The reaction of CuSO4 · H2O with 4-bpytm [4-bpytm = bis(4-pyridylthio)methane] in EtOH afforded the complex [Cu(SO4)(4-bpytm)(H2O)3] · H2O (1 · H2O) while the reaction of 4-bpytm with Cu(NO3)2 · 3H2O in EtOH afforded the complex [Cu(NO3)2(4-bpytm)2] · H2O (2 · H2O). The reaction of 4-bpytm with Cu(NO3)2 · 3H2O in EtOH/dmf under microwave irradiation afforded the pseudo-polymorph [Cu(NO3)2(4-bpytm)2] · Solv (2 · Solv). Compound 1 · H2O forms helical chains while compounds 2 · H2O and 2 · Solv are 2D coordination polymers with a (4,4) topology based on rhombic grids in 2 · H2O and on a parquet motif in 2 · Solv. The 3D supramolecular organization through hydrogen bonding is analyzed for the three compounds and their thermal behaviour was also investigated.  相似文献

Materials based on the cationic copper(II) hexanuclear 18‐membered metallacrown [18‐MC ‐6]6+ (2phH=2‐piconyl hydrazide) and tetrafluoroborate, perchlorate, nitrate, sulfate, and perrhenate anions were prepared by an easy method in aqueous medium. Single‐crystal X‐ray characterization of six members of this new family of complexes showed that the anions are attached to the metallacrown by direct coordination to a copper cation or by hydrogen‐bonding interaction with the center of the hexamer. The stable cationic nature of the complexes and their ability to bind different anions allows them to adsorb and immobilize environmentally relevant anions such as MO4? (M=Tc, Re). The MO4? trapping capacities suggest that these materials would be useful in the treatment of oxoanionic contaminants in water.  相似文献

The influence of several factors on the hydrolytic activity of lipase, present in the acetone powder from dormant castor seeds (Ricinus communis) was evaluated. The enzyme showed a marked specificity for short-chain substrates. The best reaction conditions were an acid medium, Triton X-100 as the emulsifying agent and a temperature of 30 degrees C. The lipase activity of the acetone powder of different castor oil genotypes showed great variability and storage stability of up to 90%. The toxicology analysis of the acetone powder from genotype Nordestina BRS 149 showed a higher ricin (toxic component) content, a lower 2S albumin (allergenic compound) content, and similar allergenic potential compared with untreated seeds.  相似文献

We present results on the valence level excitation, ionization and dissociation of adenine, using time-of-flight mass spectrometry and synchrotron radiation, in the vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) range of 12-21 eV. The measurements were performed using a gas-phase (Ne) harmonics filter in order to eliminate contributions from higher-order harmonics. Mass spectra were obtained using the photoelectron-photoion coincidence technique (PEPICO). The relative abundances for each ionic fragment and their mean kinetic energy release have been determined from the analysis of the corresponding peak shapes in the mass spectra. Comparison with the available photoelectron spectra and previous measurements allowed the assignment of the main features in the spectra. A discussion on the dissociative photoionization channels of this molecule has also been included. Due to our harmonics-free incident photon beam we were able to propose new appearance energy (AE) for the most important ionic channels in this energy range. The precursor ion, C(5)H(5)N(5)+, is the most abundant species (40% at 15 eV and 20% at 20 eV), which confirms the high stability of adenine upon absorption of VUV photons. We have observed other intense fragment ions such as: C(4)H(4)N(4)+, C(3)H(3)N(3) (+), C(2)H(2)N(2)+ and HCNH+. The production of the neutral HCN fragment represents up to 40% of the dissociative channels for this molecule as induced by VUV photons.  相似文献

Abstract  

A new mixed-ligand nickel(II) coordination compound [Ni(bz)2(phen)2] (1) (bz = benzilate and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized by refluxing nickel(II) acetate with benzilic acid and 1,10-phenantholine. Compound 1 has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and electronic absorption spectroscopy, magnetic measurements, thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction The crystal of 1 belongs to monoclinic crystal system, space group C2/c and its unit cell parameters are a = 25.881(3), b = 11.1728(15), c = 17.609(2) ? and β = 124.104(3)°. The effect of non-covalent interactions, such as π···π and C–H···π, on the 3D supramolecular organization of this molecular complex is analyzed.  相似文献

