The Hadamard product of meromorphic univalent functions defined by using convolution

In this work the authors extend certain results concerning the Hadamard product for two classes related to starlike and convex univalent meromorphic functions with positive coefficients by using convolution.     

Some properties of certain classes of p-valent functions defined by the hadamard product

In this paper we obtain sandwich type theorems, inclusion relationships, convolution properties and coefficient estimates of certain classes of p-valent analytic functions defined by a convolution. Several other new results are also obtained.     

Unexpected Ti-catalyzed formal intramolecular [4+4] cycloaddition of 1,1′-bi[(S,S)-6-(trimethylsilyl)cyclohepta-2,4-dien-1-yl]

Reductive disilylation (Li+Me₃SiCl−THF) of 1,3,5-cycloheptatriene led to 1,1′-bi[(S^∗,S^∗)-6-(trimethylsilyl)cyclohepta-2,4-dien-1-yl] (2). In the presence of TiCl₄ in dichloromethane, 2 gave rise to a spherical molecule 5 resulting from an intramolecular formal [4+4] supra-supra cycloaddition.     

The reductive dimerization of some 1,3-dienes and of 1,3,5-cycloheptatriene in the presence of trimethylchlorosilane: a DFT investigation

Treatment of 1,3-dienes and 1,3,5-cycloheptatriene by chlorotrimethylsilane in the presence of wire of lithium led mainly to reductive dimerization with formation of bis(allylsilane) derivatives. Bis-silyl compounds obtained: from 1,3-butadiene, 1,8-bis(trimethylsilyl)-2,6-octadiene (70%); from isoprene, (Z,Z)-2,7-dimethyl-1,8-bis(trimethylsilyl)-2,6-octadiene (44%) and 2,6-dimethyl-1,8-bis(trimethylsilyl)-2,6-octadiene (19%); from butadiene-isoprene mixture (1:1), 3-methyl-1,8-bis(trimethylsilyl)-2,6-octadiene (55%); from 2,3-dimethylbutadiene, (E,E)-2,3,6,7-tetramethyl-1,8-bis(trimethylsilyl)-2,6-octadiene (36%), from 1,3-cyclohexadiene, 4,4′-bis(trimethylsilyl)-bicyclohexyl-2,2′-diene (48%); from 1,3,5-cycloheptatriene, 1,1′-bi[(S^∗,S^∗)-6-(trimethylsilyl)cyclohepta-2,4-dien-1-yl] (53%). The structure of the various intermediates (radical anion, dianion, silylated radical, silylated anion) has been established by calculations at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level of theory with zero-point energy correction. These results are in accordance with a pathway including the formation of a radical anion, its silylation furnishing to a γ-silylated allylic radical followed by a dimerization reaction in the head to head manner.     

A CLASS OF HARMONIC STARLIKE FUNCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO SYMMETRIC POINTS ASSOCIATED WITH WRIGHT GENERALIZED HYPERGEOMETRIC FUNCTION

Making use of Wright operator we introduce a new class of complex-valued harmonic functions with respect to symmetric points which are orientation preserving, univalent and starlike. We obtain coefficient conditions, extreme points, distortion bounds, and convex combination.     

A new class of heterocycles: 1,4,3,5-oxathiadiazepane 4,4-dioxides

This work reports the synthesis of novel 1,4,3,5-oxathiadiazepanes 4,4-dioxides from the reaction of N'-benzyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-sarcosine or proline sulfamide with aromatic aldehydes under acid catalysis. To prepare the starting materials N-Boc-sulfamide derivatives of sarcosine or proline were alkylated with benzyl alcohol under Mitsunobu reaction conditions, the Boc group was removed chemoselectively by acidolysis, and the resulting product reduced to the corresponding alcohol in good yields.     

CERTAIN SUBCLASS OF p-VALENT MEROMORPHIC ANALYTIC FUNCTIONS INVOLVING CERTAIN INTEGRAL OPERATOR

The purpose of the present paper is to introduce a new subclass of p-valent meromorphic functions by using certain integral operator and to investigate various properties for this subclass.     

Efficient Synthesis of Modified Sulfamides and Cyclosulfamides Containing Phosphonate Moieties

Abstract

The synthesis of two new series of functionalized phosphonates is described. A new entry for the synthesis of 5-phosphonoalkyl cyclosulfamides and bis(phosphonoalkyl) sulfamides starting from dihalogeno bis(amino) sulfone has been developed. These compounds have been synthesized in good yields. Triethylphosphite has been used to introduce the phosphonate moiety into sulfamides and cyclosulfamides via Arbuzov reaction.
