应用红外光谱技术研究了在乙酸锌催化作用下1,5-萘二胺与碳酸二甲酯甲氧基羰基化反应机理.结果表明,二水合乙酸锌只有失去两个结晶水变成无水乙酸锌后才能产生催化活性.无水乙酸锌与1,5-萘二胺形成一个新的配位络合物,该配位络合物是一个适宜的亲核试剂,能与碳酸二甲酯进行亲核反应,生成1,5-萘二胺的甲氧基羰基化产物.在无水乙酸锌与1,5-萘二胺形成配位络合物的过程中,无水乙酸锌的结构从双齿型转变成单齿型.  相似文献

Basicities of the series of complexes CpIr(CO)(PR(3)) [PR(3) = P(p-C(6)H(4)CF(3))(3), P(p-C(6)H(4)F)(3), P(p-C(6)H(4)Cl)(3), PPh(3), P(p-C(6)H(4)CH(3))(3), P(p-C(6)H(4)OCH(3))(3), PPh(2)Me, PPhMe(2), PMe(3), PEt(3), PCy(3)] have been measured by the heat evolved (DeltaH(HM)) when the complex is protonated by CF(3)SO(3)H in 1,2-dichloroethane (DCE) at 25.0 degrees C. The -DeltaH(HM) values range from 28.0 kcal/mol for CpIr(CO)[P(p-C(6)H(4)CF(3))(3)] to 33.2 kcal/mol for CpIr(CO)(PMe(3)) and are directly related to the basicities of the PR(3) ligands in the complexes. For the more basic pentamethylcyclopentadienyl analogs, the -DeltaH(HM) values range from 33.8 kcal/mol for the weakest base CpIr(CO)[P(p-C(6)H(4)CF(3))(3)] to 38.0 kcal/mol for the strongest CpIr(CO)(PMe(3)). The nucleophilicities of the Cp'Ir(CO)(PR(3)) complexes were established from second-order rate constants (k) for their reactions with CH(3)I to give [Cp'Ir(CO)(PR(3))(CH(3))](+)I(-) in CD(2)Cl(2) at 25.0 degrees C. There is an excellent linear correlation between the basicities (DeltaH(HM)) and nucleophilicities (log k) of the CpIr(CO)(PR(3)) complexes. Only the complex CpIr(CO)(PCy(3)) with the bulky tricyclohexylphosphine ligand deviates dramatically from the trend. In general, the pentamethylcyclopentadienyl complexes react 40 times faster than the cyclopentadienyl analogs. However, they do not react as fast as predicted from electronic properties of the complexes, which suggests that the steric size of the Cp ligand reduces the nucleophilicities of the CpIr(CO)(PR(3)) complexes. In addition, heats of protonation (DeltaH(HP)) of tris(2-methoxyphenyl)phosphine, tris(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)phosphine, and tris(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)phosphine were measured and used to estimate pK(a) values for these highly basic phosphines.  相似文献

Clinical cases of type-1 hypersensitive reaction to rice (Oryza sativa) have been reported in western countries as well as in Japan. Among rice proteins, 14-16 kD globulin proteins encoded by multiple gene family have been identified as major rice allergens. In this study, a rice cDNA library was constructed using lambda UniZap vector and screened with a rat anti-16 kD globulin protein polyclonal antibody in order to isolate Korean rice allergenic cDNA clones. Five independent cDNA clones, termed RAK1-5, were obtained after second rounds of plaque assay and immunoblot analysis. These clones encoded 13-19 kD recombinant proteins upon IPTG induction, which were identified by the polyclonal antibody in immunoblot analysis. DNA sequencing analysis showed that RAK1-4 have 99% sequence homology with RA5b, and RAK5 is closely related with RA14c. This result indicated that RA5b gene is widely distributed in our cDNA library among other possible rice allergenic genes, and more study is needed to isolate heterogeneous or novel rice allergen genes.  相似文献

结合扫描电子显微镜, 用交流阻抗法对Li/LiClO_4-碳酸丙烯酯锂电极体系的研究表明, 锂电极表面膜层的生长分三个阶段,相当于两个紧密层和一个疏松层。里紧密层由Li_2CO_3组成, 厚度约10 nm, 是Li~+导体和电子绝缘体, 电阻率为1.4×10~8 Ωcm, 对锂电极的充放电无不利影响。外紧密层由Li_2CO_3和有机物组成。疏松层是在外紧密层表面不断破裂和修复中形成的。它们都不利于锂电极的充放电。  相似文献

We have synthesized a novel class of imidazole-based excited-state intramolecular proton-transfer (ESIPT) materials, i.e., hydroxy-substituted tetraphenylimidazole (HPI) and its derivative HPI-Ac, which formed large single crystals exhibiting intense blue fluorescence and amplified spontaneous emission (ASE). Transparent, clear, and well-defined fluorescent single crystals of HPI-Ac as large as 20 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm were easily grown from its dilute solution. From the X-ray crystallographic analysis and semiempirical molecular orbital calculation, it was deduced that the four phenyl groups substituted into the imidazole ring of HPI and HPI-Ac allowed the crystals free from concentration quenching of fluorescence by limiting the excessive tight-stacking responsible for intermolecular vibrational coupling and relevant nonradiative relaxation. Fluorescence spectral narrowing and efficient ASE were observed in the HPI-Ac single crystal even at low excitation levels attributed to the intrinsic four-level ESIPT photocycle.  相似文献

The determination of palladium(II) complexed with alpha-(2-benzimidazolyl)-alpha',alpha'-(N-5-nitro-2-pyridylhydrazone)-Toluene (BINPHT) was investigated by adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry using hanging mercury drop electrode. Palladium(II) in the sample solution can be determined in BINPHT and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). Accumulation is achieved by adsorption of Pd(II)-BINPHT complex on a hanging mercury drop electrode. Optimal conditions were found to be: supporting electrolyte; 0.01 M sodium acetate buffer at pH 5.0, accumulation potential; -590 mV versus Ag/AgCl, accumulation time; 180 s, scan rate; 50 mV s(-1), concentration of BINPHT; 2x10(-5) M. The linear range of Pd(II) was observed over the concentration range 20-100 ng ml(-1) The detection limit (S/N=3) is 2 ng ml(-1). A good reproductivity shows RSD of 2.0% (n=7). This procedure offers high selectivity with the presence of EDTA masking some metallic ions. River water sample spiking with palladium was determined.  相似文献

Interaction potentials of the iodine atom, atomic cation, and anion with light rare-gas atoms from He to Ar are calculated within the unified ab initio approach using the unrestricted coupled-cluster with singles and doubles and perturbative treatment of triples correlation treatment, relativistic small-core pseudopotential, and an extended basis set. Ab initio points are fit to a flexible analytical function. The calculated potentials are compared with available literature data, assessed in the I(-)-and I+-ion mobility calculations and the Ar-I(-)-anion zero electron kinetic-energy spectra simulations, and analyzed using the correlation rules. The results indicate a high precision of the reported potentials.  相似文献
