Solvent-free Synthesis of Dihydrofuran-fused [60]Fullerene Derivatives by High-speed Vibration Milling

Increase of Calcium Levels at Interphase in NIH 3T3 Cells

The fluorescent calcium ion indicator dye Fluo-3 and DNA-binding dye Hoechst 33342 were employed to determine, in a quantitative microspectrofluorometric study, the intracellular calcium ion concentration ([Ca~(2+)]_i) and the DNA content of individual living NIH3T3 cells. The well-separated excitation and emission properties of these dyes allowed us to establish for each cell both the phase of the cell cycle using DNA content and [Ca~(2+)]_i. We found that the transition from G_1, through S, to the G_2 phase is accompanied by a two-fold increase in [Ca~(2+)]_i. The [Ca~(2+)]_i was inhomologous in each phase of the interphase (G_1, S and G_2) although [Ca~(2+)]_i in the S and G_2 phases was never lower than certain threshold values in the G_1 and S phases respectively. [Ca~(2+)]_i in G_0 cells was lower than that in G_2 cells. These changes in [Ca~(2+)]_i suggest that [Ca~(2+)]_i may be an import regulator of cell cycle progression.     

含磷二肽的合成及其除草活性的研究（Ⅳ）

本文采用α-氨基膦酸酯与N-氯乙酰基氨基酸酯进行反应,合成了通式为(PhO)_2POCHRNHCH_2CONHCHR~1COOR~2的一系列新型含磷二肽,通过~1H NMR、IR、MS和元素分析证明了其结构。初步生物活性测定表明其中有些化合物具有较高的选择性除草活性。     

顺式-二(乙二胺)二硝基合钴(Ⅲ)苹果酸盐的晶体结构及手性识别

合成了标题化合物，并用X-射线衍射法确定了该分子的晶体结构。化合物Δ（λλ），Λ（δδ）－cis－[Co（en）2（NO2）2]2d，l-C4H4O5，Co2C12N12O13H22，Mr=657．94．晶体属单斜晶系，空间群为P21/c，晶胞参数：a=13．969（4），b=6.440（1），c＝14．408（4）A，β=94.37（1）°，V=1292．3A3，Z=2，Dc=1．69g／cm3，μ=105.833cm－1，F（000）=668.最终偏离因子R=0.066，Rw=0．085。结构分析表明晶体存在无序现象，其阴离子C4H4O52-有两种排列方式。R-构型和S-构型的几率各为50％，手性识别是通过Δ构型的阳离子与阴离子R-构型C原子上羟基氧形成氢键相互作用；Λ构型的阳离子与阴离子S-构型C原子上羟基氧形成氢键相互作用而实现的。

BIOMARKERS INDICATING SEDIMENTARY PALEOENVIRONMENTS

Samples involved in this paper are 35 pieces of crude oils and 43 pieces of source rocks, from which a series of biomarkers, capable of indicating paleoecology and paleoenvironment. This will provide a scientific basis for tracing back to sedimenta-y paleoenvironment and paleoecology.     

基于MCM-41分子筛表面的镱离子印迹聚合物的制备及其性能

运用离子印迹技术,以3-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷为锚定剂,将功能单体直链聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)接枝在MCM-41分子筛表面,选择镱离子作为模板离子,以环氧氯丙烷交联制备出基于MCM-41表面的镱离子印迹聚合物Yb(Ⅲ)-IIP-PEI/MCM-41,并以同样的方法制备非离子印迹聚合物(NIP-PEI/MCM-41)。 利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜等技术手段对Yb³⁺印迹聚合物进行表征,采用静态吸附法确定了Yb(Ⅲ)-IIP-PEI/MCM-41对Yb³⁺的最佳吸附条件及选择性吸附性能。 结果表明,Yb(Ⅲ)-IIP-PEI/MCM-41和NIP-PEI/MCM-41的最大吸附量分别为229.93和99.27 mg/g;印迹材料对Yb³⁺的吸附符合Langmuir模型;吸附平衡在40 min的时候基本可以达到,可以利用准二级动力学模型来描述其吸附过程;Yb(Ⅲ)-IIP-PEI/MCM-41对Yb³⁺具有较强的选择性,同时也具有很好的重复使用性能。 成功地将MCM-41和离子印迹聚合物的优点结合起来,制备出一种对稀土Yb离子既有高吸附量又有高选择性的吸附材料,为进一步将其应用在处理实际废水,分离回收低浓度稀土废水中的稀土元素等方面打下了基础。     

氮硫杂冠醚及其衍生物的合成

以噻吩、水杨醛、二胺、溴乙酸、烯丙基氯和丙烯腈为原料合成了 4,5 :14 ,15 二苯 3 ,16 二氧 2 1 硫 7,12 二氮双环[16.2 .1]二十一环 1( 2 0 ) ,18 二烯 (简称氮硫杂冠醚 )及其 5种衍生物 ,经元素分析 ,IR ,1 HNMR和MS谱表征了这些化合物的结构 .
