From a collisional activation spectral study it has been found that certain triterpene alcohols with an ursane or oleanane skeleton undergo oxidation to the corresponding ketones under chemical ionization (NH3) conditions giving rise to abundant [M + NH4 ? 2]+ ions. Mass-analysed ion kinetic energy and B2/E scan results indicate that both [M + NH4]+ and [M + N2H7 ? 2]+ ions contribute to the formation of the [M + NH4 ? 2]+ ion.  相似文献

We present the first direct study on the thermal unimolecular decomposition of allyl radicals. Experiments have been performed behind shock waves, and the experimental conditions covered temperatures ranging from 1125 K up to 1570 K and pressures between 0.25 and 4.5 bar. Allyl radicals have been generated by thermal decomposition of allyl iodide, and H-atom resonance absorption spectroscopy has been used to monitor the reaction progress. A marked pressure dependence of the rate constant has been observed which is in agreement with the results from a master equation analysis. However, our experimental results as well as our Rice-Ramsperger-Kassel-Marcus calculations seem to contradict the results of Deyerl et al. (J. Chem. Phys. 1999, 110, 1450) who investigated the unimolecular decomposition of allyl radicals upon photoexcitation and tried to deduce specific rate constants for the unimolecular dissociation in the electronic ground state. At pressures around 1 bar we extracted the following rate equation: k(T) = 5.3 x 10(79)(T/K)(-19.29) exp[(-398.9 kJ/mol)/RT] s(-1). The uncertainty of the rate constant calculated from this equation is estimated to be 30%.  相似文献

This study investigates the in vitro antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of eight extracts obtained from the dried barks of Commiphora berryi and Commiphora caudata (Burseraceae). The radical scavenging activity was assessed by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) and nitric oxide assays. The methanolic extracts of C. berryi and C. caudata showed significant DPPH radical scavenging activity, with IC?? values of 26.92 and 21.16?μg?mL?1, respectively, and low radical scavenging activity against the nitric oxide assay. The antimicrobial activity of the plants was tested against the Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The ethyl acetate, chloroform and petroleum ether extracts of C. berryi showed good antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 0.26?mg?mL?1, whereas the ethyl acetate and methanol extracts of C. caudata showed moderate antimicrobial activity with an MIC of more than 2.0?mg?mL?1 against P. aeruginosa compared to the petroleum ether and chloroform extracts, which showed an MIC of 1.1?mg?mL?1. The methanolic extracts of C. berryi and C. caudata also showed moderate cytotoxic activity against a human mammary carcinoma cell line (MCF-7), with values IC?? of 82.6 and 88.4?μg?mL?1, respectively.  相似文献

A novel route to the synthesis of cyclopropane derivatives is described. 1,1-Dimethyls in 2-(1,1-dimethylalkyl)dimethyloxazolines are first converted into 1,3-diiodide derivatives via Pd-catalyzed sequential C-H activation and then radically cyclized to provide 2-(1-alkylcylclopropyl)dimethyloxazolines. Nanocrystalline Cr2O3 and NiO are prepared using high-energy ball milling. Average sizes of the particles obtained from Scanning Electron Microscopy and crystallite sizes obtained from X-ray diffraction are larger for Cr2O3 than NiO particles. At low temperature, large high-field magnetization and small coercivity lead to a weak exchange bias for Cr2O3, whereas small high-field magnetization and large coercivity lead to a considerable exchange bias for NiO. The training effect is observed for NiO at 4 K which could be described with a recursive formula constructed in the framework of the spin configurational relaxation model. The results suggest that the pinning mechanism at the interface between the antiferromagnetic and the weak ferromagnetic component ascribed to uncompensated spins leads to the exchange bias effect.  相似文献

Ultra fast magic angle spinning (MAS) has been a potent method to significantly average out homogeneous/inhomogeneous line broadening in solid‐state nuclear magnetic resonance (ssNMR) spectroscopy. It has given a new direction to ssNMR spectroscopy with its different applications. We present here the first and foremost application of ultra fast MAS (~60 kHz) for ssNMR spectroscopy of intact bone. This methodology helps to comprehend and elucidate the organic content in the intact bone matrix with resolution and sensitivity enhancement. At this MAS speed, amino protons from organic part of intact bone start to appear in 1H NMR spectra. The operator T, defined by convolution with the affine arc length measure on the moment curve parametrized by \(h(t)=(t,t^{2},\ldots ,t^{d})\) is a bounded operator from \(L^{p}\) to \(L^{q}\) if \((\frac{1}{p}, \frac{1}{q})\) lies on a line segment. In this article we prove that at non-end points there exist functions which extremize the associated inequality and any extremizing sequence is pre compact modulo the action of the symmetry of T. We also establish a relation between extremizers for T at the end points and the extremizers of an X-ray transform restricted to directions along the moment curve. Our proof is based on the ideas of Michael Christ on convolution with the surface measure on the paraboloid.
