Fused silica capillary deactivation with D4 in the presence of oxygen

A new, simple procedure to deactivate fused silica capillaries without hydrothermal treatment is proposed. Based on high temperature reactions of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D₄) in the presence of oxygen, this procedure results, upon coating with dimethylsilicone (SE-30), in columns which give almost symmetric peaks for as little as 150 pg of critical compounds, such as decylamine, thereby demonstrating very high inertness. A mechanism of the deactivation procedure, which, in contrast to previously developed procedures, is based on thermal reactions under aerobic conditions, is proposed.     

配位聚合物{[CoL][FeⅡFeⅢ(ox)3·1.5H2O]}∞的合成、波谱表征和磁学性质

A new Schiff base complex， CoL(ClO₄)·3H₂O (1) {L represents condensed from equal molar ratio of sali-cylaldehyde and diethylenetriamine} was synthesized and characterized. Further， a new coordination polymer， {[CoL][Fe^ⅡFe^Ⅲ(ox)₃·1.5H₂O]}_∞ (2)， was synthesized and characterized， where ox^2-=oxalate. The results of the IR and M?ssbauer spectra of 2 revealed that the coordination polymer exists 2-D layer structure in the solid state， and anions layer was formed by [^ⅡFe^Ⅲ(ox)₃]^- unit. The magnetic properties of 2 have been measured and the results indicate that there is magnetic ordering in the low temperature， which may arise from intermolecular ferromagnetic interactions or spin canted effects.     

红厚壳属植物化学成份及药理活性研究进展

综述了近年来对红厚壳属植物中的化学成分及药理活性研究，重点讨论了18种 红厚壳属植物中Zhao吨酮类，香豆素类，黄酮类和萜类的化学成分，并讨论了它们 的药理活性。     

配位聚合物{[MnL][FeⅡFeⅢ(ox)3·1.5H2O]}∞的合成及其磁学性质

合成和表征了一种新的Schiff碱配合物MnL(ClO4)*3H2O(1)(其中L为n(水杨醛)∶n(二乙撑三胺)=1∶1缩合而成的Schiff碱).1与FeSO4*7H2O和K3[Fe(ox)3]*3H2O(ox=oxalate)进一步反应,生成了双金属层状配位聚合物{[MnL][FeⅡFeⅢ(ox)3]*1.5H2O}∞(2).IR和Mssbauer谱测定结果表明,2具有二维层状结构,其阴离子层由[FeⅡFeⅢ(ox)3]-单元构成.变温磁化率(5K～100K)测试结果表明,2中的自旋载体之间存在反铁磁交换作用.5K时的磁滞现象表明2在低温时可能存在铁磁有序,这可能是亚铁磁或自旋倾斜造成的.     

Al_(70)Cu_(30)合金液态RDF高斯分解与局域结构计算

运用密度泛函B3LYP方法对AlmCun(m,n≤4)团簇结构进行量子化学计算,得到团簇的稳定构型。对不同温度下X-射线衍射实验所得的径向分布函数(RDF)在0.2～0.4nm范围内做高斯分解,结合计算结果对高斯峰的意义做了解释,认为计算所得部分团簇构型可以代表Al70Cu30合金熔体的内部局域结构。     

SrZnO_2∶Eu~(3+),Li~+长波紫外激发红光荧光体的合成及发光性能研究

采用高温固相法合成了一种长波紫外激发的SrZnO2∶Eu3+,Li+发光材料,用X射线衍射谱、荧光光谱对样品进行了表征。结果表明,Eu3+离子在SrZnO2基质中主要占据Sr2+离子不对称性格位,发射来源于5D0→7F2612 nm为主的红光。加入电荷补偿剂Li+离子能显著提高发光强度,350~400 nm内的激发峰也有明显提高,同时观察到来自Eu3+离子高能级5D1→7FJ(J=0~2)的跃迁发射,并对其产生机制进行了初步探讨。实验结果表明,SrZnO2∶Eu3+,Li+是一种有发展前途的长波紫外激发红光荧光体。     

In-channel indirect amperometric detection of nonelectroactive anions for electrophoresis on a poly(dimethylsiloxane) microchip

In the present paper, we describe a microfluidics-based sensing system for nonelectroactive anions under negative separation electric field by mounting a single carbon fiber disk working electrode (WE) in the end part of a poly(dimethylsiloxane) microchannel. In contrast to work in a positive separation electric field described in our previous paper (Anal. Chem. 2004, 76, 6902-6907), here the electrochemical reduction reaction at the WE is not coupled with the separation high-voltage (HV) system, whereas the electrochemical oxidation reaction at the WE is coupled with the separation HV system. The electroactive indicator is the carbon fiber WE itself but not dissolved oxygen. This provides a convenient and sensitive means for the determination of nonelectroactive anions by amperometry. The influences of separation voltage, detection potential, and the distance between the WE and the separation channel outlet on the response of the detector have been investigated. The present detection mode is successfully used to electrochemically detect F-, Cl-, SO4(2-), CH3COO-, H2PO4-. Based on the preliminary results, a detection limit of 2 microM and a dynamic range up to three orders of magnitude for Cl- could be achieved.     

一维链状锰(Ⅱ)三氮唑配合物的合成，结构与磁性质(英)

A novel one-dimensional chain manganese(Ⅱ) compound [Mn(trz)₂Cl][phthH], (trz=1,2,4-triazole, phthH=hydrogen phthalate), 1, was synthesized and structurally characterized. It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P2 /c with a=1.381 1(11) nm, b=0.815 5(7) nm, c=0.735 4(6) nm, β=94.667(15)°, V=0.825 5(12) nm³. It consists of one dimensional cationic manganese(Ⅱ) chain and uncoordinated hydrogen phthalate anions. The manganese(Ⅱ) ions are bridged with two 1,2,4-traizoles and one chloride anion along the cationic chain, in which the weak antiferromagnetic exchange occurs between manganese(Ⅱ) atoms. CCDC: 267461.     

2，4，6－三苯基氧鎓盐分子内旋转受阻对其发光行为的影响

研究了４－位苯基取代基旋转受阻和旋转自由的２，４，６－三苯基氧盐的光物理性质。实验结果表明，当４－位苯基取代基旋转受阻时，氧盐化合物在激发态时引起的分子内极化程度比４－位取代基旋转自由的氧盐化合物大，即在激发态时旋转受阻氧盐化合物发生的分子内电荷转移能力较强；４－位取代基旋转自由的化合物的荧光量子产率随溶剂粘度的增大而有所增大，但旋转受阻化合物在相同的条件下则出现相反的结果。实验结果还表明，４－位取代苯基旋转受阻对化合物的荧光发射不利。
