Geometric distortion caused by B0 inhomogeneity is one of the most important problems for diffusion-weighted images (DWI) using single-shot, echo planar imaging (SS-EPI). In this study, large-deformation, diffeomorphic metric mapping (LDDMM) algorithm has been tested for the correction of geometric distortion in diffusion tensor images (DTI). Based on data from nine normal subjects, the amount of distortion caused by B0 susceptibility in the 3-T magnet was characterized. The distortion quality was validated by manually placing landmarks in the target and DTI images before and after distortion correction. The distortion was found to be up to 15 mm in the population-averaged map and could be more than 20 mm in individual images. Both qualitative demonstration and quantitative statistical results suggest that the highly elastic geometric distortion caused by spatial inhomogeneity of the B0 field in DTI using SS-EPI can be effectively corrected by LDDMM. This postprocessing method is especially useful for correcting existent DTI data without phase maps.  相似文献

A novel temperature-insensitive strain sensor,based on an in-line Mach-Zehnder interferometer,is fabricated by concatenating two waist-enlarged fiber tapers separated by a short piece of photonic crystal fiber. The interference spectrum of the proposed sensor is analyzed in detail.Experimental results demonstrate that this sensor has a strain sensitivity of.3.02 pm/μεand maintains the temperature insensitivity feature. The proposed sensor has great potential in diverse sensing applications due to its advantages,such as its compact size,low cost,and simple fabrication process.  相似文献

内锥式流量计在多相流测量中的应用逐渐受到广大多相流研究工作者的重视。针对内锥式流量计在多相流测量中存在的一些问题,提出一种新型的环形通道式差压流量计—长腰内锥流量计。通过理论推导得出流量方程及永久压损与流量的关系式,并通过在水相、油相、气相条件下的标定实验,定量分析流出系数与永久压损等特性。结果表明:在长腰内锥体腰部取低压可以在保证差压信号幅值的情况下提高其稳定性、重复性;长腰内锥流量计节流件的轮廓及固定方式可以显著地减小永久压损。为后期开发新型多相流测量仪器提供理论依据与设计基础。  相似文献

The Ising model with three alternative layers on the honeycomb and square lattices is studied by using the effective-field theory with correlations. We consider that the nearest-neighbor spins of each layer are coupled ferromagnetically and the adjacent spins of the nearest-neighbor layers are coupled either ferromagnetically or anti-ferromagnetically depending on the sign of the bilinear exchange interactions. We investigate the thermal variations of the magnetizations and present the phase diagrams. The phase diagrams contain the paramagnetic, ferromagnetic and anti-ferromagnetic phases, and the system also exhibits a tricritical behavior.  相似文献

We examine the dynamic phase transitions and the dynamic compensation temperatures, within a mean-field approach, in the mixed spin-3/2 and spin-5/2 Ising system with a crystal-field interaction under a time-varying magnetic field on a hexagonal lattice by using Glauber-type stochastic dynamics. The model system consists of two interpenetrating sublattices with σ=3/2 and S=5/2. The Hamiltonian model includes intersublattice, intrasublattice, and crystal-field interactions. The intersublattice interaction is considered antiferromagnetic and to be a simple but interesting model of a ferrimagnetic system. We employ the Glauber transition rates to construct the mean-field dynamic equations, and we solve these equations in order to find the phases in the system. We also investigate the thermal behavior of the dynamic sublattice magnetizations and the dynamic total magnetization to obtain the dynamic phase transition points and compensation temperatures as well as to characterize the nature (continuous and discontinuous) of transitions. We also calculate the dynamic phase diagrams including the compensation temperatures in five different planes. According to the values of Hamiltonian parameters, five different fundamental phases, three different mixed phases, and six different types of compensation behaviors in the Néel classification nomenclature exist in the system.  相似文献

