A multiresidue method was developed for the determination of 12 organophosphorus insecticides (diazinon, parathion methyl, fenitrothion, pirimiphosmethyl, malathion, fenthion, chlorpyrifos, quinalphos, methidathion, ethion, azinphosmethyl, coumaphos), one carbamate (pirimicarb), and one amidine (amitraz) in unifloral and multifloral honeys. The analytical procedure was based on the matrix solid-phase dispersion of honey on a mixture of Florisil and anhydrous sodium sulfate in small glass columns and subsequent extraction with a low volume of hexane-ethyl acetate (90 + 10, v/v), assisted by sonication. The insecticide residues were determined by capillary chromatography with nitrogen-phosphorus detection and confirmed by mass spectrometry. Average recoveries at the 0.05-0.5 microg/g levels were >80% for organophosphorus insecticides and about 60% for the other insecticides, pirimicarb and amitraz, with relative standard deviations <10%. The detection limit for the different insecticides ranged between 6 and 15 microg/kg. The main advantages of the proposed method are that extraction and cleanup are performed in a single step with a low volume of organic solvent. The method is simple, rapid, and less laborious than conventional methods. Several Spanish honeys were analyzed with the proposed method and no residues of the studied insecticides were found.  相似文献

A series of tricarbonyl rhenium(I) complexes of the type fac‐[ReI(CO)3(ppl)(L)]0/+, where ppl is pyrazino[2,3‐f][1,10]phenanthroline, and where L is Cl?, TfO?, 4‐(tert‐butyl)pyridine (tBu‐py), 4‐methoxypyridine (MeO‐py), 4,4′‐bipyridyl (bpy), or 10‐(picolin‐4‐yl)phenothiazine (pptz), were synthesized and fully characterized. In all complexes, an increment in the electron‐acceptor properties of ppl compared to the free ligand was observed. This effect was more significant for pyridine‐type ligands, especially for pptz, compared to Cl? or TfO?. The properties of fac‐[Re(CO)3(ppl)(pptz)]PF6 were compared with those of the analogous compound fac‐[Re(CO)3(dppz)(pptz)]PF6, where dppz is dipyrido(3,2‐a : 2′,3′‐c)phenazine, the goal being to generate long‐lived excited charge‐transfer (CT) states. In this respect, fac‐[Re(CO)3(ppl)(pptz)]PF6 seems to be a promising candidate.  相似文献

Polyamide 6.6 multifilament yarns are converted to crimped fibres by texturing in order to simulate the properties of natural staple fibre yarns for textile applications. Texturing is carried out by mechanical stresses (turbulences or twisting) in different atmospheres which affect crystallinity and thermal stability of yarns. Two polyamide yarns with the same linear density but consisting of filaments of different fineness were textured by the air-jet and the false-twist procedures. The influence of texturing conditions and filament fineness on crystallinity and thermomechanical behaviour and dimensional stability were studied by TMA and DSC. The air-jet texturing procedure leads to a slight increase in crystallinity of yarns whereas the false-twist texturing procedure was more effective especially when thicker filaments were textured. The inflection point of the shrinkage curve before melting was a good estimator of the effective temperature of yarn texturing.  相似文献

Selecting most rigorous quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) approaches is of great importance in the development of robust and predictive models of chemical toxicity. To address this issue in a systematic way, we have formed an international virtual collaboratory consisting of six independent groups with shared interests in computational chemical toxicology. We have compiled an aqueous toxicity data set containing 983 unique compounds tested in the same laboratory over a decade against Tetrahymena pyriformis. A modeling set including 644 compounds was selected randomly from the original set and distributed to all groups that used their own QSAR tools for model development. The remaining 339 compounds in the original set (external set I) as well as 110 additional compounds (external set II) published recently by the same laboratory (after this computational study was already in progress) were used as two independent validation sets to assess the external predictive power of individual models. In total, our virtual collaboratory has developed 15 different types of QSAR models of aquatic toxicity for the training set. The internal prediction accuracy for the modeling set ranged from 0.76 to 0.93 as measured by the leave-one-out cross-validation correlation coefficient ( Q abs2). The prediction accuracy for the external validation sets I and II ranged from 0.71 to 0.85 (linear regression coefficient R absI2) and from 0.38 to 0.83 (linear regression coefficient R absII2), respectively. The use of an applicability domain threshold implemented in most models generally improved the external prediction accuracy but at the same time led to a decrease in chemical space coverage. Finally, several consensus models were developed by averaging the predicted aquatic toxicity for every compound using all 15 models, with or without taking into account their respective applicability domains. We find that consensus models afford higher prediction accuracy for the external validation data sets with the highest space coverage as compared to individual constituent models. Our studies prove the power of a collaborative and consensual approach to QSAR model development. The best validated models of aquatic toxicity developed by our collaboratory (both individual and consensus) can be used as reliable computational predictors of aquatic toxicity and are available from any of the participating laboratories.  相似文献

A topologically extended model of a chemically cross-linked hydrogel of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) at high hydration degree has been developed for a molecular dynamics simulation with atomic detail at 323 K. The analysis of the 5 ns trajectory discloses structural and dynamic aspects of polymer solvation and elucidates the water hydrogen bonding and diffusion in the network. The features of local polymer dynamics indicate that PVA mobility is not affected by structural constraints of chemical junctions at the investigated cross-linking density, with a prevailing dumping effect due to water interaction. Simulation results are validated by a favorable comparison with findings of an incoherent quasi-elastic neutron scattering study of the same hydrogel system.  相似文献

Although there is increasing concern about residues from personal care products entering the aquatic environment and their potential to accumulate to levels that pose a health threat to humans and wildlife, we still know little about the extent and magnitude of their presence in the aquatic environment. In this study we describe a procedure for isolation, and subsequent determination, of compounds commonly added to personal care products. The compounds of interest include UV filters with the commercial name Eusolex (homosalate, 4-methylbenzylidenecamphor, benzophenone-3, octocrylene, butylmethoxydibenzoylmethane, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate) and two common anti-microbial agents, clorophene and triclosan. Water samples were filtered, acidified, and extracted by use of solid-phase extraction. Extracted compounds were then derivatised before analysis by gas chromatography–mass spectroscopy. By use of our method we obtained limits of detection of 13–266 ng L−1 for UV filters, and 10–186 ng L−1 for triclosan and clorophene. Recoveries were 82–98% for deionised water and 50–98% for natural water (seawater, pool water, lake water, and river water). Samples collected in Slovenia included seventeen recreational waters (seawater, pool water, lake water, and river water; August 2004) and four wastewaters (January 2005). The most abundant UV filter was benzophenone-3 (11–400 ng L−1). Of the two anti-microbial agents studied, trace amounts, only, of triclosan were present in the river Kolpa (68 ng L−1) and in an hospital effluent (122 ng L−1).  相似文献

Nanocomposite materials consisting of CoFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles and a polyethylene glycol-acrylamide gel matrix have been synthesized. The structure of such materials was studied by means of small-angle scattering of X-rays and polarized neutrons, showing that the CoFe2O4 nanoparticles were successfully and homogeneously embedded in the gel structure. Magnetic, viscoelastic, and water retention properties of the nanocomposite gel confirm that the properties of both nanoparticles and gel are combined in the resulting nanomagnetic gel. Scanning electron microscopy highlights the nanocomposite nature of the material, showing the presence of a gel structure with different pore size distributions (pores with micron and nano-size distributions) that can be used as active sponge-like nanomagnetic container for water-based formulations as oil-in-water microemulsions.  相似文献
