Hydrothermal Synthesis and Structural Characterization of a Novel Organic—Inorganic Hybrid Compound {[Cu（2,2′—bpy）2]2—Mo8O26}

A novel organic-inorganic hybrid compound {[Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]2Mo8O26} has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group, Pna21,with a=2.4164(5),b=1.8281(4),c=1.1877(2)nm,V=5.247(2)nm^3,Z=4,and final R1=0.0331,wR2=0.0727.The structure consists of discrete {[Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]2Mo8O26} clusters,constructed from a β-octamolybdate subunit[Mo8O26]^4- covalently bonded to two [Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]^2 coordination complex cations via bridging oxo groups.In addition,the spectroscopic properties and thernal behavior of this compound have been investigated by spectroscopic techniques (UV-vis,IR,Raman and EPR spectra) and TG analysis.     

Efficient degradation of dye pollutants using dioxygen mediated by iron(Ⅱ) 2,2''-bipyridine loaded layered clay catalyst under visible irradiation

The organic-inorganic layered solid catalyst Fe(bpy)32+-laponite was able to photodegrade Rhodamine B (RhB) by activation of dioxygen under visible irradiation (λ＞420 nm), while the homogeneous aqueous solution Fe(bpy)32+ showed no photoactivity. The catalyst could be repeatedly used and retained its reactivity. The hybrid catalyst could be separated from the suspension by centrifugation or sedimentation. The TOC removal yield of RhB was measured. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) formed during degradation was detected by EPR. A possible mechanism was proposed on the basis of the experimental results.     

Bentone-34/OV-1毛细管柱的研制及其分离性能

自行研制了Bentone-34/OV-1高效石英毛细管气相色谱柱,并利用该柱分别对二甲苯、二氯苯和二氯甲苯异构体3种体系进行分析.在选用的色谱条件下,难分离物质对二甲苯和间二甲苯分离度达3;间二氯苯和对二氯苯分离度达1 3.结果表明该柱具有分离效果好,分析速度快的优点.     

7,8-二氢-6,6-二甲基-7,8-环氧-6氢-吡喃[2,3-f]苯并-2,1,3-噁二唑的合成

本文给出了一条较好的制备7,8-二氢-6,6-二甲基-7,8环氧-6氢-吡喃[2,3-f]苯并-2,1,3-噁二唑的合成路线,即由对乙酰氨基苯酚经酯化、Fries重排、环合、还原、脱水、硝化、脱酰基、氧化、脱氧和催化环氧化等反应制得标题化合物,其结构经元素分析和光谱数据确证。     

A new approach to the synthesis of α-chlorocycloalkanones

α-Chlorocycloalkanones(Ⅳ) were synthesized from cycloalkanones via potassiumα-oxocycloalkylsulfonates(Ⅱ).A two-step mechanism was proposed to explain the formation ofⅣfromⅡ.     

Determining PPARγ-ligand binding affinity using fluorescent assay with cis-parinaric acid as a probe

Upon the study of small-molecules binding to proteins, the traditional methods for calculating dissociation constants (Kd and Ki) have shortcomings in dealing with the single binding site models. In this paper, two equations have been derived to solve this problem. These two equations are independent of the total concentration or initial degree of saturation of receptor and the activity of the competitive molecule. Through nonlinear fitting against these two equations, Kd value of a probe can be obtained by binding assay, and Ki value of a ligand can be obtained by competitive assay. Moreover, only the total concentrations of receptor([R]t), ligand([L]t) and probe([P]t) are required for the data fitting. In this work, Ki values of some typical ligands of PPARγ were successfully determined by use of our equations, among which the Ki value of PPARγ-LY171883 was reported for the first time.     

Ni(phen)(H2O)(V2O6)的水热合成和晶体结构（英）

A novel compound Ni(phen)(H₂O)(V₂O₆) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally determined to be a two-dimensional compound, which contains {V₂O₆}_n^2n- chains interconnected by nickel(Ⅱ) complexes via oxygen atoms. The crystallographic data measured by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis are as follows: C₁₂H₁₀N₂NiO₇V₂, M_r=454.81, monoclinic, space group P2₁/c, a=0.784 6(3), b=2.103 6(8), c=0.942 3(4) nm, β=112.872(5)°, V=1.433 0(10) nm³, Z=4, D_c=2.104 Mg·m^-3, μ(Mo Kα)=2.615 mm^-1, F(000)=904, T=298(2) K, 4 480 reflections collected, 2 470 independent (R_int=0.032 2), the final R=0.058 4 and wR₂=0.145 7 for 2 303 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). CCDC: 192520.     

Organic Reactions in Ionic Liquids： An Efficient Method for the Synthesis of Phenacyl Esters by Reaction of Carboxylic Acids with α-Bromoacetophenone Promoted by Potassium Fluoride

An efficient method is reported for the synthesis of phenacyl esters by reaction of carboxylic acids with a-bromoacetophenone promoted by potassium fluoride in ionic liquid [Bmim]PF6, the yield of the reaction is almost quantitative and the products are essentially pure.     

~1H MAS NMR characterization of hydrogen over silica-supported rhodium catalyst

Hydrogen species in both SiO2 and Rh/SiO2 catalysts pretreated in different atmospheres (H2, O2, helium or air) at different temperatures (773 or 973 K) were investigated by means of 1H MAS NMR. In SiO2 and O2-pretreated catalysts, a series of downfield signals at -7.0, 3.8-4.0, 2.0 and 1.5-1.0 were detected. The first two signals can be attributed to strongly adsorbed and physisorbed water and the others to terminal silanol (SiOH) and SiOH under the screening of oxygen vacancies in SiO2 lattice, respectively. Besides the above signals, both upfield signal at -110 and downfield signals at 3.0 and 0.0 were also detected in H2-pretreated catalyst, respectively. The upfield signal at -110 originated from the dissociative adsorption of H2 over rhodium and was found to consist of both the contributions of reversible and irreversible hydrogen. There also probably existed another dissociatively adsorbed hydrogen over rhodium, which was known to be p hydrogen and in a unique form of "delocalized hydrogen". It wa
