Syntheses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been completed on two cycloruthenapentadienyl (CO)6Ru2L2 derivatives, with L = CH2OHC = CCH2OH and C2H5C=CCH2CH2OH respectively. Crystal data are as follows: for [(CO)3RuC4(CH2OH)4]Ru(CO)3·H2O, P21/c, a 13.72(1), b 9.501(4), c 14.86(1) Å, β 101.10(6)°, Rw = 0.052 for 1911 reflections; for [(CO)3RuC4(CH2CH2OH)2(C2H5)2]Ru(CO)3, P21/c, a 9.191(3), b 16.732(4), c 14.903(3) Å, β 113.61(4)°, Rw = 0.042 for 2865 reflections. Both compounds are built up from binuclear units, each unit being regarded as a Ru(CO)3 fragment π-bonded to a cycloruthenapentadienyl ring. The molecular parameters are compared with those of known cyclometallapentadienyl complexes of transition metals. The presence of a semi-bridging CO group is discussed.  相似文献

Interactions of α-cyclodextrin (α-CD) with dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC) and Egg phosphatidylcholine (Egg-PC) were studied (i) by analyzing surface pressure-area isotherms and surface tension of phospholipid monolayers formed at the interface between air and α-CD aqueous solutions and (ii) by X-ray diffraction performed on fully hydrated α-CD/phospholipid binary mixtures. The cyclodextrin molecules strongly interact with the two-dimension phospholipid assembly. Their addition into the aqueous sub-phase leads to the removal of part of the phospholipids from the air-water interface: the higher the α-CD concentration, the higher the phospholipid depletion. This should preferentially involve interactions between cyclodextrin and the phosphatidylcholine head group as α-CD is water-soluble and not surface-active. At the three-dimension level, the bilayer packing of the phospholipid lamellar phase appears not affected by the presence of cyclodextrin as shown by X-ray scattering at small angles whereas wide-angle diffraction patterns reveal the formation of a crystalline phase organized in a pseudo-hexagonal lattice usually characteristic of α-CD dimers. These results point out that α-CD should interact with bilayer-forming phospholipid molecules but likely according to a process that would preserve intact at least a part of the multilamellar assembly.  相似文献

A novel fibroin modified electrode with ion recognition was reported. The membrane with isoelectric point of pH 4.5, was modified on graphite and carbon fiber electrodes. The pH-responsive ion recognition of the modified electrode was investigated by use of some neurocompounds. The fibroin carbon fiber electrode has been used for in-vivo determination.  相似文献

The diastereoselective hydrogenation of 2-methyl nicotinic acid covalently bound to pantolactone was studied over supported metallic catalysts. With this chiral auxiliary, a two-steps reaction was observed with formation of tetrahydropyridine intermediate. 2,3-Dihyroxypyridine has been dialkylated with allyl bromide and methallyl chloride to give 1-allyl-3-allyloxy-2-pyridone ( 2 ) and 1-methallyl-3-methallyloxy-2-pyridone ( 3 ), respectively. These compounds readily undergo a Claisen rearrangement at 163° to give the bis-1,4-allyl-3-hydroxy-2-pyridone isomers, 4 and 5 , respectively. 2,3-Bisallyloxypyridine ( 8 ) and 2,3-bismethallyloxypyridine ( 9 ) were synthesized from 2-chloro-3-hydroxypyridine.  相似文献

A model study was investigated to develop colloidal supramolecular assemblies consisting of particles coated with lipid layers. The interactions between monodisperse sulfate-charged poly(styrene) submicrometer particles and zwitterionic/cationic lipid vesicles composed of 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine and 1,2-dipalmitoyl-3-trimethylammonium propane were considered. The influence of relevant experimental parameters on the final associations was examined by quasi-elastic light scattering to point out some new phenomena occurring in these colloidal systems. The major role of electrostatic interactions as driving forces to control the organization between cationic lipids and oppositely charged poly(styrene) particles was clearly evident, whereas this influence was less pronounced when considering the zwitterionic lipids. The characterization of these original complex assemblies was completed by a thorough study of the surface modification. The combination of zeta potential measurements, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses, and microscopy observations proved that the envisioned model can really correspond to polymer particles surrounded by lipids.  相似文献

Baseline separation of ten new substituted [1-(imidazo-1-yl)-1-phenylmethyl)] benzothiazolinone and benzoxazolinone derivatives, with one chiral center, was achieved by CD-EKC using highly sulfated CDs (alpha, beta, gamma highly S-CDs) as chiral selectors. The influence of the type and concentration of the chiral selectors on the enantioseparations was investigated. The highly S-CDs exhibit a very high enantioselectivity power since they allow excellent enantiomeric resolutions compared to those obtained with the neutral CDs. The enantiomers were resolved with analysis times inferior to 2.5 min and resolution factors R(s) of 3.73, 3.90, 1.40, and 4.35 for compounds 1, 2, 3, and 5, respectively, using 25 mM phosphate buffer at pH 2.5 containing either highly S-alpha-CD, highly S-beta-CD, and highly S-gamma-CD (3 or 4% w/v) at 298 K, with an applied field of 0.30 kV/cm. The determination of the enantiomer migration order for the various analytes and the study of the analyte structure-enantioseparation relationships display the high contribution of the interactions between the analytes phenyl ring and the CDs to the enantiorecognition process. The thermodynamic study of the analyte-CD affinities permits us to improve our knowledge about the enantioseparation mechanism.  相似文献

The reaction of the Lewis acid B(C(6)F(5))(3) with silanol groups of silica surfaces, dehydroxylated at different temperatures (300, 500, 700, and 800 degrees C), has been investigated in presence of the Br?nsted base NEt(2)Ph. The structure of the resulting modified silica supports [triple bond Si-OB(C(6)F(5))(3)](-)[HNEt(2)Ph](+) (1) has been carefully identified by IR and multinuclear solid-state NMR spectroscopies, isotopic (2)H and (18)O labeling, elemental analysis, molecular modeling, and comparison with synthesized molecular models. Highly dehydroxylated silica surfaces were required to transform selectively each silanol group into unique [triple bond Si-OB(C(6)F(5))(3)](-)[HNEt(2)Ph](+) fragments. For lower dehydroxylation temperatures, two sorts of surface sites were coexisting on silica: the free silanol groups [triple bond SiOH] and the ionic species 1.  相似文献
