Atomic layer deposition (ALD) of zinc oxide (ZnO) films on (0 0 0 1) sapphire substrates was conducted at low temperatures by using diethyl-zinc (DEZn) and nitrous oxide (N2O) as precursors. It was found that a monolayer-by-monolayer growth regime occurred at 300 °C in a range of DEZn flow rates from 5.7 to 8.7 μmol/min. Furthermore, the temperature self-limiting process window for the ALD-grown ZnO films was also observed ranging from 290 to 310 °C. A deposition mechanism is proposed to explain how saturated growth of ZnO is achieved by using DEZn and N2O. Transmission spectroscopic studies of the ZnO films prepared in the self-limiting regime show that the transmittances of ZnO films are as high as 80% in visible and near infrared spectra. Experimental results indicate that ZnO films with high optical quality can be achieved by ALD at low temperatures using DEZn and N2O precursors. 相似文献

Since Balas extended the classical linear programming problem to the disjunctive programming (DP) problem where the constraints are combinations of both logic AND and OR, many researchers explored this optimization problem under various theoretical or application scenarios such as generalized disjunctive programming (GDP), optimization modulo theories (OMT), robot path planning, real-time systems, etc. However, the possibility of combining these differently-described but form-equivalent problems into a single expression remains overlooked. The contribution of this paper is two folded. First, we convert the linear DP/GDP model, linear-arithmetic OMT problem and related application problems into an equivalent form, referred to as the linear optimization over arithmetic constraint formula (LOACF). Second, a tree-search-based algorithm named RS-LPT is proposed to solve LOACF. RS-LPT exploits the techniques of interval analysis and nonparametric estimation for reducing the search tree and lowering the number of visited nodes. Also, RS-LPT alleviates bad construction of search tree by backtracking and pruning dynamically. We evaluate RS-LPT against two most common DP/GDP methods, three state-of-the-art OMT solvers and the disjunctive transformation based method on optimization benchmarks with different types and scales. In this paper, we report the stabilized 10-GHz actively mode-locked fiber ring laser constructed with non-polarization-maintained fiber. Long term stabilization was achieved by synchronous modulation technology, based on an error signal extraction and procession circuit. The output pulses maintained very well over 8 hours with the pulse width of ~11 ps and the spectrum width of ~0.37 nm. Meanwhile the output power and the center wavelength of the output pulse also kept stable at 1.6 mW and 1550.3 nm respectively. In this paper, we study topological dynamics of high-dimensional systems which are perturbed from a continuous map on Rm×Rk of the form (f(x),g(x,y)). Assume that f has covering relations determined by a transition matrix A. If g is locally trapping, we show that any small C0 perturbed system has a compact positively invariant set restricted to which the system is topologically semi-conjugate to the one-sided subshift of finite type induced by A. In addition, if the covering relations satisfy a strong Liapunov condition and g is a contraction, we show that any small C1 perturbed homeomorphism has a compact invariant set restricted to which the system is topologically conjugate to the two-sided subshift of finite type induced by A. Some other results about multidimensional perturbations of f are also obtained. The strong Liapunov condition for covering relations is adapted with modification from the cone condition in Zgliczyński (2009) [11]. Our results extend those in Juang et al. (2008) [1], Li et al. (2008) [2], Li and Malkin (2006) [3], Misiurewicz and Zgliczyński (2001) [4] by considering a larger class of maps f and their multidimensional perturbations, and by concluding conjugacy rather than entropy. 旋转和旋转剪切能抑制磁流体不稳定性和增强等离子体约束.低杂波电流驱动作为未来聚变堆上可能的旋转驱动手段,探索低杂波在现有托卡马克装置上驱动等离子体旋转的驱动机制,可以为未来的聚变堆上旋转预测提供重要参考.在东方超环托卡马克装置上,早期发现了2.45 GHz的低杂波能有效驱动等离子体旋转的现象,认为是边界旋转的改变导致芯部旋转的同电流方向的增加造成的.更高频率下4.6 GHz低杂波电流驱动可以更有效地驱动同电流方向的等离子体旋转.本论文分析在欧姆背景等离子体下,不同功率的低杂波对等离子体环向旋转的影响,研究安全因子剖面变化对环向旋转的关系,利用功率调制获得了低杂波驱动旋转实验中的环向动量输运系数变化情况,发现环向动量扩散系数(χφ)、环向动量箍缩系数(Vpinch)的数值大小趋势是从芯部向靠外的区域逐渐变大.这与低杂波驱动环向旋转时,环向旋转速度由靠外的区域向芯部传递的特性吻合. 相似文献
