A novel, versatile pen-type lithography-based methodology was developed to control the growth of HKUST-1 crystals on surfaces by direct delivery of femtoliter droplets containing both inorganic and organic building block precursors. A novel organocatalytic asymmetric [3+2] cycloaddition reaction between methyleneindolinones and allylic compounds yielding complex spirocyclopentaneoxindoles has been developed. It provides extraordinary levels of enantioselective control involving a chiral phosphine as a nucleophilic organocatalyst. Simple precursors were used under mild conditions to construct oxindole derivatives with high enantiopurity and structural diversity. Intermolecular interactions between α-, β-glucose, and methacrylic acid (MAA) have been investigated. Twenty-two possible
conformations have been optimized at the DFT(B3LYP) level of theory with the 6-31G(d) basis set. The geometrical parameters
for the most stable configurations of hydrogen bonding sites in the optimized systems have been determined. The binding energies
ΔE
bind have been calculated at the MP2/6-311++G(d,p) level of approximation taking into account the basis set superposition error
(BSSE) and the zero-point vibrational energies corrections. Results indicate that the most stabilized complexes form hydrogen
bonds either through carboxylic and hemiacetal oxygen atoms acting as proton acceptors. Both, α- and β-anomers are studied
in the pyranose six-membered ring. In all complexes, the nuclear quadrupole coupling constants (χ) for 17O nuclei were obtained about 10.0 MHz, while for the 2H atoms they vary from ≈200.0 to ≈350.0 kHz. 相似文献

In this paper, we evaluated the antiviral activity against HMPV replication of crude extract of the marine algae Stypopodium zonale and of two meroditerpenoids obtained from it, atomaric acid and epitaondiol, and a methyl ester derivative of atomaric acid. Their selectivity indexes were 20.78, >56.81, 49.26 and 12.82, respectively. Compared to ribavirin, the substances showed a relatively low cytotoxicity on LLC-MK2 cells, with a significant antiviral activity, inhibiting at least 90% of viral replication in vitro, which demonstrates the potential of these marine natural products to combat infections caused by HMPV in vitro. 相似文献

The double cyclocondensation of symmetric pyridyl bis(oxoacids) 2b and 3b with (R)-phenylglycinol stereoselectively gave access to bis-phenylglycinol-derived oxazolopyrrolidine 9 and oxazolopiperidone 10, respectively. Application of the stereocontrolled cyclocondensation reaction to phenyl bis-γ-oxoacid 4b provided 11, which was converted to the corresponding enantiopure di(pyrrolidinyl)benzene 22. IR microspectroscopy and attenuated total reflectance microspectroscopy measurements demonstrate variations in the polymer
at the ablated pore rims, including evidence for changes in chemical structure and crystallinity. SEM results on microperforated
PHBHV substrates after cell culture demonstrated that the physical and chemical changes observed in the biomaterial did not

The detection of corticosteroids and sex steroids in samples with no content indication, which are confiscated for forensic
investigation, is a challenge in doping analysis. A screening method based on the identification of androgens, estrogens,
gestagens, and their esters by means of a mass spectral library, along with a fast ultra-performance liquid chromatography–mass
spectrometry (UPLC-MS) method, was recently developed in our lab for the analysis of dietary supplements. However, for forensic
investigations, it is important to extend the scope of the method to corticosteroids in various matrices. Therefore, 36 corticosteroids
were added to the mass spectral library, and the sample preparation step was modified so that androgens, gestagens, corticosteroids,
and their esters could be analyzed with only one injection with the UPLC-MS method. A complementary tool to the existing library
identification was found in the extraction of common fragment ions out of the full scan data obtained for the library search.
The fragment ion with m/z 147 was found to be a good marker for the detection of steroids. Extra confirmation was obtained from the fragment ions with
m/z 135 (for all steroids) and 237 (specific for corticosteroids) or from the fragment ions with m/z 77, 91, and 105. The effectiveness of this approach was evaluated on some samples previously screened for forensic investigation
with thin-layer chromatography and confirmed with a targeted gas chromatography–mass spectrometry method. This study shows
that the combination of the library identification and the common fragment ions approach can be a valuable tool in the detection
of steroids without defining any target at the start of the analysis. 相似文献

It is possible to generalize the question and ask “For a game G, what is the largest n such that ∗n is a position of G?” This leads to the concept of the nim dimension. In Santos and Silva (2008) [8] a fractal process was proposed for analyzing the previous questions. For the same purpose, in Santos and Silva (2008) [9], an algebraic process was proposed. In this paper we implement a third idea related to embedding processes.
