Nickel–zinc ferrites have been synthesized via thermal decomposition of polynuclear coordination compounds containing as ligand the anion of malic acid, namely (NH4)[Fe2NixZn1–x(C4H4O5)(OH)3nH2O (x =0.25, 0.5 and 0.75, n=3 and 5). A comparison between the thermal behaviour of the studied polynuclear coordination compounds is inferred. Fe2NixZn1–xO4 (n=0.25, 0.5 and 0.75) ferrites with mean particle sizes of 65–85 Å and free from other phases are formed after a heating treatment of only one hour at 500°C.  相似文献

The coordinations compounds (NH4)[Fe(C4H4O5)(OH)2]·0.5H2O, [Ni(C4H4O5)]·3H2O and [Zn(C4H4O5)]·5H2O were synthesized by a precipitation method and characterized by chemical analysis, spectral (IR, UV-VIS) and magnetical investigations. In the range 50-600°C stepped thermal decompositions occur with formation of anhydrous malates, malonates, oxoacetates (iron and nickel compounds) and hydroxocarbonate (Zn compound) as intermediates observed by FT-IR spectroscopy. α-Fe2O3, NiO and ZnO constitute the final decomposition products. The thermal stability of two amino acid-(tyrosine and tryptophan) coated magnetite and their corresponding precursors, [Fe2IIIFeII(Tyr)8]·9H2O and [Fe2IIIFeII(Trp)2(OH)4](NO3)2·8H2O (where tyrosine=Tyr and tryptophan=Trp), was analyzed in comparison with free amino acids. The complexes present a lower thermal stability relative to the free ligand, due to the catalytic effect introduced by the iron cation and the presence of NO3 groups. The presence of NO3 group determines also a different degradation’s stoichiometry of the amino acid anion comparative with the one expressed by the free ligand molecule. The amino acid bonded to magnetite decomposes in two steps, its presence inducing an increasing of γ-Fe2O3→Fe2O3 conversion temperature.  相似文献

This paper describes the most important articles that have been published on amino acid analysis using CE during the period from June 2009 to May 2011 and follows the format of the previous articles of Smith (Electrophoresis 1999, 20, 3078-3083), Prata et al. (Electrophoresis 2001, 22, 4129-4138) and Poinsot et al. (Electrophoresis 2003, 24, 4047-4062; Electrophoresis 2006, 27, 176-194; Electrophoresis 2008, 29, 207-223; Electrophoresis 2010, 31, 105-121). We present new developments in amino acid analysis with CE, which are reported describing the use of lasers or light emitting diodes for fluorescence detection, conductimetry electrochemiluminescence detectors, mass spectrometry applications, and lab-on-a-chip applications using CE. In addition, we describe articles concerning clinical studies and neurochemical applications of these techniques.  相似文献

Republicii, Nr. 13, sector 2, Bucharest The thermal behaviour of the polynuclear coordination compounds [Fe12?xSr(malic)19?1.5x]·18H2O and [Fe12?xSr(gluc)19?1.5x]·20H2O precursors of strontium hexaferrite was investigated, and a decomposition mechanism is proposed. A pure hexaferrite with a mean crystallite size value of about 250 Å was obtained after 5 h calcination at 800°C of the gluconic precursor (x=1.5).  相似文献

The aim of this work was to elucidate soy proteins–xanthan gum interactions at a molecular level by studying protein composition at the air–water interface of foams and in the solutions used to make them and to see if the different properties of heat denatured protein were reflected in the proportions in which they were present at the interface or in the ability to interact with xanthan. To this end SDS-PAGE and densitometry was employed. Initial protein concentration and xanthan influenced the composition of proteins in the solutions used to make the foams. The increase in NSP concentration of solutions (0.5–6 wt.%) in the absence of xanthan promoted the formation of aggregates of low molecular weight (160 kDa), the association of A an B polypeptides and a decrease in and ′ subunits. As DSP concentration of solutions increased, an increase in the proportion of aggregates of high molecular weight (above 200 kDa) and B-polypeptide was observed. On addition of xanthan (0.025 and 0.05%) to protein solutions (0.5 and 2%), the formation of aggregates of high molecular weight was favoured for both NSP and DSP. In the absence of xanthan, no preferential adsorption of soy polypeptides was observed at the air–water interface of NSP foams. However in DSP foams, there was a preferential adsorption of B-polypeptides. Xanthan present in NSP foams (0.5 or 2%), caused an increase in the proportion of aggregates of high molecular weight at the interface as compared with the composition of solutions used to make the foams. An increase in proportion of AB-polypeptides (for 0.5% NSP and 0.025% xanthan) and B-polypeptides together with polypeptides of molecular weight lower than 14 kDa (for 0.5% NSP and 0.05% xanthan) was also observed at the interface in NSP foams. On the contrary, the presence of xanthan in DSP foams caused a decrease in the proportion of aggregates of high molecular weight and a concomitant increase in B-polypeptide. The B-11S polypeptide predominated the interface of DSP foams probably for its hydrophobicity and basic characteristics.  相似文献

Abstract  

The heterometallic complexes [Cu(VO)2(CSN2H4)3Cl(OH)4]·H2O, [Cu2(VO)2(CSN2H4)2(C2H3O2)2·(OH)4], and [Cu2(VO)3(CSN2H4)4(C2H3O2)4(OH)4] were prepared and characterized in terms of their molecular electrical conductivity, electronic and IR spectra, and thermal behavior. A polymeric structure is proposed in which a thiourea ligand is bonded via a sulfur atom to the tetracoordinated copper(I) and via amino groups to the oxovanadium(IV) ion. The polymeric nature of the complexes is due to bridging via the OH, thiourea, and/or acetate moieties between oxovanadium(IV) coordination centers.  相似文献

The homopolynuclear coordination compound [CoL · 2.5H2O]n with L=C2O4 2− was synthesized by a new unconventional method. It consist in the redox reaction between 1,2-ethanediol and cobalt nitrate in presence of nitric acid. The coordination compound was characterized by chemical analysis, electronic and vibrational spectra respectively, thermal analysis. In the coordination compound the Co(II) ion exists in a high spin octahedral configuration and oxalate anion acts as double-bridge ligand, tetradentate, similar as in CoC2O4 · 2H2O obtained by the classical method. Nonstoichiometric oxide, Co3O4+0.25 with deficit in cobalt and normal spinel Co3O4 where identified as thermal decomposition intermediates. As final product of decomposition, the oxide CoO was obtained.  相似文献
