The neutral cluster [Au8Mo4(CO)20(PPh3)4] was synthesized in low yield from [AuCl(PPh3)] and [Mo2(CO)10]2- in acetonitrile at room temperature. The cluster was characterized by X-ray analysis, IR, and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Its solid-state structure consists of four Au(3)Mo tetrahedral units, fused by four Au atoms in a ring. The average bond lengths are Au-Au 2.77 Angstrom and Mo-Au 2.93 Angstrom. The internal angles of the planar square ring are very close to 90 degrees. 相似文献

We establish well-posedness of initial–boundary value problems for continuity equations with BV (bounded total variation) coefficients. We do not prescribe any condition on the orientation of the coefficients at the boundary of the domain. We also discuss some examples showing that, regardless of the orientation of the coefficients at the boundary, uniqueness may be violated as soon as the BV regularity deteriorates at the boundary. 相似文献

The main aspects and results of some electrokinetic filtration tests are presented. Both theory and tests show the key role played by the electrochemical boundary phenomena, such as the electrode reactions, and by the mineralogy of the soil. The aforementioned results show the necessity to run long duration tests. Indeed the macroscopic properties of the soil can change widely during the tests, therefore affecting the expected results in terms of environmental remediation or consolidation but also in terms of energy consumption and efficiency. 相似文献

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is one of the most used biopolymers in the development of drug delivery systems, due to its biocompatibility, biodegradability, non-immunogenicity and intrinsic-targeting properties. HA specifically binds to CD44; this property combined to the EPR effect could provide an option for reinforced active tumor targeting by nanocarriers, improving drug uptake by the cancer cells via the HA-CD44 receptor-mediated endocytosis pathway. Moreover, HA can be easily chemically modified to tailor its physico-chemical properties in view of specific applications. The derivatization with cholesterol confers to HA an amphiphilic character, and then the ability of anchoring to niosomes. HA-Chol was then used to coat Span® or Tween® niosomes providing them with an intrinsic targeting shell. The nanocarrier physico-chemical properties were analyzed in terms of hydrodynamic diameter, ζ-potential, and bilayer structural features to evaluate the difference between naked and HA-coated niosomes. Niosomes stability was evaluated over time and in bovine serum. Moreover, interaction properties of HA-coated nanovesicles with model membranes, namely liposomes, were studied, to obtain insights on their interaction behavior with biological membranes in future experiments. The obtained coated systems showed good chemical physical features and represent a good opportunity to carry out active targeting strategies. 相似文献

Background: Immune-related adverse events (irAEs) are inflammatory side effects, which can occur during immune-checkpoint(s) inhibitors (ICIs) therapy. Steroids are the first-line agents to manage irAEs because of their immunosuppressive properties. However, it is still debated whether or when steroids can be administered without abrogating the therapeutic efforts of immunotherapy. Methods: We retrospectively evaluated 146 patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), melanoma and renal cell carcinoma (RCC) treated with ICIs. We assessed the progression-free survival (PFS) of patients treated with steroids due to an irAE compared to a no-steroid group. Results: The early treatment with steroid (within the first 30 days from the beginning of immunotherapy) was not related to a shorter PFS (p = 0.077). Interestingly, patients who were treated with steroids after 30 days from the start of immunotherapy had significantly longer PFS (p = 0.017). In a multivariate analysis, treatment with steroids after 30 days was an independent prognostic factor for PFS (HR: 0.59 [95% CI 0.36–0.97], p = 0.037). Conclusions: This retrospective study points out that early systemic steroids administration to manage irAEs might not have a detrimental effect on patient clinical outcome in NSCLC, melanoma and RCC patients. 相似文献
