By using the first-principles calculation based on density functional theory, we investigate the electronic structures and transport properties of the defected and doped zigzag graphene nanoribbons (ZGNRs). The effects of multivacancies defects and impurities have been considered. The results show that band structures of ZGNRs can be tuned strongly and currents drop drastically due to the defect and impurities. Moreover, the notable suppression of conductance can be found near the Fermi level, leading to the negative differential resistance (NDR) behavior under low bias. This effect presents a possibility in novel nanoelectronics devices application.  相似文献

研究了在不同的相互作用和隧穿耦合强度比值情况下双势阱中冷原子的隧穿现象.两格点Bose-Hubbard模型不能完全解释实验.为此,对此模型做了高阶修正.取双势阱的基态和第一激发态作基矢,写出哈密顿量的表示,解释了用两格点Bose-Hubbard模型分析实验时参数不能定量符合的原因.另外,通过计算两阱中原子纠缠度的变化,结合三态上原子布居数分布,直观描述了整个隧穿过程.  相似文献

建立反相-高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定罗勒(Ocimum basilicumL.)中石吊兰素的含量。用Microsorb-M V 100-5C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇:1%醋酸=86:14(V/V)为流动相,流速为0.5mL/min,检测波长为335nm。石吊兰素浓度在0.27—32.4μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),方法平均回收率大于99%(n=9)。方法简单、可靠,可应用于罗勒植物中石吊兰素的含量测定。  相似文献

<正>YAG:Ce crystal with a diameter of 110 mm is successfully grown by the temperature gradient technique (TGT).The effects of annealing on the luminescence efficiency of YAG:Ce crystal are investigated,and the optimal annealing temperature and atmosphere are obtained.The mechanism of variation behavior of the luminescence efficiency of YAG:Ce under different annealing conditions is discussed and some details on the luminescence associated with color centers are analyzed.  相似文献

A non-close-packed three-dimensional photonic crystal of titania hollow spheres has been fabricated. The fabricated process is based on the silica template technique, thermal sintering, and the sol–gel process. The band-structure calculations and optical measurements both indicate that a quasi-full three-dimensional photonic bandgap located at the visible wavelength has been presented between the eighth and ninth bands. This indicates that the non-close-packed structure of titania hollow spheres was easier to open the complete photonic bandgaps than other face-centered cubic structures made by self-assembling methods at the visible region.  相似文献

The Er3+-Yb3+ codoped Al2O3 nanoparticles with an average particle size of about 50 nm have been synthesized by an arc discharge synthesis method. The green and red up-conversion emissions centered at about 526, 547 and 677 nm, corresponding respectively to the 2H11/24I15/2, 4S3/24I15/2 and 4F9/24I15/2 transitions of Er3+, were detected by a 978-nm semiconductor laser diode excitation. The Annealing has evident effect on the up-conversion emissions of the samples: The red up-conversion emission is noticeable before annealing; however, the green up-conversion emission becomes predominant after annealing. The mixture of (Er,Yb)3Al5O12 and α-(Al,Er,Yb)2O3 phases is more favorable for green up-conversion emissions due to an enhancement of the ESA (I) of 4I11/2+a photon→4F7/2 and ET (III) of 2F5/2(Yb3+)+4I11/2(Er3+)→2F7/2(Yb3+)+4F7/2(Er3+) processes. The two-photon absorption up-conversion process is involved in the green and red up-conversion emissions. The results have proved that arc discharge synthesis is a new promising preparation technology for optical materials. With a type-I critical phase-matching LBO crystal, an intracavity frequency doubled solid-stated Yb:YAG green laser is reported. Using a plano-concave resonator, with pump power of 1.37 W, 24.5 mW TEM00 continuous wave laser at 525 nm was obtained. The optical conversion efficiency is 1.8%. By adjusting the placed angle of LBO, several lasers wavelength from 525.0 to 537.8 nm could be extracted. The maximum output power at 537.8 nm is 3.1 mW.  相似文献

We report the laboratory experiment on a segmented mirror testbed that shows the use of a dispersed Rayleigh interferometer to phase segmented mirrors.Segment alignment of tip-tilt is fulfilled by overlapping diffraction pattern centroids of the three individual segments on the focal plane.A spherical interferometer is introduced to evaluate the performance of piston, tip-tilt sensing, and control closed-loop, and finally a total residual root-mean-square (RMS) surface error of about 45 nm is achieved, in which a typical error of about 20 nm is contributed by piston.These results demonstrate that the dispersed Rayleigh interferometer can successfully sense the piston of segmented mirrors and be used in phasing segmented telescopes under extensive studies.  相似文献

依据相空间邻近轨道演化相似性特点建立训练模式,提出了基于自适应高阶非线性Volterra滤波器(HONFIR)的混沌时间序列多步预测模型(MSP-HONFIR);通过定义距离相似度、趋势相似度来衡量轨道演化相似度,提出了混沌吸引子邻近轨道判别的新方法;从模型训练充分性角度出发探讨了MSP-HONFIR滤波器模型训练集规模控制的依据.数值研究表明MSP-HONFIR滤波器模型的多步预测性能优于原有HONFIR滤波器模型. 关键词: 混沌 非线性自适应预测 Volterra滤波器模型 训练模式  相似文献