Human serum albumin (HSA), a model protein, was introduced to the surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) of cationic porphyrin 5,10,15,20‐tetrakis(1‐methyl‐4‐pyridyl)‐21H,23H‐porphine (H2TMPyP4). HSA was found to have a great influence not only on Ag nanoparticle aggregation state but also on the interaction between Ag nanoparticle and H2TMPyP4 molecules. In the (H2TMPyP4‐Ag colloid)/HSA system, addition of H2TMPyP4 to Ag colloid led to a quick Ag colloid aggregation, and subsequent HSA addition could stabilize this system. The SERS spectrum was dominated by a combination of Ag(II)TMPyP4 and free base H2TMPyP4. More interestingly, a photoinduced demetalation of Ag(II)TMPyP4 to free base H2TMPyP4 was observed in the (H2TMPyP4‐Ag colloid)/HSA system. This demetalation process was partially reversible when the laser was turned off or the laser power was reduced. In this case, HSA acts as both a stabilizer and a demetalation promoter. In the (HSA‐H2TMPyP4)/Ag colloid system, when H2TMPyP4 was premixed with HSA prior to the Ag colloid addition, no obvious Ag colloid aggregation appeared, and the SERS spectrum was just characteristic of free base H2TMPyP4. 多相流过程参数的准确测量在石油化工与冶金工业等工业过程中十分重要。内锥式流量计作为一种新型差压流量计在多相流测量中逐渐受到关注,它能在较短的直管段条件下对流体实现准确的测量,但其结构尚存在优化的空间,需进行深入研究。本文对传统内锥式流量计做结构变形和优化研究,利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对DN50 mm水平管道中内锥变形体的流场进行数值模拟,分析在不同结构参数下锥体的水力特性以优化结构。数值仿真结果表明,综合内锥式流量计在取压点、永久压损及测量精确度等因素,优化后的结构可以显著降低永久压损,提高测量重复性和精确度。  相似文献

运用密度泛函B3LYP/6-31G+(d)方法对gg构象的低聚壳聚糖进行了结构优化、频率计算和电子结构,并用更高精度的WB97XD/6-311+G(d,p)方法计算了平均结合能及零点能校正,分析了热力学性质.结果表明,由于低聚壳聚糖中的氢键作用,使其形成螺旋结构;聚合度的增加,使平均结合能随之下降,结构的稳定性增强;在降解过程中,均为放热反应,验证了利用降温来提高降解产率的实验的可行性;此外,聚合度的增加,使能隙减小且快速收敛于聚合度为7的6.99 eV,稳定的反应活性与实验相符;HOMO、LUMO的电子密度分布表明,化学活性集中在C2位的氨基、C6位的羟基以及链的两端位置.该结果对低聚壳聚糖模型的建立和低聚壳聚糖降解过程、活性位置以及物理化学属性的尺寸依赖等现象的研究有着指导意义.  相似文献

表面磁等离子体(surfacemagnetoplasmons,SMPs)是一种在电介质和偏置磁场作用下磁光材料界面处传播的近场电磁波.其独特的非互易传播特性引起了大量科研工作的关注,但在具体的波导结构设计上仍存在很多问题.本文研究了一种银-硅-磁光材料的3层平面波导结构,SMPs在磁光材料和硅的界面处传播,发现在特定的频率范围内,SMPs的基模及高阶模式均具有正向或反向的单向传播特性.分别计算了旋磁与旋电材料平面波导的色散方程,研究了硅层厚度与外加磁场对能带结构及SMPs单向传播区域的影响,发现无论是旋磁或旋电材料的结构,硅层厚度的增加使高阶模式使高阶模式出现在更低的频率位置,使单向传输带宽变小甚至消失,外加磁场的变大使磁光材料的能带结构频率增大的同时带隙中也引入了高阶模式.计算了2种磁光材料平面波导的正向和反向的单向传播带宽宽度,发现旋磁材料YIG的单向SMPs模式出现在GHz波段,最大单向带宽可达到2.45 GHz;旋电材料InSb的单向SMPs模式出现在THz波段,最大单向带宽达到3.9 THz.  相似文献
