类金钢石非晶碳薄膜的光吸收和光致发光研究

我们用激光轰击石墨靶成功地制备出类金刚石无氢非晶碳薄膜.测量了光学吸收、光致发光及其随入射光强度的变化关系.结果表明,这种薄膜具有类金刚石的性质,光学带隙在1.67-2.25eV,发光在可见光区呈宽带结构.低激发强度下发光强度超线性变化,而在高激发强度下则为线性发光.我们用非成对载流子复合的模型对结果给出了合理的解释.用带尾态饱和的模型解释了发光峰值随激发光强增加而蓝移的现象.     

塞曼石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定粉尘降尘中痕量锡

以KOH熔样,又以KOH作基体改进剂,研究了测定锡的灰化温度、原子化行为和消除干扰及试样前处理的方法,以KOH熔解的粉尘及降尘样液,特别适用于塞曼石墨炉的测定,背景可完全扣除。方法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度和精度高。相对标准偏差为4.0%,回收牢在96.4～110%范围内。     

Evolution of the Alfvénic correlation in the solar wind

Summary The radial evolution of Alfvénic correlation is such that its value decreases with increasing heliocentric distance. So far this behaviour has been interpreted as an increase in the local production of ?inward? modes interacting destructively with the ?outward? modes. This work, which deals with largescale turbulence, shows that local generation phenomena are not commonly found in the solar wind and that the Alfvénic character of the fluctuations mainly depend on the ?outward? modes alone. The interaction of these modes with density and/or magnetic-field structures convected by the wind causes their destruction and a consequent depletion of the Alfvénic correlation. The same effect would be obtained if ?inward? modes were really present. Our conclusions are that large-scale ?inward? modes are the spectral counterpart of non-propagating field and plasma structures convected by the solar wind and identified as both compression regions and pressure balance structures. Na2SbF5晶体倍频系数的理论计算

本文使用阴离子基团理论计算了Na₂SbF₅晶体的倍频系数,得到d₁₂₃=4.48×10^-10esu,与实验值符合较好。计算结果表明,阴离子基团中孤对电子的存在有利于产生大的倍频效应。本文还分析了Na₂SbF₅晶体倍频系数小的原因:尽管(SbF₅)^2-基团存在孤对电子可以对晶体倍频系数有较大贡献,但孤对电子能级的相对位置对其倍频系数有不利影响,从而导致它的倍频系数d₁₂₃较小。 关键词：     

Characteristic values of the integral equation satisfied by the Mathieu functions and its application to a system with chirality-pair interaction on a one-dimensional lattice

We investigate low-temperature behaviors of a system with chirality-pair interaction on a one-dimensional lattice. In the course of the investigation, we evaluate asymptotic forms of the characteristic values of the integral equation satisfied by the Mathieu functions. It turns out that the low-temperature behavior of correlation length of the chirality-pair correlation function is different from the one for the Ising model of spin ±1 but akin to the one for the Ising model of infinite spin.

On the retrograde condensation of one or two liquids

This contribution discusses the phenomena of retrograde condensation of one or two liquids. It w1 be shown that both phenomena can be well understood. Also the relation of retrograde condensation of one liquid phase with the condensation behavior of natural gas will be discussed. Similarly that of two liquid phases with multiple phase behavior occurring in low temperature reservoir fluids will be pointed out.     

Certified reference materials for the quality control of analysis in the environment

Summary The Community Bureau of Reference (BCR) has undertaken the production of a wide range of certified reference materials (CRMs) for the improvement of accuracy and measurement harmony in various areas of concern at European Community level. This paper provides an overview of the sectors of the BCR-programme in the field of environment i.e. for water systems (water, sediment, biota), soil analysis (soil, fertiliser, waste), plant analysis (aquatic and terrestrial plants), analysis related to animals (e.g. muscle or liver) or man (e.g. industry and food).     

曙光一号自由电子激光器的理论计算

系统总结曙光一号自由电子激光器理论计算的主要结果:包括曙光一号装置主要参数的选取和理解;磁场失谐曲线的计算;常参数摇摆器和变参数摇摆器的主要结果;高阶波导模的贡献;电子束参数扰动对激光性能的影响;空间电荷效应等。计算结果表明,常参数摇摆器激光输出功率可达80MW,效率约50％;变参数摇摆器激光输出功率可达250MW左右,效率约16％。
