讨论三维格点环面上随机Ising模型当温度趋向零时的亚稳态性,确定从自旋全为-1的组态到自旋全为+1的组态的最大似然路径和临界组态,并计算出从自旋全为-1的组态出发首次到达自旋全为+1的组态的首达时间的渐近对数估计。证明利用一族带指数扰动的Markov链的大偏差估计。     

Effects of Post-Thermal Treatment on Quality of SiC Grown by PVT Method

We report the effects of post-thermal treatment on the quality of 2-inch 6H-SiC wafer cut from a crystal boule grown by physical vapour transportation method. The full widths at half maximum of x-ray diffraction rocking curves measured on sites across the 2-inch wafer become narrower, indicating the quality improvement after a three-step post-thermal treatment. It is found that the most common defects such as micropipes and inclusions can be significantly reduced after the treatment. Our results show that the post-thermal treatment is an effective route to improve the quality of SiC single crystals.

As the ITER first wall Be/CuCrZr hot isostatic pressing (HIP) bonding intermediate transition layer, Ti/Cu layer can form a multi-layer intermediate metal phase, and defects such as cracks occur between the Ti/Cu metal phases. CuCrZr was used instead of Be, and a number of CuCrZr/Ti/Cu/CuCrZr joints were fabricated by the same HIP process as Be/CuCrZr to analyze the Ti/Cu joints. The effects of stress relief annealing on joint strength and defect distribution of the joints unannealed, annealed at 400°C and 500°C respectively were studied. The results show that three layers of Ti/Cu diffusion layers are formed on both sides of the intermediate titanium layer, namely Cu₄Ti, CuTi and CuTi₂. The thickness of Cu₄Ti on the pure copper side is thicker than that on the CuCrZr side, so that the crack is almost entirely distributed at the junction of Cu₄Ti and CuTi on the pure copper side where brittle fracture is easy to occur in the tensile samples. As the annealing temperature increases, the generation and propagation of cracks decreases.     

不同倾角的脉管制冷机内自然对流影响的研究

本文通过对脉管内自然对流的数值模拟，讨论了当脉管冷端处在不同方向时，脉管内的自然对流对脉管制冷机性能的影响．数值模拟结果表明，当冷端在下时获得的制冷温度最低；当热端在下并与重力方向成３０°时制冷温度最高．结论与实验测量结果定性一致．所做的理论分析对实现脉管制冷机的良好运行有指导意义。     

高密度氩气的原子间相互作用与状态方程

本文从高密度气体的原子间相互作用出发进行思考,在修改范德瓦耳方程的基础上,提出了一种新的适用于高密度气体的状态方程,并用以对氩气临界区的等温压缩线进行计算,结果与实验值很符合.     

Vacuum Fluctuations and Motion of a Charged Test Particle in a Cylindrical Spacetime

The effects of quantum electromagnetic fluctuations upon the motion of a test charged particle are examined in a cylindrical spacetime in which one spatial is compactified. The mean squared fluctuations in the velocity and position of the test particle are calculated. It is found that the random motion of the test particle will be anisotropic. The possible consequences for theories with extra compactified spatial dimensions are discussed.     

晶格反演的嵌入原子法模型及其应用

讨论一种基于晶格反演的嵌入原子法模型 ,其特点是未知函数的参数化是对原子间对势和单原子电荷密度函数的晶格和 ,而不是对原子间对势和单个原子的电荷密度函数进行的 ,其最大优点在于待定参数可以用物理输入解析地表达出来 ,而不是像大多数埋入原子法模型中那样通过拟合来确定 .给出了它在计算点缺陷 (自间隙杂质和空位原子 )和晶体表面形成能方面的应用 .

设G是B核,记用d_n,dⁿ和δ_n分别表示Kolmogorov,Gel''fand和线性n宽度。本文求出了和的精确值,找到了各自的极子空间(或最优算子)。由此证明了Pinkus猜想(即是的极子空间,)在p=q时的正确性。     

热力膨胀阀在空气源热泵热水器系统中稳定特性的实验研究

本文对热力膨胀阀在空气源热泵热水器的稳定特性进行了实验研究.通过不同热力膨胀阀开度下的实验数据,分析了热力膨胀阀在系统中的稳定特性.分析了热力膨胀阀在空气源热泵热水器全年运行工况中存在的局限性.提出保证系统稳定运行的方法与建议;指出制冷剂充注量是系统稳定运行的另一个重要因素,只有同时很好地把握住热力膨胀阀开度和制冷剂充注量,才可能使系统运行在最佳工况.     

Magnetic Properties of Hf0.8Ta0.2（Fe0.97A0.03）2 （A=Al, Co, Mn） Systems

Moessbauer studies on the effect of substitution with 3% Al, Co, Mn atoms in the intermetallic compound of Hf0.8Ta0.2Fe2 are reported. The Al substitution leads to increase of the FM-AFM transition temperature and to decrease of the AFM-PM transition temperature. The Co substitution leads to disappearance of the FM state, only showing some FM impurity component, while Mn substituted compound indicates coexistence of FM and AFM states at low temperature. The phenomena imply complex itinerant electron properties in these magnetic systems.
