简法合成甲地孕酮

本文报道了合成甲地孕酮的简便方法,即以17α-乙酰氧基-黄体酮(3)为原料,将其烯醇醚(4)经Mannich反应,或将△~(3,5)-3,17α-二乙酰氧基-黄体酮(2)与二乙氧基甲烷反应,生成6-次甲基-17α-乙酰氧基-黄体酮(5),然后将5用钯/碳酸钙作催化剂转位得目的物甲地孕酮(6b),总收率分别为56%和50%(均以17α-羟基-黄体酮(1)为起始物)。     

用TMS—2型热机分析仪测量热释蠕变

对已经商品化的Perkin-Elmer TMS-2型热机分析仪进行改进,用来测量聚合物材料的热释蠕变行为。按照7SCr分步加载的程序,用弯曲法测量了-83～300℃温度范围内低密度聚乙烯的玻璃化转变松弛过程,并从TSCr谱上计算其相应的分子参数,实验结果与用扭转的TSCr方法所得结果相等,因此这是一种研究聚合物材料松弛行为的方便可行的技术。     

前列环素(PGI2)及其类似物的合成

本文综述了前列环素及其类似物的合成。类似物包括有7-羰基—、10,10-二氟—、5-氯—,4-羰基—、6,9-硫—、6,9-氮—,6 a-碳—前列环素以及苯前列环素等。前列环素及其类似物是一类具有抑制血小板聚集的生物活性化合物。     

Correction: Direct synthesis of the organic and Ge free Al containing BOG zeolite (ITQ-47) and its application for transformation of biomass derived molecules

Aluminosilicate boggsite (Si/Al-BOG) has been hydrothermally synthesized without adding organic structure-directing agents (OSDAs) in the synthesis gel using the borosilicogermanium ITQ-47 (Si/B-ITQ-47) zeolite as seeds. The introduction of the costly and environmentally less benign phosphazene organic structure-directing agent is not required to grow the zeolite. Physicochemical characterization experiments show that Si/Al-BOG has good crystallinity, high surface area, tetrahedral Al³⁺ species, and acid sites. In order to test the catalytic performance of the zeolite, the synthesis of l,l-lactide from l-lactic acid was performed. Si/Al-BOG exhibits 88.2% conversion of l-lactic acid and 83.8% l,l-lactide selectivity, which are better than those of other zeolites studied up to now.

Capillary electrophoresis with end-column amperometric detection of urinary 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine

Urinary 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8OHdG) is an excellent marker of oxidative DNA damage. Until now, urinary 8OHdG has been measured by high-performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. A simple and sensitive method for the analysis of urinary 8OHdG by capillary electrophoresis with end-column amperometric detection has been developed in our laboratory. A single-step solid-phase extraction procedure was optimized and used for extracting 8OHdG from human urine. To improve the sensitivity of this method, a new focusing technique based on a dynamic pH junction was used. The limit of detection was 20 nM (signal-to-noise ratio S/N = 3), the linear range was 50 nM-10 microM, and the correlation coefficient was better than 0.999. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was found to be 0.57% for migration time, and 4.79% for peak current. To show the usefulness of the method, the urinary concentration of 8OHdG in nine healthy persons and ten cancer patients was determined. The urinary concentration of 8OHdG in cancer patients was significantly higher than that in healthy persons.     

Bisbakuchiols A and B, novel dimeric meroterpenoids from Psoralea corylifolia

Two novel dimeric meroterpenoids, bisbakuchiols A and B, along with (S)-bakuchiol were isolated from the seeds of Psoralea corylifolia L. (Fabaceae). Bisbakuchiols A and B contain an unprecedented dimeric meroterpenoid skeleton in which two meroterpenes are linked through a dioxane bridge. All compounds were evaluated for their potential to inhibit hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) activation induced by hypoxia in a HIF-1-mediated reporter gene assay in AGS human gastric cancer cells. (S)-Bakuchiol inhibited hypoxic activation of HIF-1 with an IC₅₀ value of 6.1 μM.     

聚乙二醇在高真空条件下的单链弹性

在过去二十年间，高分子的单链弹性已经得到了广泛的研究.然而由于环境和高分子之间往往有着复杂的相互作用，实验中很难得到高分子在严格无扰状态下的单链弹性（即本征弹性）.为此，利用单分子力谱技术研究了高真空条件下聚乙二醇（PEG）的单链弹性.结果表明，由于高真空条件下溶剂分子的干扰被消除，PEG在这一准无扰状态下呈现其本征弹性.在非极性有机溶剂中，由于溶剂分子和PEG之间只有微弱的范德华力作用，PEG表现出和高真空中基本一致的弹性.然而，在不同环境中，力曲线的低力区（F<100 pN）存在着细微的差异.这一现象可归因于不同条件下基底与PEG链之间的吸附力不同.采用的高真空力谱可用于研究其他高分子单链在准无扰状态下的本征弹性.     

镧系与二甘醇-二-(邻羟基苯基)醚配合物的合成与表征

本文合成14种镧系高氯酸盐及硝酸盐分别与二甘醇-二-(邻羟基苯基)醚(记为EO_2(HOP)_2,EO=ethylene oxide,HOP为邻羟基苯基)形成的新配合物,确证组成为Ln(ClO_4)_3·EO_2(HOP)_2·nH_2O(Ln:La-Eu,n=10,Ln:Gd,Dy-Tm,Y,n=7),La_3(NO_3)_9·(EO_2(HOP)_2)_2·3H_2O及La(ClO_4)_2·EO_2H(OP)_25H_2O。文中研究了配合物红外,紫外、~1HNMR谱及~(13)C纵向弛豫时间T_1等,并讨论了共存阴离子、溶剂及配体不同端基对成配的影响。     

扫描近场光学显微镜对纳米结构的观察

光学显微镜在人们认识微观世界的过程中一直扮演着非常重要的角色．随着认识的深入，对空间分辨率的要求也越来越高．但是众所周知，普通光学显微镜（远场情况下）的分辨率受光的衍射效应所限制，一般可表达为0．61A／N．A．（约等于A／2，A为照射光的波长，N．A．为数值孔径）     

纳米级金膜微电极的制作,表征及异相催化反应

报道了纳米级金膜微电极的制作方法，用ＸＰＳ及ＳＥＭ对电极表面进行了表征，考察了该电极的循环伏安及计时电流特性，在聚吡咯修饰微带金电极上成功地实现了葡萄糖氧化酶和电子传递媒体Ｆｅ（ＣＮ）６＾３－的同时固定，并研究了ＧＯＤ／Ｆｅ（ＣＮ）６＾３－／ＰＰｙ微酶电极对葡萄糖的响应，稳态响应电流与葡萄糖浓度之间存在Ｍｉｃｈｅａｌｉｓ－Ｍｅｎｔｅｎ动力学特征。