In this work, a microfluidic free-flow electrophoresis device, obtained by thermal toner transferring on glass substrate, is presented. A microdevice can be manufactured in only 1 h. The layout of the microdevice was designed in order to improve the fluidic and electrical characteristics. The separation channel is 8 microm deep and presents an internal volume of 1.42 microL. The deleterious electrolysis effects were overcome by using a system that isolates the electrolysis products from the separation channel. The Joule heating dissipation in the separation channel was found to be very efficient up to a current density of 8.83 mA/mm(2) that corresponds to a power dissipation per unit volume of running electrolyte of 172 mW/microL. Promising results were obtained in the evaluation of the microdevices for the separation of ionic dyes. The microfluidic device can be used for a continuous sample pretreatment step for micro total analysis system.  相似文献

Bioactivity-guided fractionation of n-hexane phase from MeOH extract of the seeds of Cassia fistula L. (Leguminosae) yielded two bioactive substances against Cladosporium cladosporioides and C. sphaerospermum. After spectroscopic analysis, these compounds were characterised as the known benzyl 2-hydroxy-3,6-dimethoxybenzoate and its dimer dibenzyl 2,2'-dihydroxy-3,6,3″,6″-tetramethoxy-biphenyl-1,1'-dicarboxylate, which showed a new structural arrangement.  相似文献

This paper describes a long-range remotely controlled CE system built on an all-terrain vehicle. A four-stroke engine and a set of 12-V batteries were used to provide power to a series of subsystems that include drivers, communication, computers, and a capillary electrophoresis module. This dedicated instrument allows air sampling using a polypropylene porous tube, coupled to a flow system that transports the sample to the inlet of a fused-silica capillary. A hybrid approach was used for the construction of the analytical subsystem combining a conventional fused-silica capillary (used for separation) and a laser machined microfluidic block, made of PMMA. A solid-state cooling approach was also integrated in the CE module to enable controlling the temperature and therefore increasing the useful range of the robot. Although ultimately intended for detection of chemical warfare agents, the proposed system was used to analyze a series of volatile organic acids. As such, the system allowed the separation and detection of formic, acetic, and propionic acids with signal-to-noise ratios of 414, 150, and 115, respectively, after sampling by only 30 s and performing an electrokinetic injection during 2.0 s at 1.0 kV.  相似文献

The formation and properties of carbonate adducts of some organic hydroxy compounds in aqueous medium were investigated. Fatty alcohols and sugars were chosen as representative classes of biological interest, and the medium was carbonated aqueous solution with pH ranging from 3.0 to 8.3. Capillary electrophoresis with two capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detectors (C4Ds) was used for quantitation and to obtain the mobility of the monoalkyl carbonates (MACs), which were used to determine the equilibrium and kinetic constants of the reaction as well as the diffusion coefficients. For increasing chain length of the alcohols, the equilibrium constant tends to the unit, which suggests that fatty alcohols can form the corresponding MACs. The formation of MACs for cyclohexanol and cyclopentanol also suggest the existence of similar species for sterols. Carbonate adducts of fructose, glucose, and sucrose were also detected, which suggests that these counterparts of the well‐known phosphates can also occur in the cytosol. Our calculations suggest that one in 1000 to one in 10 000 molecules of these hydroxy compounds would be available as the corresponding MAC in such a medium. Experiments carried out at pH values less than 3.0 showed that there is a catalytic effect of hydronium on the interconversion of bicarbonate and a MAC. Taking into account the great number of hydroxy compounds similar to the ones investigated and that bicarbonate is ubiquitous in living cells, one can anticipate the existence of a whole new class of carbonate adducts of these metabolites.  相似文献

Within the activities of the D37 COST Action, we have further developed the quantum dynamics framework of the grid empowered molecular simulator (GEMS) implemented on the segment of the European grid available to the COMPCHEM (computational chemistry) virtual organization. GEMS does now include in a full ab initio approach, the evaluation of the detailed quantum (both time dependent and time independent) dynamics of small systems starting from the calculation of the electronic structure properties as well as the direct calculation of thermalized properties. Illustrative, full dimensional applications of the extended simulator to the H + H(2) , N + N(2) , and O + O(2) systems are presented.  相似文献
