Using resonant laser ionization, beta-decay studies, and for the first time mass measurements, three beta-decaying states have been unambiguously identified in 70Cu. A mass excess of -62 976.1(1.6) keV and a half-life of 44.5(2) s for the (6-) ground state have been determined. The level energies of the (3-) isomer at 101.1(3) keV with T(1/2)=33(2) s and the 1+ isomer at 242.4(3) keV with T(1/2)=6.6(2) s are confirmed by high-precision mass measurements. The low-lying levels of 70Cu populated in the decay of 70Ni and in transfer reactions compare well with large-scale shell-model calculations, and the wave functions appear to be dominated by one proton-one neutron configurations outside the closed Z=28 shell and N=40 subshell. This does not apply to the 1+ state at 1980 keV which exhibits a particular feeding and deexcitation pattern not reproduced by the shell-model calculations.  相似文献

Cytochrome p450(BioI)(CYP107H1) is believed to supply pimelic acid equivalents for biotin biosynthesis in Bacillus subtilis: we report here that the mechanistic pathway adopted by this multifunctional p450 for the in-chain cleavage of fatty acids is via consecutive formation of alcohol and threo-diol intermediates, with the likely absolute configuration of the intermediates also reported.  相似文献

Helmholtz electrically induced extra mass inside a charged hollow sphere, recently evidenced by Mikhailov, is analogous to Machs inertial mass. We report the observation of commensurability oscillations in an AlAs two-dimensional electron system where two conduction-band valleys with elliptical in-plane Fermi contours are occupied. The Fourier power spectrum of the oscillations shows two frequency components consistent with those expected for the Fermi contours of the two valleys. From an analysis of the spectra we deduce m(l)/m(t)=5.2+/-0.5 for the ratio of the longitudinal and transverse electron effective masses, a fundamental parameter that cannot be directly measured from other transport experiments.  相似文献

We introduce the notion of distributed quantum dense coding, i.e., the generalization of quantum dense coding to more than one sender and more than one receiver. We show that global operations (as compared to local operations) of the senders do not increase the information transfer capacity, in the case of a single receiver. For the case of two receivers, using local operations and classical communication, a nontrivial upper bound for the capacity is derived. We propose a general classification scheme of quantum states according to their usefulness for dense coding. In the bipartite case (for any dimensions), bound entanglement is not useful for this task.  相似文献

When the calibration of a routine measurement procedure is traced back to metrological higher order, a significant discrepancy can occur between the analytical conditions of the routine measurement and the analytical conditions that were used in the clinical studies upon which the decision-making criteria are based. This can lead to serious interpretation errors with possible dramatic consequences for patients. The calibration of the creatinine Jaffé method is an excellent example of the importance of medical traceability. The compensated Jaffé method correlated accurately with the reference method and the compensated Jaffé creatinine clearance (CrCl), Cockroft and Gault and MDRD with the 51Cr EDTA clearance. The Schwartz estimate based upon the compensated Jaffé and enzymatic method overestimated, while uncompensated Jaffé slightly underestimated glomerular filtration rate (GFR). The situation in children is complex since serum creatinine concentrations are much lower in infants, rendering tubular secretion relatively more important. Low-molecular weight proteins have been suggested to replace serum creatinine as a marker for GFR. -trace protein, cystatin C, and 2-microglobulin showed good correlation with GFR. However, care should be taken in patients presenting with some malignant tumors, since significant increases of cystatin C in patients with metastatic melanoma or colorectal cancer has been reported.Presented at the 9th Conference on Quality in the Spotlight, 18-19 March 2004, Antwerp, Belgium  相似文献

A method was optimalised for the quantitative determination of ceftiofur and its active metabolite desfuroylceftiofur in horse plasma and synovial fluid.The principle of the method was that bound desfuroylceftiofur is first released by dithioerythritol, a reducing agent, followed by the derivatization of the free sulfhydryl group with iodoacetamide. The stable derivative—desfuroylceftiofuracetamide—was then further purified using an Oasis HLB solid-phase extraction column. Chromatography was performed using a PLRP-S polymeric column (100 Å, dp: 5 μm,  mm i.d.), with a mixture of 0.1% trifluoro acetic acid in water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase. Gradient elution was performed. The flow-rate was 0.4 ml/min and the UV detector was set at a wavelength of 266 nm. The method was validated in plasma and synovial fluid (linearity, precision, trueness, LOQ, LOD, specificity, susceptibility to interferences). Calibration graphs were prepared over a concentration range of 0-20 μg/ml and good linearity was achieved (r≥0.99, g≤10%). A limit of quantification of 0.5 μg/ml was obtained for ceftiofur in both matrices. Limits of detection were 0.36 and 0.27 μg/ml for ceftiofur in plasma and synovial fluid, respectively. The results of the within-run and between-run precision and the trueness fell within the ranges specified.The main advantage of our method, compared to previously reported methods, was that the sample preparation procedure was less time consuming, resulting in a higher sample throughput (up to 40 samples a day). In addition, the analysis cost was reduced due to the consumption of a lower amount of solvents and reagents and of only one solid-phase extraction column per sample. The method was successfully applied during a pharmacokinetic study in horses after the administration of ceftiofur sodium via regional intravenous perfusion and systemic intravenous injection.  相似文献

In this paper a theoretical model to study the time and space evolution of the plasma generated during the interaction between a KrF laser and a Ti surface has been developed. An optimisation of the initial parameters in the continuous evaporation approximation, such as temperature (T0), rate production of matter (zd), velocity (v0) and ionization degree (), has been carried out to reproduce the experimental profiles obtained by time and space resolved laser induced plasma spectroscopy.
