Thiosemicarbazides of diphenylphosphorylacetic acid and their cyclic derivatives have been synthesized. Functionalization of the obtained 1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones with ethyl 2-bromoacetate at the sulfur atom has been carried out, the obtained esters have been transformed into the corresponding hydrazides via hydrazinolysis. Preliminary pharmacological tests of the synthesized compounds have been performed.  相似文献

Reaction of (4-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl)chloromethanediphenylchlorophosphonium chloride with trimethyl orthoformate affords (4-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl)chloromethanediphenylphosphine oxide. The latter undergoes dehydrochlorination under the action of trimethyl orthoformate and O-methyl diethylphosphinate, and with diphenylchloro- and triphenyl phosphines it gives the corresponding phosphonium salts.  相似文献

New method for synthesis of phosphorylated methylene quinones via bromination of the sterically hindered phenol [prepared via benzylation of secondary chlorophosphines with 4-(methoxymethyl)-2,6-di-tert-butylphenol] with N-bromosuccinimide followed by dehydrobromination with trimethyl orthoformate has been developed. Tertiary phosphine oxides containing the fragment of sterically hindered phenol and amine or acetonyl group have been synthesized for the first time in the reaction of phosphorylated methylene quinones with N- and C-nucleophiles.  相似文献

Abstract

Dialkyl alkynylphosphonites (I) react with esters and nitriles of α-oxocarboxylic acids to give phosphorylated alkanoates, 1,3,2-dioxaphospholanes and l-phosphabicyclohept-4-enes, depending on the nature of the reagent and conditions of the reaction. The reaction of dialkyl alkenylphosphonites (II) with esters and nitriles of α-oxocarboxylic acids predominantly leads to dioxaphospholane derivatives.  相似文献
