0％,并发现PIN型硅二极管的脉冲灵敏度比稳态X射线束标定的灵敏度高30％左右。 关键词：     

MEASUREMENT OF LOW MAGNETIC FIELD DISTRIBUTION OF A β SPECTROMETER

The low magnetic field distribution of an iron-core double-focusing low-energy β spectrometer is measured with a second harmonic magnetic flux gate magnetometer, the relative measuring precision is better than ±0.05%. The field strength of the spectrometer is about 10G. This spectrometer is used to measure the β spectrum from tritium β decay for estimating the rest mass of electron antineutrion.     

用深能级瞬态谱方法研究赝晶Si/Ge0.25Si0.75/Si单量子阱的价带偏移

应变的Ge_xSi_1-x层和未应变的硅层间的能带偏移主要是价带偏移。量子阱中载流子的热发射能与界面的能带偏移有着密切的关系。本文用深能级瞬态谱(DLTS)研究分子束外延生长的p型Si/Ge_0.25Si_0.75/Si单量子阱的价带偏移,阱宽为15nm,考虑到电场的影响和量子阱中第一子能级的位置,对从DLTS得到的热发射能进行适当的修正,可以计算出Si/Ge_0.25Si_0.75/S 关键词：     

CO2激光外差接收的实时强度成像

利用国内的元器件建立了声光调制CO_2激光外差接收系统,并进行了实验室内静止目标的实时强度成像,成像距离3m,成像视场7°× 5°,像素128×98,4个颜色梯度显示像强度.
