Solvent extraction of uranium with α-benzoinoxime from aqueous solutions has been systematically investigated. The extraction equilibration was very fast and achieved at 60 s for uranium. The extraction of uranium was pH-dependent using α-benzoinoxime as extractant. The effect concentration of uranium and α-benzoinoxime was studied. The uranium loaded in the organic phase can be stripped efficiently with 93 % yield using 0.1 M HCl as the stripping agent in a single stripping step. A good selectivity for uranium was observed through α-benzoinoxime as extractant from aqueous solution with other interfering cation ions. Present study suggested that α-benzoinoxime can be used as a potential extractant for separation of uranium from aqueous solution using centrifugal extractor in industrial application. 相似文献

A simple, sensitive, and reliable liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method has been developed for determination of pyraoxystrobin in rat plasma and applied to a toxicokinetics study. The separation was performed by gradient elution on a Luna 5 μ C18 (2) 100 Å column (50?×?4.6 mm I.D., 5 μm) with mobile phase: water (0.1 % formic acid, v/v)/acetonitrile (0.1 % formic acid, v/v), followed by quantification with a mass detector in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode using ESI as an interface. The calibration curve was linear over a concentration range of 1.00–200 ng/mL. The recovery for pyraoxystrobin ranged from 101.4 to 108.2 %. The intraday bias and precision ranged from ?9.3 to 8.1 % and from 0.7 to 8.4 %, respectively, and the interday bias and precision ranged from ?0.3 to 4.0 % and from 4.4 to 7.2 %, respectively. Voltammetric Behavior of Semicarbazide at Graphene Modified Electrode and Application to Detection 下载免费PDF全文
Herein voltammetric behaviors of semicarbazide (SEM) are investigated by employing a graphene modified working electrode, which displays attractive electroanalytical properties. In the acetate buffer solution of pH 4.00, there is a well‐defined oxidative peak of SEM, attributing to the irreversible and adsorption‐controlled electrode reaction with 2 electrons participation. The values of apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant k′s with the redox are 0.0061 s?1 and 0.0009 s?1, respectively, for two scan rate section. After the experimental parameters, which influence the voltammetric responses of SEM, including supporting electrolyte, pH, accumulation time and accumulation potential, etc., are optimized, it is found that the anodic peak current of SEM is proportional to its concentration in the range of 4 ‐ 40 μmol/L with a detection limit of 1 μmol/L (S/N = 3). Then, an electrochemical method for detecting SEM quantitatively is developed successfully. The concentrations of SEM in fortified tap water samples are tested with satisfactory recovery, indicating that the novel method is strongly promising in the environmental monitoring application. 相似文献

A novel metal-organic complex [La(o-NCP)3]n(o-HNCP = 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)imidazo(4,5- f)(1,10)-phenanthroline) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.898(2), b = 16.193(3), c = 16.909(3) , α = 67.68(3), β = 80.85(3), γ = 78.78(3)o, V = 2448.2(8) A3, Z = 2, Mr = 1156.9, Dc = 1.569 g/cm3, μ = 0.71073 A, F(000) = 1164, GOOF = 1.065, the final R = 0.051 and wR = 0.123 for 8539 observed reflections with I 2A(I). The complex exhibits a one-dimensional double chain structure. The adjacent chains are further connected by N–H...N hydrogen bonds which help to form a two-dimensional supramolecular architecture. A resonant-light-scattering (RLS) method was proposed to quantify phosphate for screening inhibitors of isozymes of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (PDE). In acidified mixtures of phosphate, papaverine and molybdate, there were aggregates exhibiting micrometre sizes, no absorbance peaks over 360 nm but strong RLS peaks at 392 nm; Mie scattering thus accounted for the RLS signals. When papaverine was added before molybdate to acidified samples of phosphate, RLS signals at 392 nm were stable from 5 to 25 min since the addition of molybdate; after optimization, phosphate from 0.40 to 3.60 μM was quantifiable. This RLS method tolerated 60 mg L−1 proteins besides common PDE inhibitors and dimethyl sulfoxide in acidified samples of phosphate; the integration of this RLS method with the coupled action of a phosphomonoesterase on PDE product was thus rational to measure PDE activities without the removal of proteins in samples. By quantifying activities of a truncated mutant of human PDE4B2 via this RLS method, Michaelis–Menten constant, inhibition constants of rolipram, papaverine and theophylline varied over three magnitudes and were consistent with those estimated by an improved malachite green assay of phosphate, respectively. We report the complete ethanolysis of Kraft lignin over an α‐MoC1?x/AC catalyst in pure ethanol at 280 °C to give high‐value chemicals of low molecular weight with a maximum overall yield of the 25 most abundant liquid products (LP25) of 1.64 g per gram of lignin. The LP25 products consisted of C6–C10 esters, alcohols, arenes, phenols, and benzyl alcohols with an overall heating value of 36.5 MJ kg?1. C6 alcohols and C8 esters predominated and accounted for 82 wt % of the LP25 products. No oligomers or char were formed in the process. With our catalyst, ethanol is the only effective solvent for the reaction. Supercritical ethanol on its own degrades Kraft lignin into a mixture of small molecules and molecular fragments of intermediate size with molecular weights in the range 700–1400, differing in steps of 58 units, which is the weight of the branched‐chain linkage C3H6O in lignin. Hydrogen was found to have a negative effect on the formation of the low‐molecular‐weight products. 相似文献
