Six flavonol glycosides were isolated and identified from the aerial parts of Anthyllis barba-jovis L. (Leguminosae), together with two coumarins and D-pinitol, a taxonomic marker of Leguminosae family. The structural elucidation of all compounds was based on their (1)H- and (13)C-NMR spectral data and bidimensional experiments. The total flavonoid content was also determined, according to the method described in the Italian pharmacopoeia. In order to complete the phytochemical investigation on A. barba-jovis, the essential oils from flowers and seeds were obtained by hydrodistillation and analysed by GC-MS; fresh flowers were analysed also directly by solid phase micro extraction (SPME).  相似文献

Rate constants for three dimethylbenzaldehydes and two trimethylphenols have been determined for the OH reactions at 298±2 K and atmospheric pressure using a relative rate method. The OH reaction rate constants were placed on an absolute basis using the literature rate constant for 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene of (3.25±0.5)×10−11 cm3 molecule−1s−1). The measured rate constants were (in units of cm3 molecule−1 s−1) 2,4-dimethyl-benzaldehyde, (4.32±0.67)×10−11; 2,5-dimethylbenzaldehyde, (4.37±0.68)×10−11; 3,4-dimethylbenzaldehyde, (2.14±0.34)×10−11; and 2,3,5- trimethylphenol, (12.5±1.9)×10−11, 2,3,6-trimethylphenol, (11.8±1.8)×10−11. Using an average OH concentration of 8.7×105 molecule cm−3, the estimated atmospheric lifetimes are ca. 7.5 h for 2,4- and 2,5-dimethylbenzaldehydes, ca. 15 h for 3,4-dimethylbenzaldehyde, ca. 2.5 h for 2,3,5- and 2,3,6-trimethylphenols. The growth response of the alga Chlorella kessleri and the euglenoid Euglena gracilis has been studied as a model system to determine the effects of a tin salt (SnCl4·5H2O) and of some organotin (OT) derivatives, namely tetrabutyltin (TeBT), tributyltin (TBT) and tributyltin oxide (TBTO). Abiotic degradation was studied as well. Cells were exposed to a toxicity series (0–50 μg/mL−1) for the four chemicals in seven-day bioassays. Both microorganisms are tolerant of the inorganic salt, but growth inhibition was significant for all OT compounds, and especially large for TBT and TBTO. Although C. kessleri and E. gracilis are known to be tolerant towards metals and organic chemicals, the present results show that both are sensitive to organotin compounds: the inhibition of the growth was greater for C. kessleri. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In the structure of the title compound, C10H8BrNS, the dihedral angles between the planes of the thia­zole and aryl rings, viz. 4.2 (6) and 7.5 (6)° for the two independent mol­ecules, are consistent with insignificant molecular perturbation by the weak intermolecular contacts. The mol­ecules are close to being related by a non‐crystallographic inversion centre, with C—H⃛π and π–π intermolecular interactions observed.  相似文献

Microwave irradiation facilitated the synthesis of 4-arylthio-3-oxazolin-5-ones from ethyl cyanoformate, thiophenol, and cyclic ketones. The Savannah River Site’s (SRS) H-Canyon facility uses ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN) to separate impure neptunium (Np) from a nitric acid feed stream containing 0.5–1.0 M concentrations of iron, sodium and sulfate impurities. The material is processed using a two-pass solvent extraction purification which relies on CAN to oxidize Np to Np(VI) during the first pass prior to extraction. Spectrophotometric oxidation-state analyses normally used to validate successful oxidation to Np(VI) prior to extraction were compromised by this feed stream matrix. Therefore, a rapid chromatographic method to validate successful Np oxidation was developed using Eichrom Industries’ TRU and TEVA® resins. The method was validated and subsequently transferred to existing operations in the process analytical laboratories.  相似文献

In this paper, every monadic implication algebra is represented as a union of a unique family of monadic filters of a suitable monadic Boolean algebra. The preparation and characterization of three stereoisomeric cationic gemini surfactants, 2,3-dimethoxy-1,4-bis(N-hexadecyl-N,N-dimethylammonio)butane dibromide, are described. The aggregation properties have been studied by fluorescence, electrical conductivity, and quasi-elastic light scattering. A conformational study of the surfactant headgroups has been performed by molecular mechanics calculations to investigate the effect of the stereogenic centers on the surfactant molecular shape and therefore on the different organizations of the monomers in the aggregates. Results show that the stereochemistry of the spacer strongly influences the aggregation behavior of the diasteromeric gemini in water.  相似文献

Repositories for the disposal of radioactive waste generally rely on a multi-barrier system to isolate the waste from the biosphere. This multi-barrier system typically comprises the natural geological barrier provided by the repository host rock and its surroundings and an engineered barrier system (EBS). Bentonite is being studied as an appropriated porous material for an EBS to prevent or delay the release and transport of radionuclides towards biosphere. The study of pore water chemistry within bentonite barriers will permit to understand the transport phenomena of radionuclides and obtain a database of the bentonite-water interaction processes. In this work, the measurement of some chemical parameters in bentonite pore water using solid-state microsensors is proposed. Those sensors are well suited for this application since in situ measurements are feasible and they are robust enough for the long periods of time that monitoring is needed in an EBS. A probe containing an ISFET (ion sensitive field effect transistor) for measuring pH, and platinum microelectrodes for measuring conductivity and redox potential was developed, together with the required instrumentation, to study the chemical changes in a test cell with compacted bentonite. Response features of the sensors’ probe and instrumentation performance in synthetic samples with compositions similar to those present in bentonite barriers are reported. Measurements of sensors stability in a test cell are also presented.  相似文献
