根据O2和CO2在二甲亚砜(DMSO)介质中Pt电极上的伏安特性,采用微电极并结构计算机控制的电位调制技术,建立了快速联合测定CO2和O2的调制电位脉冲库仑法和调制电位脉冲电流法,取得了满意的结果。一次测量时间快达40ms。CO2检测范围0 ̄10%(体积百分比);O2检测范围不受限制。通过编程设计特定的调制电位-时间波形,可保持连续检测的长期稳定性。  相似文献

The hydrogen bonding complexes HO(H2O)n (n = 1–3) were completely investigated in the present study using DFT and MP2 methods at varied basis set levels from 6‐31++G(d,p) to 6‐311++G(2d,2p). For n = 1 two, for n = 2 two, and for n = 3 five reasonable geometries are considered. The optimized geometric parameters and interaction energies for various complexes at different levels are estimated. The infrared spectrum frequencies and IR intensities of the most stable structures are reported. Finally, thermochemistry studies are also carried out. The results indicate that the formation and the number of hydrogen bonding have played an important role in the structures and relative stabilities of different complexes. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Solvothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure Determination of AgBiI4 and Ag3BiI6 AgBiI4 and Ag3BiI6 were synthesized by solvothermal reaction from AgI and BiI3 in diluted HI‐solution (20 %) at a temperature of 160 °C. The greyish‐black crystals grow as octahedra (AgBiI4) or hexagonal/trigonal platelets (Ag3BiI6). AgBiI4 crystallizes in space group Fd3¯m with a = 1222.3(1) pm (300 K) and Z = 8 whereas Ag3BiI6 shows the space group R3¯m with a = 435.37(6) pm, c = 2081.0(4) pm (300 K) and Z = 1. Both crystal structures show stacking sequence abcabc… of hexagonal layers containing Iodine. Bismuth and silver are sharing octahedral sites with different mass ratio in both structures. The part of silver which could be localized varies with temperature. This behaviour indicates mobility of silver within the crystal structure. The ionic conductivity of AgBiI4 is explored. AgBiI4 and Ag3BiI6 show close structural relationship, with AgBiI4 as a variant with a higher degree of order.  相似文献

A new chiral aminophosphine ligand 6,6′-dimethoxy-2,2′-bis(diphenylphosphinoamino)biphenyl(DMBDPPABP) was prepared and its rhodium complex was found to be an effective catalyst for the asymmetric hydrogenation of amidoacrylic acid and its dervatives.The effects of solvent and reaction temperature on enantioselectivity were also studied.  相似文献

The CHCl3 extract of dried roots of Hemerocallis fulva (L.) L. afforded a novel diterpene named hemerocallal A ( 1 ), which is the second reported naturally occurring diterpene with a trans‐bicyclo[5.1.0]octane system. The BuOH extract afforded a new glycoside named hemerocalloside ( 2 ). Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical studies.  相似文献

A series of biodegradable aliphatic/aromatic copolyesters, poly(butylene terephthalate)-co-poly(butylene cyclohexanedicarboxylate)-b-poly(ethylene glycol) (PTCG), were prepared by a two-step melt polycondensation method and characterized by means of GPC, FTIR, NMR, DSC, TGA, etc. The effects of aliphatic ester content on the physical, mechanical and thermal properties, as well as in vitro and in vivo degradation behaviors were investigated. The decrease in mechanical strength was observed with an increase in poly(butylene cyclohexanedicarboxylate) (PBC) molar fraction. DSC results showed one melting point and two glass transition temperatures in all samples, and the melting temperature was found to go down gradually as more cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid (CHDA) was added. During the in vitro and in vivo degradation processes, erosion of the surface was dominant as evidenced by scanning electron microscopic observations. The copolyesters containing many CHDA units were featured by the higher water uptake and faster degradation due to much richer amorphous phase within them.  相似文献

The pyridinium bisretinoid A2E, an autofluorescent pigment that accumulates in retinal pigment epithelial cells with age and in some retinal disorders, can mediate a detergent-like perturbation of cell membranes and light-induced damage to the cell. The photodynamic events initiated by the sensitization of A2E include the generation of singlet oxygen and the oxidation of A2E at carbon-carbon double bonds. To assess the ability of plant-derived anthocyanins to modulate adverse effects of A2E accumulation on retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells, these flavylium salts were isolated from extracts of bilberry. Nine anthocyanin fractions reflecting monoglycosides of delphinidin, cyanidin, petunidin and malvidin were obtained and all were shown to suppress the photooxidation of A2E at least in part by quenching singlet oxygen. The anthocyanins tested exhibited antioxidant activity of variable efficiency. The structural characteristics relevant to this variability likely included the ability to form a stable quinonoidal anhydro base at neutral pH, a conjugated diene structure in the C (pyrane) ring, the presence of hydroxyl groups on the B (benzene) ring and the relative hydrophobicity conferred by the arrangement of substituents on the B ring. Cells that had taken up anthocyanins also exhibited a resistance to the membrane permeabilization that occurs as a result of the detergent-like action of A2E.  相似文献

Using high‐resolution transmission electronic micrograph (HR‐TEM) observation, one can clearly see the pore geometry of the MCM‐41 and SBA‐15 mesoporous silicas to determine that their pore shapes are hexagonal and round, respectively. With the perpendicular orientations of the nanochannels to the electron beam, parallel line images of the (100) and (110) repeating spacings were observed. In the SBA‐15 mesoporous silicas, there are byproducts of the granular silica and disordered mesostructures, attributed to the weak hydrogen interactions between Pluronic 123 blockcopolymer and the silica species. There are also many different and significant +π disclination defects in SBA‐15 and MCM‐41 surfactant‐silica composites. The SBA‐15 with a thicker silica wall is more stable under irradiation by high‐energy electron beams compared to MCM‐41, which has thinner wall thickness. Some carbon nanostructure impurities were found in some carbon films on the metal grids.  相似文献

5‐Alkyl‐4‐benzyl‐1,3‐dihydroimidazol‐2‐ones ( 3a‐d ) and 5‐alkyl‐4‐benzyl‐1,3‐dihydroimidazole‐2‐thiones (7a‐d) were prepared via Dakin West reaction on DL‐phenylalanine with the appropriate aliphatic acid anhydrides followed by hydrolysis and reaction with potassium cyanate or potassium thiocyanate. Compounds 3a‐d were alkylated with ethoxymethyl chloride to give the alkylated imidazoles 5a‐d which were considered analogues of Emivirine with deletion of carbonyl group at the 4‐position. Alkylation of 7a‐d afforded the corresponding S‐alkylated derivatives 8a‐p which in a similar way were considered analogues of S‐DABO. However all the imidazole derivatives were devoid of activity against HIV.  相似文献
