Simple and efficient one-pot synthesis of 5-substituted isoxazoles and pyrazoles has been developed. The formation of the target isoxazoles and pyrazoles is initiated by 1,2-nucleophilic addition of generated in situ hydroxylamine or hydrazine to α-acetylenic γ-hydroxyaldehydes with further intramolecular cyclization of the adducts. It has been shown that a femtosecond plasma of cluster targets is an almost isotropic source of fast ions and, hence, can be used to obtain ionographic images with a wide field of view. The spatial resolution of the resulting ionographic images is no worse than 600 nm, which corresponds to a uniquely high value of about 105 of the ratio of the field of view to the resolution. The use of 100–300-keV ion fluxes ensures the sensitivity of the method to the sample thickness of no worse than 100 nm even for samples consisting of light chemical elements (C, H). The proposed method can be used to obtain images of low-contrast biological objects, thin films, membranes, and other nanostructured objects. 相似文献

Dramatic reductions of the linewidths of well-known deep centers in 28Si reveal "isotopic fingerprints" of the constituents. The approximately 1014 meV Cu center, thought to be either a Cu pair or an isolated Cu, is shown to contain four Cu atoms, and the approximately 780 meV Ag center is shown to contain four Ag. The approximately 944 meV ;{*}Cu center, thought to be a different configuration of a Cu pair, in fact contains three Cu and one Ag, and a new two-Cu two-Ag center is found. The approximately 735 meV center, previously assigned to Fe, actually contains Au and three Cu. This suggests a family of four-atom (Cu, Ag, Au) centers. 相似文献

We have observed simultaneously both the fast proton generation and terahertz (THz) radiation in the laser pulse interaction
with a 5-μm thick titanium target. In order to control the proton acceleration and THz radiation, we have changed the duration
of the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) preceding the main pulse generated by the high-intensity Ti:sapphire laser. A
fast proton beam with the maximal energy of ∼ 490 keV has been realized by reducing the duration of the ASE. Simultaneously,
an intense emission of THz radiation is observed for various ASE durations. We propose the antenna mechanism for the THz radiation,
according to which the fast electrons moving along the target surface emit the low-frequency electromagnetic wave.

The laser-driven acceleration of high quality proton beams from a double-layer target, comprised of a high-Z ion layer and a thin disk of hydrogen, is investigated with three-dimensional particle-in-cell simulations for an obliquely incident laser pulse. The proton beam energy reaches its maximum at a certain incidence angle, where it can be much greater than the energy at normal incidence. The proton beam propagates at some angle with respect to the target surface normal and with some tilt around the target surface, as determined by the proton energy and the incidence angle. 相似文献

Addition of bromine and potassium dihaloiodates(i) to 2-alkyl-2-azabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-enes and 2-alkyl-2-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-5-enes affords quaternary ammonium salts containing the aziridine ring and the polyhalide anion.
