RE(CCl_3COO)_3(Phen)_2·nH_2O混配配合物的合成、性质及晶体结构

利用水和乙醇混合溶剂合成了稀土三氯醋酸盐与2份1,10-邻菲绕啉(phen)配合物RE(CCl_3COO)_3(phen)_2·nH_2O(RE=Nd,Sm,n=0;RE=Eu,n=2)的单晶.结构测定表明,Nd(CCl_3COO)_3(phen)_2为三斜晶系,每个三氯醋酸盐均以双齿配位,2个phen亦为双齿配位,故配位单元中钕为10配位;Eu(CCl_3COO)_3(phen)_2·2H_2O为单斜晶系,1个三氯醋酸根在外界,2个三氯醋酸根为单齿配位,2个phen为双齿配位,另有2分配位水,故配位单元中Eu为8配位.     

KINETICS OF MESOPHASE FORMATION OF A LYOTROPIC AROMATIC POLYAMIDE

The kinetics of mesophase formation of a lyotropic aromatic polyamide from isotropic state has been studied by means of depolarized light intensity. Avrami type analysis of the data gives an exponent close to 1, which suggests the nucleation followed by one-dimensional growth. No influence of blending flexible chain from nylon 6 to the aromatic polyamide on the kinetics of mesophase formation was observed.     

优化分离与鉴定蓝斑背肛海兔口腔神经节蛋白质组

采用双向凝胶电泳技术优化分离蓝斑背肛海兔(Notarcus leachii cirrosus Stimpson, NLCS)口腔神经节(Buccal Ganglion, BG)蛋白质组, 并获得约300个蛋白质斑点. 用组合基质辅助激光解吸电离化飞行时间(MALDI-TOF)质谱技术和胶内酶解技术测定BG蛋白质组中的96个蛋白质斑点的肽指纹(Peptide mass fingerprint, PMF)图谱. 经数据库检索与比对后, 发现96种蛋白质中仅有4种蛋白质可获得较高的匹配率, 它们分别是微管蛋白(Tubulin)、 肌动蛋白(Actin)和两个1,5-二磷酸核酮糖-羧化酶/加氧酶(Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase, Ribulose), 均属于神经细胞骨架蛋白质; 同时还发现一种交配信号肽前体(Peptide mating pheromone precursor). 利用LOCtrees软件和分类法对56种蛋白质进行亚细胞定位与分类.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structur of (4,4''-H2bipy)[CdBr4]·H2O

The title compound (4,4'-H2bipy)[CdBr4]·H2O 1 has been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoelinic,space group P21/c with a=8.260(3), b=23.926(7), c=9.774(2) (A), β=106.777(9)°,C10H12Br4CdN2O, Mr=608.26, V=1849.4(9)(A)3, Z=4, Dc=2.185 g/cm3, S=1.005, μ(MoKα)=9.814 mm-1, F(000)=1128, R=0.0646 and wR=0.0989. The crystal structure analysis of 1reveals that the title compound features an isolated structure, based on discrete 4,4'-H2bipy moieties and lattice water molecules which are linked by hydrogen bonds together with tetrahedral cadmium atoms terminally coordinated by four bromine atoms.

Effect of Hydrophobic Chain of Dye Molecule and Surface of Active Crystal on the Organized Assemblies Formation of Dyes

Four derivatives of 5,5',6,6'-tetrachlorobenzimidazolocarbocyanine iodide with different long alkyl chain substituents in N-position of polymethine chromophore have been used for investigating the influence of hydrophobicity of dyes on the aggregation.It has been found that all dyes formed monomeric species in methyl alcohol. However, after addition of water to CH_3OH to change the polarity of the solvent, difference between dyes appeared.Addition of inorganic salt facilitated the J-aggregation of easy soluble dye, but it seems useless for the sparely soluble dye.Platelets cut from AgBr polycrystal or pressed AgBr powder have been used as substrate for adsorbing dyes. After addition of hexanoic acid, eventually the J-aggregate on AgBr surface could be destroyed.Voltammetry is a useful tool to investigate the interaction between dyes and AgBr. Experimental results showed that the longer the carbon chain substituents is, the stronger the interaction between AgBr and dyes would be.     

水杨酸-2’-乙基己基酯在胶束中的增溶位点

考察了阳离子、非离子和阴离子表面活性剂存在下水杨酸-2’-乙基己基酯(EHS)的吸收光谱和激发态分子内质子转移(ESIPT)荧光光谱. 结果表明, EHS可增溶在胶束中, 2’-乙基己基碳链朝向胶束内核, 而水杨酸基朝向胶束-水界面; 胶束环境有利于EHS分子对紫外光的吸收和分子内氢键的形成, 从而使ESIPT 荧光显著增强, 激发态分子以发射可见光和非辐射去活化方式衰减; 并根据EHS和表面活性剂分子的结构和大小, 解释了EHS分子在胶束中的结合位点, 荧光猝灭和酯水解的光谱测量进一步为此结合位点提供了佐证.     

镀金和碳纳米管修饰金电极上吸附态葡萄糖氧化酶比活性的EQCM研究

采用石英晶体微天平(EQCM)技术监测了裸金电极、镀金和碳纳米管修饰金电极上葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)的吸附过程. 通过EQCM测量吸附固定的GOD质量, 并实时检测酶反应产物H2O2的氧化电量, 求算了各表面上吸附态GOD的比活性(ESAi). 结果表明, 各表面上均可吸附一定的GOD, 且吸附态GOD均有一定的酶活性; 修饰CNTs可增大酶吸附量和酶电极对葡萄糖的响应电流, 但ESAi随CNTs修饰量的增大而降低; Au电极上电镀金后, 酶吸附量和酶电极对葡萄糖的响应电流亦增大, 但ESAi与裸金电极上的基本一致.     

Catalytic Enantioselective Reduction of Prochiral Ketones with Chiral Ferrocenyl Amino Alcohols

The asymmetric reduction of prochiral ketones was catalyzed by a class of recoverable and highly stable chiral ferrocenyl amino alcohols derived from natural amino acids to yield optically active secondary alcohols in high chemical yields and moderate to good enantiomeric excesses.     

聚丙烯酸/聚丙烯酰胺水溶液复合特性的研究

通过酸度、电导率、粘度、接触角的测定,研究了聚丙烯酸 (PAA) /聚丙烯酰胺 (PAM) 水溶液复合物及复合物膜的结构和性能。结果表明,酸度、温度、浓度和复合比影响PAA/PAM的复合水溶液中大分子链的构象和流体力学体积,适度的氢键作用可以形成均相的复合溶液。经过热处理和未经热处理的聚合物膜表现出了不同的亲水性能。
