采用固相二步合成法,通过在预烧粉料中添加LiBiO2,制备出一种低温烧结的Pb0.95Sr0.05(Zr0.54Ti0.46)O3压电陶瓷材料。LiBiO2的添加具有降低烧结温度同时提高陶瓷性能的优点。实验结果表明:适量的LiBiO2掺杂,可形成过渡液相烧结,使烧结温度降低到950~1050℃,比未添加时的烧结温度低240~340℃。当w(LiBiO2)=1.0%,陶瓷达到最佳压电性能:压电应变常数d33=425 pC/N,平面机电耦合系数kp=57.62%,退极化温度Td=350℃,相对介电常数ε3T3/ε0=1543,介电损耗tanδ=0.0216,剩余极化强度Pr=35.51μC/cm2,体积密度ρ=7.45g/cm3。该材料可应用于低温共烧的叠层压电器件中。 相似文献

Prolonged intake of aristolochic acid (AA) has been shown to be associated with the development of certain renal disorders.
Renal tubular atrophy and interstitial fibrosis are the early symptoms of AA nephropathy. The symptoms were observed in rats
that were dosed with AA at a dosage of 10 mg/kg/day for 1 month. Apart from the renal tubular atrophy and interstitial fibrosis,
AA–DNA adducts were detected in the rat kidney tissue. Differentiated proteins were identified in the kidney tissues from
proteomics investigations. The upregulated proteins identified included ornithine aminotransferase, sorbitol dehydrogenase,
actin, aspartoacylase, 3-hydroxyisobutyrate dehydrogenase, and peroxiredoxin-1. Downregulated proteins such as ATP synthase
subunit β, glutamate dehydrogenase 1, regucalcin, glutamate–cysteine ligase regulatory subunit, dihydropteridine reductase,
hydroxyacyl-coenzyme A dehydrogenase, voltage-dependent anion-selective channel protein 1, prohibitin, and adenylate kinase

Dry gamma-valerolactone (GVL) is stable for several weeks at 150 °C and its thermal decomposition only proceeds in the presence of appropriate catalysts. Since GVL does not react with water up to 60 °C for several weeks, it could be used as a green solvent at mild conditions. At higher temperatures, GVL reacts with water to form 4-hydroxyvaleric acid (4-HVA) and reaches the equilibrium in a few days at 100 °C. Aqueous solutions of acids (HCl and H2SO4) catalyze the ring opening of GVL even at room temperature, which leads to the establishment of an equilibrium between GVL, water, and 4-HVA. Although the 4-HVA concentration would be below 4 mol% in the presence of acids, it could be higher than the concentration of a reagent or a catalyst precursor, not to mention a catalytically active species. The latter could be especially worrisome as 4-HVA could be an excellent bi- or even a tri-dentate ligand for transition metals. Aqueous solution of bases (NaOH and NH4OH) also catalyzes the reversible ring opening of GVL. While in the case of NaOH, the product is the sodium salt of 4-hydroxyvalerate, the reversible reaction of GVL, with NH4OH results in the formation of 4-hydroxyvaleric amide. The reversible ring opening of (S)-GVL in the presence of HCl or NaOH has no effect on the stability of the chiral center. 相似文献

本文求解了横观各向同性介质中椭圆夹杂内受非弹性剪切变形引起的弹性场。采用各向异性弹性力学平面问题的复变函数解法,结合保角变换,获得夹杂内应变能和基体内边界的应力分布和相应的应变能的表达式。进一步,根据最小应变能原理,获得表征夹杂平衡边界的两个特征剪切应变,从而得到了弹性场的解析解。通过应力转换关系,验证了应力解满足夹杂边界上法向正应力和剪应力的连续条件,表明了该解的正确性。本文解可用于复合材料断裂强度的分析中。 相似文献
