Injectable hydrogels for nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs’ (NSAIDs) delivery to minimize the side effects of NSAIDs and achieve long‐term sustained release at the targeted site of synovial joint are attractive for osteoarthritis therapy, but how to improve its mechanical strength remains a challenge. In this work, a kind of 1D natural clay mineral material, attapulgite (ATP), is introduced to a classical cyclodextrin pseudopolyrotaxane (PPR) system to form a reinforced supramolecular hydrogel for sustained release of diclofenac sodium (DS) due to its rigid, rod‐like morphology, and unique structure, which has great potential in tissue regeneration, repair, and engineering. Investigation on the interior morphology and rheological property of the obtained hydrogel points out that the ATP distributed in PPR hydrogel plays a role similar to the “reinforcement in concrete” and exhibits a positive effect on improving the mechanical properties of PPR hydrogel by regulating their interior morphology from a randomly distributed style to the well‐ordered porous frame structure. The hybrid hydrogels demonstrate good shear‐thinning and thixotropic properties, excellent biocompability, and sustained release behavior both in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, preliminary in vivo treatment in an acute inflammatory rat model reveals that the ATP hybrid hydrogels present sustained anti‐inflammatory effect. 相似文献

Over the past two decades, progress in chemistry has generated various types of porous materials for removing iodine (129I or 131I) that can be formed during nuclear energy generation or nuclear waste storage. However, most studies for iodine capture are based on the weak host-guest interactions of the porous materials. Here, we present two cationic nonporous macrocyclic organic compounds, namely, MOC-1 and MOC-2 , in which 6I- and 8I− were as counter anions, for highly efficient iodine capture. MOC-1 and MOC-2 were formed by reacting 1,1′-diamino-4,4′-bipyridylium di-iodide with 1,2-diformylbenzene or 1,3-diformylbenzene, respectively. The presence of a large number of I− anions results in high I2 affinity with uptake capacities up to 2.15 g ⋅ g−1 for MOC-1 and 2.25 g ⋅ g−1 for MOC-2 . 相似文献

The analytical expressions of the various structural units and the average degree of branching for the hyperbranched polymers resulted from AB2 polycondensation with substitution effect were derived by the kinetic mechanism.The reactivity difference between the B group in linear unit and that in terminal group has great effect on the molecular parameters of the products obtained.The concentration of terminal units has a maximum with the increase of the conversion of A groups(x).The higher the reactivity ratio(r) of linear B group to branched one is,the later the maximum appears and the larger it is.The degree of branching of the hyperbranched polymers obtained is controllable by adjusting the parameters of r and x,which increases with increasing both x and r. 相似文献

Highly ordered titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanotubes film was successfully synthesized via anodic oxidation of a Ti foil in an ammonium fluoride-based ethylene glycol solution. The electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) behavior of the resulting TiO2 nanotubes film was subsequently studied. Strong ECL emission was observed at −1.40 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) and the ECL spectrum displayed three emission peaks which were bathochromatically shifted by ca. 140 nm as compared to its corresponding photoluminescence (PL) emission peaks, indicating that the surface state plays an important role in the emission process. The ECL emission can also occur in a deareated solution attributing to the surface adsorbed O2 molecules. The ECL emission intensity was quenched by dopamine and greatly enhanced in the presence of dissolved O2 and H2O2, making it possible to detect these analytes. The TiO2 nanotubes film has been successfully applied to determine the dissolved O2 content in river and pond water samples, the H2O2 concentration in commercial disinfectant samples and the dopamine concentration in commercial dopamine injections with satisfactory results. The plausible ECL mechanisms of TiO2 nanotubes film in aqueous solution are discussed. 相似文献

Highly stereoselective reduction of prochiral ketones by a bacterial reductase coupled with cofactor regeneration 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A carbonyl reductase gene (yueD) from Bacillus sp. ECU0013 was heterologously overexpressed in Escherichia coli, and the encoded protein (BYueD) was purified to homogeneity and characterized. The NADPH-dependent reductase showed a broad substrate spectrum towards different aromatic ketones, and α- and β-ketoesters. Although the enantioselectivity was high to moderate for the reduction of α-ketoesters, all the tested β-ketoesters and aromatic ketones were reduced to the corresponding chiral alcohols in enantiomerically pure forms. Furthermore, the practical applicability of this enzyme was evaluated for the reduction of ethyl 4-chloro-3-oxobutanoate (1a). Using Escherichia coli cells coexpressing BYueD and glucose dehydrogenase, 215 g L(-1) (1.3 M) of 1a was stoichiometrically converted to ethyl (R)-4-chloro-3-hydroxybutanoate ((R)-1b) in an aqueous-toluene biphasic system by using a substrate fed-batch strategy, resulting in an overall hydroxyl product yield of 91.7% with enantiomeric purity of 99.6% ee. 相似文献

The metabolite profiling of fruits of the herb Ligustrum lucidum Ait collected during different months has been performed using ultra-performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC/QTOFMS) and multivariate statistical analysis techniques. The markers such as oleuropein acid, neonuezhenide, specnuezhenide, oleuropein and ligustrosidic acid accountable for such variations were identified through the loadings plot of principal component analysis (PCA), and the tentative identification of the markers is completed by comparing the mass spectra and retention times with those of reference compounds and/or tentatively assigned by matching empirical molecular formulae and MS/MS data with those of the known compounds published. Furthermore, one of the chemical markers, such as specnuezhenide, which is water-soluble, biologically active and also the predominant compound in this crude drug, was quantified by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a tunable UV detector (UPLC-TUV). The developed UPLC method provides good linearity (r(2)=0.9991), repeatability (RSD=2.96%), intra- and inter-day precisions (RSD=0.21%, 0.96%), with accuracies of 99.18-100.26% and a recovery of specnuezhenide of 97.57%. The fruits of L. lucidum Ait collected from August to December were tested. The results clearly show that the fruits of L. lucidum Ait harvested in October have the highest yields of specnuezhenide. It is also noted that the variations of content of specnuezhenide obtained by both methods have a strong correlation. This suggests that the newly proposed strategy is a reliable and simple method for the rapid discrimination of subtle variations, within the same plant species or strains, due to different seasonal collection times. 相似文献

The lack of authentic standards limits the quantitative analysis of herbal drugs in biological samples. This present work demonstrated a practicable assay of herbs and their metabolites independent of the availability of authentic standards. A liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS) method for the qualitative and quantitative determination of the metabolites after oral administration of Evodiae fructus and Zuojinwan preparation in rat urine has been developed. Urine samples extracted with a protein precipitation procedure were separated on a C(18) column using a mixture of water (containing 0.1% formic acid) and acetonitrile (30:70, v/v) as mobile phase. The detection was performed by MS with electrospray ionization interface in positive selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode. One urine sample after administration was selected as 'standard'. The method validation was carried out according to a conventional method that was calibrated by authentic standards. The fully validated method was applied to the pharmacokinetic study of the metabolites in rat urine. The results could provide evidence to explain the combination of Coptidis rhizoma and Evodiae fructus in terms of elimination. 相似文献

Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis. Isolated hydrolysable tannins, flavonoids, and flavonol galactopyranoside gallates showed significant inhibition of the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes and triglyceride accumulation in maturing adipocytes, and nitric oxide production in RAW 264.7 cells. 相似文献
