Photoabsorption studies of red fluorescent protein chromophore anions have been performed at the ELISA electrostatic heavy-ion storage ring. The broad absorption band due to electronic excitation of the chromophores is tuned to a longer wavelength (redshifted) by extending the electronic conjugation of the molecule. A clear vibrational progression is resolved with E(vib) approximately 380 and 520 cm(-1) for two different forms of the chromophore. The vibrational modes correspond to collective motions of the entire molecular structure. It is argued that the excited electronic state has an equilibrium configuration far from that of the electronic ground state, i.e., poor Franck Condon overlap. 相似文献

UV laser excitation of cryogenic solids doped with cyanoethyne, HC(3)N, led to an in situ creation of longer carbon-nitrogen chains, namely HC(5)N, C(4)N(2), and C(6)N(2), heralded by their strong visible luminescence. HC(5)N and C(4)N(2) molecules can form, most probably, within HC(3)N aggregates linked by hydrogen bonds, while the reaction occurring between two isolated, photochemically created C(3)N radicals yields C(6)N(2). This latter species, dicyanobutadiyne, is easily detected in Ar, Kr, N(2), as well as in parahydrogen solids. The C(6)N(2) phosphorescence is identified here for the first time. The prediction of natural frequencies of rectangular plates where a profiled indentation is present is made using a Rayleigh–Ritz variational energy method. O3, PZT) ferroelectric ceramic layers deposited on to 6″ platinized silicon wafer using the spin-coating technique. Selecting
a diol-based solvent as diluting medium, a PZT solution with remarkable shelf life up to 1 year has been prepared. To synthesize
such a reproducible and time-stable solution, a ripening step before dilution has been introduced. The deposition process
has been also optimized to reduce the required number of coatings and to avoid intermediate high-temperature annealing. By
carefully controlling environmental parameters, the as-developed PZT solution leads to reproducible high-performance thin
film capacitor, enabling an industrial use. Thus, 200-nm thick PZT layers with permittivity as high as 900, capacitance as
