A general, rapid and highly efficient method for the synthesis of diaryl ethers under the assistance of microwave irradiation was described. A series of diaryl ethers were prepared by direct coupling of phenols and aryl halides in good to excellent yields in anhydrous DMF or NMP at 150 ℃ within 20 rain. The presence of water was found to have a significant impact on the Ullmann C-O coupling reaction between aryl halides and phenols under microwave irradiation. 相似文献

5,15-Di-bithienyl porphyrin (1) and its Cu(Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ) complexes (2 and 3)[1] were polymerized according to Scheme 1 by chemical oxidation using FeCl3 as oxidant for making organic conductor, and the linear porphyrin-thiophene copolymers were obtained. The structures of the copolymers were identified by elemental analysis and IR spectra. The conductivity of poly 5,15-di-bithienyl porphyrin (4) doped with FeCl3 was measured to reach over 10-6 S/cm, which was in the range of semiconductor and higher than that of other porphyrin-thiophene copolymers prepared by Shimidzu. The higher conductivity may be due to the better conjugation between the thienyl group and the porphyrin ring. The thienylporphyrins 7 and 8 could not be polymerized under the similar conditions, but could be polymerized by electrochemical oxidation (working electrode: gold-plate electrode; counter electrode: platinum; reference: standard calomel electrode SEC; solvent: 0.1 mol·dm-3 n-Bu4NClO4 in dry MeCN). 相似文献

Two new sesquiterpenoids, namely 1β,4β-dihydroxy-5 α,8β(H)-eudesm-7(11)Z-en-8,12-olide (1) and 1β,4α-dihydroxy-5α,8β(H)-eudesm-7(11)Z-en-8,12-olide (2), along with six known ones, homalomenol A (3), oplodiol (4), 5α,7α(H)-6,8-cycloeudesma-1β,4β-diol (5), oplopanone (6), 4β,10α-dihydroxyaromadendrane (7) and spathulenol (8), were isolated from the aerial part of Chloranthus spicatus (Thunb.) Poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-supported dendrimers have been synthesized using 2.4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine (TCT) as dendrons and tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane as tinkers with high loading capacity, excellent solubility and thermal stability by divergent method. 建立了离子色谱检测皂粒中葡萄糖酸钠含量的分析方法。样品经METROSEP CARB 1糖分析色谱柱(150 mm×4.0 mm,5μm)分离,以150 mmol·L~(-1) NaOH+20 mmol·L~(-1)NaAc水溶液为流动相进行等度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min~(-1),采用瑞士万通850型离子色谱仪,选择脉冲安培检测器进行测定,外标法定量。结果显示:葡萄糖酸钠在0.5~200 mg·L~(-1)质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性,相关系数(r~2)为0.999 6,检出限为0.25 mg·L~(-1),定量下限为0.63 mg·L~(-1)。葡萄糖酸钠在1~20 mg/g加标范围内的回收率为80.7%~104%。该方法无需衍生化处理,操作简单方便,灵敏度高,可用于皂粒产线葡萄糖酸钠含量的监控与测定。 相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure of Li3AlB2O6 with different cell parameters are reported and these cells are transformed each other from the confirmation of crystallographic structural analyses. The absorption spectrum, luminescence and lifetimes of the Li3AlB2O6 and LiSrBO3 solid compounds are measured and the comparisons are made between them. It is shown that the absorption edges are at about 400 nm (or band gap 3.1 eV) and there is one of absorption peaks at about 350 nm for the Li3AlB2O6 and LiSrBO3. The emission band (530 nm) makes a red shift and fluorescence decay time (24.39 ns) of the Li3AlB2O6 becomes smaller compared with the emission band (480 nm) and lifetime (93.16 ns) of the LiSrBO3 at the visible region. The transition energies and oscillator strengths of the clusters (Li3AlB2O6)2 and (LiSrBO3)2 lying at low excited states are calculated by the time-dependent Hartree-Fock method. The obtained results are used to model the photophysical properties and discuss the origin of spectral bands of the Li3AlB2O6 and LiSrBO3. 相似文献

为将生物体内微观的蛋白行为可视化并以宏观信号呈现出来对蛋白进行实时、动态分析,借助SNAP-tag蛋白标签技术与有机小分子荧光染料,构建了一系列用于活细胞内实时监测目标蛋白的免洗荧光探针。标签蛋白SNAP-tag能够特异性识别探针中的苄基鸟嘌呤,从而使目标蛋白共价连接上荧光团(萘酰亚胺),携带上荧光信使。此外,由于萘酰亚胺从水环境中被牵引至SNAP-tag蛋白的疏水空腔,其荧光信号呈现出2~13倍的增强。通过SNAP-tag标签蛋白与目标蛋白的融合,该荧光探针实现了对活细胞内线粒体蛋白CoX8A及核内蛋白H2B特异性识别,在免洗条件下完成了对目标蛋白的实时追踪及原位分析。 相似文献

采用多拷贝同时搜寻法(MCSS), 并结合现有微管抑制剂的SAR及3D-QSAR对β微管蛋白中Taxol(紫杉醇)结合腔的性质进行了分析. 结构研究结果表明, Taxol结合腔以疏水性质为主, 并指出官能团分布的具体位置: 在Phe270上方(Leu361-Pro272-Leu273-Leu228之间)的弧形区域、Asp26羧基下方及其与Glu22羧基之间、M-loop的中部, 以及Asp224内侧且靠近Arg276的胍基的位置. 而Asp224的内侧又是新提出的结合位点. 研究结果符合现有微管抑制剂的SAR, 为现有抗肿瘤药物的结构改造以及小分子微管抑制剂设计提供了理论依据. 相似文献
