The scattering of slow particles with nonzero orbital angular momentum in the field of a finite potential is considered. The respective scattering problem is solved in the Pais approximation. The inverse problem is solved for the Pöschl-Teller equation, and a general scheme for Pais resonances and a procedure for calculating scattering cross sections for resonance particles are formulated.

In this work a coupled thermo-mechanical problem of non-homogeneous shells with variable thickness and variable Young modulus (a so-called Timoshenko type model) is considered. The problem is reduced to uniformly correct problem in the form of a first order difference operator equation. A systematic study of the kinetics of the low-temperature oxidation of carbon monoxide with oxygen on a PdCl2–CuCl2/γ-Al2O3 supported catalyst was carried out over a wide range of the partial pressures of oxygen, water, and CO in order to test hypotheses on the reaction mechanism. It was shown that, as the temperature was increased from 20 to 38°C, rate of formation of CO2 decreased and the apparent activation energy was about–40 kJ/mol. The hypotheses of different degrees of complexity concerning the reaction mechanism were formulated based on physicochemical data and a Langmuir–Hinshelwood model. Mechanisms in which carbon dioxide is formed on the interaction of the surface Pd(I) and Pd(II) complexes that include carbon monoxide and water with the surface complex of Cu(I) that coordinates oxygen were recognized as the most probable.  相似文献

The parameters of vaporization, mass-transfer, condensation, and epitaxial growth by hot wall technique (HWT) of ZnSe and CdSe thin films on monocrystalline Ge and Si substrates are studied (Bubnov et al.). It is shown, that the layers structure is improved as the mass transfer mechanism approaches to gasodinamical vapor flow. The influence of condensation temperature of the layers on their crystallographic structure is shown. The increase of the temperature gradient from the source towards the substrate as well as the substrate temperature conditions for growing layers of hexagonal modification. The decrease of the temperature gradient leads to cubic modification. The electron diffraction study revealed the stepwise character of the zinc selenide and cadmium selenide film growth. The knowledge of the parameters of ZnSe and CdSe thin films on monocrystalline Ge and Si by hot wall technique at relatively low substrate temperatures allows to obtain layers, suitable for formation of solid state devices for registration and reflection of optical information.  相似文献

Eleven mechanisms for heterogeneous catalytic ethylene hydrogenation obtained with a computer program MECHEM were examined for possible multiplicity of steady states in an isothermal flow-type well-stirred reactor. Of these eleven mechanisms, four allow the multiplicity of steady states, but the others do not. The multiplicity of steady states is shown to be a strong discriminating factor when considering the hypothetical mechanisms of catalytic reactions.  相似文献
