A facile synthesis of 2-substituted-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinazolinones in 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol

2-Substituted-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinazolinones were obtained in high yields by condensation of anthranilamide with aryl, alkyl or heteroaryl aldehydes or ketones in the refluxing 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol without any catalyst.     

Stannous oxalate as a novel catalyst for the synthesis of polytrimethylene terephthalate

Stannous oxalate was prepared efficiently and characterized by XRD and FT-IR. It exhibited higher catalytic activity and had profitable effect than tetrabutyl titanate and stannous octoate for the synthesis of polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) via esterification-route. Over this catalyst, the degree of esterification of pure terephthalic acid was up to 94.4% at 260°C after 1.5 h, while the intrinsic viscosity and content of terminal carboxyl groups of the corresponding PTT polyester, polymerized at 260°C, 60 Pa for 2 h, was 0.8950 dL/g and 15 mol/t, respectively. Stannous oxalate was a promising catalyst for the synthesis of PTT polyester.     

Fusarielin E, a new antifungal antibiotic from Fusarium sp.

A new antifungal antibiotic,fusarielin E,was isolated from the marine-derived fungus Fusarium sp.Its structure was established on the basis of various NMR spectroscopic analyses and HR-FAB-MS.Fusarielin E displayed significant biological activity against Pyricularia oryzae.     

Synthesis of polypiperazine-amide thin-film membrane on PPESK hollow fiber UF membrane

A new interfacial polymerization (IP) procedure is developed in order to synthesize polypiperazine-amide thin-film membrane on the inner surface of poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) hollow fiber ultrafiltration (UF) membrane.A hollow fiber composite membrane with good performance was prepared and studied by FT-IR and scanning electron microscopy.     

气相色谱-质谱法分析木奶果挥发油的化学成分

采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从大戟科木奶果中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱对挥发油的化学成分进行了分析。鉴定出19种化合物,占总油量的100%,用面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对百分含量。木奶果挥发油主要成分为正十六碳酸、丁基甲氧基苯、9,12-十八碳二烯酸,分别占挥发油总量的29.53%、17.47%和11.59%,三者占其总量的58.59%。     

Chiral Cu(II) complex catalyzed enantioselective addition of phenylacetylene to N-aryl arylimines

Chiral tridentate N-tosylated aminoimine ligands were used in the Cu(II)-catalyzed enantioselective addition of phenylacetylene to N-aryl arylimines, affording products up to 92% ee.     

新型阴离子Gemini表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂C10E6混合溶液的胶团化的研究

研究了烷基苯磺酸盐Gemini表面活性剂Ia与非离子表面活性剂C10E6溶液混合胶团中分子间的相互作用. 通过表面张力法测定了Ia 和C10E6不同比例不同温度下的临界胶束浓度(cmc). 结果表明, 两种表面活性剂以任何比例复配的cmc比单一表面活性剂的cmc都低, 表现出良好的协同效应. 传统型非离子表面活性剂C10E6、Gemini表面活性剂Ia及混合物的cmc都随着温度升高而降低. 而且, 任何配比的混合胶团中两种表面活性剂分子间的相互作用参数β都是负值, 这说明两种表面活性剂在混合胶团中产生了相互吸引的作用. 混合表面活性剂体系的胶团聚集数比单一Ia的大, 但比单一C10E6的小. 向Gemini表面活性剂Ia胶束中加入非离子表面活性剂C10E6会使胶束的微观极性变小.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Inhibition of the K562 Cell Proliferation of N＇-Tertbutylaminocarbonyl-N-2-chlorophenoxyacetylthiourea

The title compound N'-tert-butylaminocarbonyl-N-2-chlorophenoxyacetylthiou- rea has been synthesized for the first time. Complete assignments were achieved by IR, 1H NHR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The inhibitory rate of the cellular growth of K562 cells (chronic myeloid 1eukemic cells) was measured using MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazo-2-y1)-2,5-di- phenyltetra-zolium bromide] assay. The cell apoptosis was assessed by agarose gel electrophoresis to find that the title compound has antiproliferation and apoptosis inducing effects on K562 cells. In order to investigate the relationship between structure and activity of the target compound, we report its crystal structure and biological behavior in the present paper. Crystallographic data: C14H18- ClN3O3S, Mr = 343.82, orthorhombic, space group Pnma, a = 19.786(6), b = 6.789(2), c = 12.938(4) , V = 1738.0(9) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.314 g/cm3, F(000) = 720, μ(MoKα) = 0.354 mm-1, R = 0.0378 and wR = 0.0941. The molecule is a planar structure.     

Synthesis and Characterization of a One- dimensional Molybdenum Oxide （H2enMe）[Mo3O10]

A hybrid organic-inorganic material (H2enMe)[Mo3O10] (C3H12Mo3N2O10, Mr = 523.97) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pnma with a = 12.430(2), b = 7.6089(12), c = 11.9553(19) , V = 1130.7(3) 3, Dc = 3.078 g/cm3, Z = 4, μ(MoKa) = 3.328 mm1, F(000) = 1000, the final R = 0.0256 and wR = 0.0716 for 1314 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). A total of 11780 reflections were measured and 1325 were unique (Rint = 0.0244). It consists of infinite one-dimensional edge-sharing MoO6 octahedral chains with [Mo3O10]2 moieties. The protonated diaminopropane cations are located between the chains and linked to the oxygen atoms of the inorganic skeletal backbones by hydrogen bonds. It is indicated that the as-synthesized compound displays photochromic property in the solid state.     

离子色谱法快速分析可口可乐中阴离子

在离子色谱法测定可口可乐饮料中3种阴离子(PO43-,SO42-及NO3-)时,单独用Dionex IonPac AG14A柱代替常规方法中的联合用两柱Dionex IonPac AS14及IonPac AG14作色谱柱。采用5 mmol.L-1Na2CO3及6 mmol.L-1NaHCO3的混合溶液作流动相,上述3种阴离子的分离可在3 min内完成。饮料试样在色谱分离之前需经脱气并先后通过Dionex On-guardP及RP两柱以除去“可乐”饲料中可能存在的酚类物质及大分子有机物。对方法的精密度作了试验,3种阴离子的峰面积的RSD(n=6)值均小于0.2%,回收率在90.5%~103.2%之间。
