The thicknesses of intermediate oxides at the interface between ultrathin SiO2 and Si substrates have been measured via XPS elemental quantitative analysis for some SiO2/Si(100) and SiO2/Si(111) samples with the silicon oxide thickness less than 2 nm. The measurements involve XPS determination of the Si relative atomic ratio, calculation of Si atomic densities for the intermediate oxide, etc. and then the intermediate oxide thicknesses and the number of monolayers are obtained by referencing the thickness data from two international comparisons for these samples. The results show that the thickness of the intermediate oxides is in the range 0.14–0.16 nm with an average value of 0.15 nm. The number of monolayers for the intermediate oxides at the interface is less than one monolayer with an average value of 0.60. In the present work, there are a series of approximations. By making these approximations many parameters, including L and R0, used in the conventional calculation method are removed to give a simpler equation, which is valid when the thicknesses of SiO2 overlayer and the intermediate oxides are very small. This, therefore, appears to be a simple and quick method to obtain approximate oxide thicknesses of modest accuracy. In this work, a computational study is performed to evaluate the adsorption-based separation of CO(2) from flue gas (mixtures of CO(2) and N(2)) and natural gas (mixtures of CO(2) and CH(4)) using microporous metal organic framework Cu-TDPAT as a sorbent material. The results show that electrostatic interactions can greatly enhance the separation efficiency of this MOF for gas mixtures of different components. Furthermore, the study also suggests that Cu-TDPAT is a promising material for the separation of CO(2) from N(2) and CH(4), and its macroscopic separation behavior can be elucidated on a molecular level to give insight into the underlying mechanisms. On the basis of the single-component CO(2), N(2), and CH(4) isotherms, binary mixture adsorption (CO(2)/N(2) and CO(2)/CH(4)) and ternary mixture adsorption (CO(2)/N(2)/CH(4)) were predicted using the ideal adsorbed solution theory (IAST). The effect of H(2)O vapor on the CO(2) adsorption selectivity and capacity was also examined. The applicability of IAST to this system was validated by performing GCMC simulations for both single-component and mixture adsorption processes.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel all-optical switch based on multi-mode interference (MMI) and Mach–Zehnder (MZ) using self-imaging principle and optical Kerr effect of organic polymer material. A branch waveguide is inserted into one of Mach–Zehnder interferometer arms, where the controlling beam is introduced. The device with a core of azo polymer is simulated by the beam propagation method (BPM). The result shows that, the bent branch waveguide of 2 μm width is inserted in MZ interferometer arm at 100 μm has the minimal impact on the original waveguide. And a good light switching function is achieved via controlling light intensity of 4 mW.  相似文献

产水率是划分水淹级别的关键参数,如何通过含水饱和度计算产水率是进行水淹层评价工作要解决的主要问题. 通过测定油-水相对渗透率的注水实验制备出不同产水率的岩样,分析并研究不同产水率下的磁共振录井谱图特征和分析参数响应特征,可探讨利用磁共振录井资料评价水淹级别的可行性. 该工作根据密闭取心井的试油资料和相渗曲线,提出了利用磁共振含水饱和度计算地层产水率经验公式的方法, 并进行了生产应用. 结果表明,利用磁共振录井技术评价水淹层的符合率达到了86%,证明了该项技术在快速、定量评价水淹层和划分水淹级别的良好应用前景.  相似文献

2,5‐Furandicarboxylic acid was obtained from the electrooxidation of 5‐hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) with non‐noble metal‐based catalysts. Moreover, combining the biomass oxidation with the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) increased the energy conversion efficiency of an electrolyzer and also generated value‐added products at both electrodes. Here, the reaction pathway on the surface of a carbon‐coupled nickel nitride nanosheet (Ni3N@C) electrode was evaluated by surface‐selective vibrational spectroscopy using sum frequency generation (SFG) during the electrochemical oxidation. The Ni3N@C electrode shows catalytic activities for HMF oxidation and the HER. As the first in situ SFG study on transition‐metal nitride for the electrooxidation upgrade of HMF, this work not only demonstrates that the reaction pathway of electrochemical oxidation but also provides an opportunity for nonprecious metal nitrides to simultaneously upgrade biomass and produce H2 under ambient conditions.  相似文献

采用多参考态方法, 在CASPT2//CASSCF/6-311+G(2df, 2p) 水平上计算了乙醇醛(HOCH2CHO)分子在三个最低电子态(S0、S1和T1)上驻点的电子结构和解离势能面。结合势能面交叉点,探讨了HOCH2CHO与波长有关的光解离机理,分析了可能的光解离产物。结果表明, 在实验光解波长240 – 400 nm的激发下,HOCH2CHO分子主要发生S1态上的解离反应或通过S0和S1态之间的振动相互作用驰豫到基态,随之发生基态解离反应。C-C键断裂生成基态光解产物HOCH2 (2A′)+ HCO (2A′)是最主要的反应途径;而在一定波长下,生成CH3OH + CO的基态协同反应、脱醛基氢及脱羟基通道都是能量上可行的反应途径。本文的计算结果和实验观察一致。  相似文献

以Bi(NO3)3 、NH4VO3 和Na2SiO3为原料,采用沉淀法制备了BiVO4/SiO2复合材料.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X 射线衍射(XRD)及紫外-可见光吸收测试(UV-vis)对样品的晶相组成、微观结构和紫外-可见光吸收特性进行了表征.紫外-可见光吸收光谱分析表明:BiVO4/SiO2复合材料具有较宽的紫外-可见光吸收范围,计算其光学带隙为2.39 eV.光催化降价亚甲基蓝性能测试表明:BiVO4包覆SiO2能有效提高其催化性能.  相似文献
