Biotransformation of iminodiacetonitrile (IDAN) to iminodiacetic acid (IDA) was investigated with a newly isolated Alcaligenes faecalis ZJUTBX11 strain showing nitrilase activity in the immobilized form. To reduce the mass transfer resistance and to increase the toleration ability of the microorganisms to the toxic substrate as well as to enhance their ability to be reused, encapsulation of the whole cells in alginate-chitosan-alginate (ACA) membrane liquid-core capsules was attempted in the present study. The optimal pH and temperature for nitrilase activity of encapsulated A. faecalis ZJUTBX11 cells were 7.5°C and 35°C, respectively, which is consistent with free cells. Based on the Michaelis-Menten model, kinetic parameters of the conversion reaction with IDAN as the substrate were: K m = (17.6 ± 0.3) mmol L?1 and V max = (97.6 ± 1.2) μmol min?1 g?1 of dry cell mass for encapsulated cells and (16.8 ± 0.4) mmol L?1 and (108.0 ± 2.7) μmol min?1 g?1 of dry cell mass for free cells, respectively. After being recycled ten times, the whole cells encapsulated in ACA capsules still retained 90 % of the initial nitrilase activity while only 35 % were retained by free cells. Two new fluorescent coordination polymers based on pamoic acid and different polydentate N-donor ligands, namely {[Cd(PA)(TPTZ)(H2O)](DMF)2}n ( 1 ) and [Cd(PA)(BIB)]n ( 2 ) [H2PA = pamoic acid, TPTZ = 2,4,6-tri(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine, BIB = 1,4-bis(1-imidazolyl)benzene], were synthesized and characterized. Complex 1 showed a 1D zigzag chain structure with intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The 2D supramolecular structure in 1 was formed through π–π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Complex 2 displayed a 2D network structure. Intramolecular hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions were observed in 2 . By studying the fluorescence sensing performance of two coordination polymers, complex 1 exhibited high selectivity for tracking Al3+ ion and complex 2 could discriminately detect inorganic or aliphatic amines with high selectivity. 相似文献

采用浸渍法合成了纳米钛硅TS-1沸石负载的钼系列多金属氧酸盐(POM)复合催化剂,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、固体紫外漫反射(UV-Vis)、X-ray粉末衍射(XRD)、氮气吸附脱附(BET)、31P和29Si魔角核磁共振(MAS-NMR)等对催化剂的结构进行表征。 研究结果表明,在低温焙烧或烘干条件下,负载后催化剂多酸的结构保持,钼酸铵高温(550 ℃)焙烧后转变为三氧化钼。 以有机硫化物噻吩(TH)、苯并噻吩(BT)和二苯并噻吩(DBT)的正辛烷溶液为模拟油品评价了催化剂的氧化脱硫性能。 实验结果表明,纳米TS-1沸石载体上不同结构多酸作为脱硫催化剂对硫化物的脱除活性顺序为:Keggin型Mo-POM>Anderson型Mo-POM>Dawson型Mo-POM>Mo-金属氧化物。以上述负载的多酸为催化剂,在反应条件为:V(模拟油)=V(乙醇)=10.0 mL,m(催化剂)=0.2 g,n(H2O2)∶n(S)=10∶1,温度60 ℃,硫化物按照由易到难的脱除顺序为TH>DBT>BT,与常规的TS-1沸石或者多酸催化剂的脱除顺序存在明显差异。 这是纳米TS-1沸石对于有机硫分子氧化反应的择形效应和POM催化氧化脱硫的电子云密度影响综合作用的结果。 Keggin型Mo-POM催化剂具有良好的循环使用性能,是一类制备方法简单、催化活性高且稳定性好的绿色环保型催化剂。 相似文献

为了提高聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的压电性能,需要寻找有效的途径来提高PVDF的电活性相(β相)含量。 通过水热法成功合成了Ag、ZnO以及二者复合(Ag-ZnO)的3种类型纳米粒子,并与PVDF共混形成PVDF复合薄膜。 通过表征PVDF复合材料的形貌,结晶性能和压电性能,可以发现Ag-ZnO复合纳米粒子的协同作用可以有效提高PVDF的结晶性能和压电性能。 此外,通过单轴拉伸可以使得所有PVDF膜的β相含量得到进一步提高,其中拉伸后的PVDF/Ag-ZnO纳米颗粒(P-C)的β相物质的量分数最高,达到70.0%,最佳的压电系数(d33)达到了31.0 pC/N。 相似文献

Phosphazene base,t-BuP2,was employed to catalyze the proton transfer polymerization(PTP)of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),and PTP was further combined with ring-opening polymerization(ROP)to exploit a new type of hybrid copolymerization.The studies on homopolymerization showed that t-BuP2 was a particularly efficient catalyst for the polymerization of HEA at room temperature,giving an excellent monomer conversion.Throughout the polymerization,transesterification reactions were unavoidable,which increased the randomness in the structures of the resulting polymers.The studies on copolymerization showed that t-BuP2 could simultaneously catalyze the hybrid copolymerization via the combination of PTP and ROP at 25°C.During copolymerization,HEA not only provided hydroxyl groups to initiate the ROP ofε-caprolactone(CL)but also participated in the polymerization as a monomer for PTP.The copolymer composition was approximately equal to the feed ratio,demonstrating the possibility to adjust the polymeric structure by simply changing the monomer feed ratio.This copolymerization reaction provides a simple method for synthesizing degradable functional copolymers from commercially available materials.Hence,it is important not only in polymer chemistry but also in environmental and biomedical engineering. 相似文献

A rapid,sensitive,and accurate method based on LC/MS/MS was developed and validated for the determination of domperidone in human plasma.Domperidone and internal standard,tramadol,were extracted from plasma with diethyl ether-dichloromethane(60∶40,volume ratio)and separated by reversed-phase HPLC with methanol-water-ammonia solution(80∶20∶0.2,volume ratio)as the mobile phase.Detection was carried out via multiple-reaction monitoring(MRM)on a Q-trapTM LC/MS/MS system(Q-trapTM).The assay result was linear over a concentration range of 0.1-30 ng/mL with a limit of quantitation(LOQ)of 0.1 ng/mL.The inter-and intra-day precision levels were within 7.52% and 12.9%,respectively,whereas the accuracy was within a range of 87.3%-114%.This method has been successfully applied to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of domperidone in Chinese healthy volunteers given an oral dose of 10 mg. 相似文献
