Thermal-oxidative degradation of high-amylose corn starch

Thermal oxidation degradation of high-amylose (80 %) cornstarch has been studied using thermogravimetry analyser coupled to Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (TG-FTIR). The linear structure of amylose provides a modal material to understand how the starch microstructure affects on the decomposition mechanisms. Kinetics of the thermal oxidation has been studied using different methods. It is found that the thermal oxidation degradation is more complex than thermal degradation, thermal oxidation degradation kinetics of the starch can be interpreted in terms of multi-step degradation mechanism, the activation energies obtain from Flynn–Wall–Ozawa (F–W–O) method and modified Coats–Redfern method are in good agreement. TG-FTIR and FTIR results confirm that the thermal oxidation mechanism of starch is a process containing long chain scission and glowing combustion.     

阴阳离子型表面活性剂双水相萃取色氨酸衍生物和牛血清白蛋白

溴化十二烷基三乙胺（Ｃ１２ＮＥ）和十二烷基硫酸钠（ＳＤＳ）在一定条件下混合可以形成具有清晰界面的两个水相，称为阴阳离子型表面活性剂双水相。作者研究了利用该双水相萃取３种色氨酸衍生物和牛血清白蛋白的可能性．文中采用工作曲线校正扣除表面活性剂背景的影响，萃取结果准确可信。     

卤化银乳剂的热增感效应研究

Synthesis and properties of aromatic polyimides derived from 2,2,′3,3′‐biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride

2,2,′3,3′‐Biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (2,2,′3,3′‐BPDA) was prepared by a coupling reaction of dimethyl 3‐iodophthalate. The X‐ray single‐crystal structure determination showed that this dianhydride had a bent and noncopolanar structure, presenting a striking contrast to its isomer, 3,3,′4,4′‐BPDA. This dianhydride was reacted with aromatic diamines in a polar aprotic solvent such as N,N‐dimethylacetamide (DMAc) to form polyamic acid intermediates, which imidized chemically to polyimides with inherent viscosities of 0.34–0.55 dL/g, depending on the diamine used. The polyimides from 2,2,′3,3′‐BPDA exhibited a good solubility and were dissolved in polar aprotic solvents and polychlorocarbons. These polyimides have high glass transition temperatures above 283°C. Thermogravimetric analyses indicated that these polyimides were fairly stable up to 500°C, and the 5% weight loss temperatures were recorded in the range of 534–583°C in nitrogen atmosphere and 537–561°C in air atmosphere. 献血员血清中20种元素的ICP-MS测定

用电感耦合等离子体质谱（ＩＣＰ－ ＭＳ） 测定献血员血清中２０ 种元素, 采用多元素内标法校正基体效应引起的系统误差, 加入内标元素Ｓｃ 、Ｉｎ 和Ｔｌ 分别校正质量数＜ １００ 、１００ ～１８０ 和＞ １８０ 的元素测定, 用牛血清标样ＧＢＷ ０９１３１ 为质控标准物质, 检验方法的可靠性。 测定了献血组和健康对照组血清中微量元素含量, 进行数理统计, 检验其差异性。     

Assessing the Apparent Effective Thickness of the Supported Hybrid Bilayer Membranes Consisting of Octadecanethiol and Phospholipid by ac Impedance Spectroscopy

The electrochemical behavior of the gold electrode modified by hybrid bilayer membranes in different concentrations of Fe(CN)₆^3?/Fe(CN)₆^4? was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry technology. The electron transfer between gold and the redox species separated by the hybrid bilayers assembly was completed by an electron tunneling process. A detailed equivalent circuit for electron transport across the HBMs is proposed. It was found that the apparent effective thickness of the hybrid bilayer membranes was lower than that of the sum of the chain length of octadecanethiol and phospholipid so some possible collapsed sites might exist at the hybrid bilayer membranes.     

牛血清白蛋白与有机小分子偶氮磺Ⅲ、溴偶氮磺Ⅲ相互作用的研究

本文研究了在不同酸度下．偶氮磺、溴偶氮磺Ⅲ与牛血清白蛋白的作用情况，用光度法求出了不同条件下偶氮磺Ⅲ、溴偶氮磺Ⅲ与牛血清白蛋白的结合个数，并用三种不同的方法相互对照．证明偶氮磺Ⅲ、溴偶氮磺Ⅲ在牛血清白蛋白上有两类不同接合部位。利用Forster非幅射转移理论确定了有机小分子在牛血清白蛋白上的结合位置并对反应机理作了初步讨论。     

Electronic structures of dihedral (D5h, D5d, D6h, D6d) fullerenes

By means of our proposed method for Hückel theory calculation, we have calculated the electronic structures of dihedral (D_5h, D_5d, D_6h, D_6d) fullerences, which are generated from icosahedral C₂₀, C₆₀, C₈₀, C₁₈₀, C₂₄₀ and C₅₄₀, respectively. From the calculated results of 1224 fullerence molecules, certain rules on the stability and chemical reactivity have been drawn for such types of dihedral fullerenes.
