横向射流式单重态氧发生器的性能实验研究

 对氧碘化学激光器的单重态氧发生器（SOG）进行了改进，采用横向射流方式，并对该横向射流式单重态氧发生器的性能进行了检测。实验中过氧化氢碱溶液温度控制在－16℃左右,氯气流量为530mmol/s，He与氯气的流量比为3;采用PS法测量单重态氧分子的产率,吸收法测量氯气的利用率和相对水含量。得出如下结论:在不使用冷阱和分离器的情况下，最高单重态氧分子产率达到58%, 氯气利用率在80%以上,相对水含量小于等于0.5;气体达到最大流量时,发生器仍然能稳定地工作。     

Metabolites of A Novel Antibiotic Bitespiramycin in Rat Urine and Bile

A sensitive analytical method to identify active metabolites of bitespiramycin in rat urine and bile was developed by liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(LC/ESI-MS^n).Bitespiramycin and its major active metabolites in rat urine and bile were isolated and identified as M1 serial(spiramycin Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ),M2 serial(platenomycin A1,josamycin and leucomycin A1) and M3 serial(deisovalerylplatenomycin A1,deisovaleryljosamycin,deisovalerylleucomycin A1).     

A Novel Cardiac Glycoside from Parepigynum funingesis

From the dried aerial part ofParepigynumfuningesis Tsiang et P. T. Li (Apocynaceae),a new cardiac glucoside, named parefuningoside (1) had been isolated. Its structure was determined by means of hydrolysis and spectral analysis.     

Additive Maps Preserving Nilpotent Operators or Spectral Radius

Let X be a （real or complex） Banach space with dimension greater than 2 and let B0（X） be the subspace of B（X） spanned by all nilpotent operators on X. We get a complete classification of surjective additive maps Ф on B0（X） which preserve nilpotent operators in both directions. In particular, if X is infinite-dimensional, we prove that Ф has the form either Ф（T） = cATA^-1 or Ф（T） = cAT＇A^-1, where A is an invertible bounded linear or conjugate linear operator, c is a scalar, T＇ denotes the adjoint of T. As an application of these results, we show that every additive surjective map on B（X） preserving spectral radius has a similar form to the above with ｜c｜ = 1.

一种可实时化的多光谱图像融合系统

在多光谱摄影和光电成像技术基础上，本文提出了一种可实时化的多光谱图像融合系统。与多光谱摄影相比，不仅可实现多光谱实时化摄像，而且光谱响应进一步向近红外延伸，并引入图像处理技术。实验表明：这种技术对于增加系统的识别能力具有明显的作用，可进一步构成不同用途的新型多光谱图像融合系统。     

类铜离子的电子碰撞参数及其规律

用准相对论扭曲波方法系统地计算了Ｂａ、Ｎｄ、Ｇｄ、Ｙｂ、Ａｕ、Ｐｂ类铜离子组态能级之间的电子碰撞激发强度Ω（ｎｌ－ｎｌ），３≤ｎ≤７，４≤ｎ≤７，同时给出了高能极限的碰撞强度和外推到阈值的碰撞强度，用最小二乘样条方法拟合了全能域碰撞强度及热平均速率系数。对于一个激发过程，用１０个参数可以得到碰撞电子在任意能量下的碰撞强度以及任意温度下的速率系数。     

Effect of C layer on the structures and magnetic properties of (0 0 1)-oriented [C/CoPt]n/Ag films

CoPt/Ag and [C/CoPt]n/Ag thin films have been prepared onto the glass substrates by magnetron sputtering. We investigated the evolution of texture and magnetic properties of CoPt/Ag and [C/CoPt]n/Ag films. The results show that C-doping plays an important role in improving (0 0 1) texture, improving the order parameter S, reducing the intergrain interactions, and making the magnetization reversal mechanism more close to Stoner-Wolfarth rotational mechanism. The growth mechanism of (0 0 1) texture also seems to be related strongly to the films thickness. Our results show that the highly (0 0 1)-oriented films with ordered fct phase have a significant potential for the perpendicular media of extremely high-density recording.

Barrier-free intermolecular proton transfer in the uracil-glycine complex induced by excess electron attachment

The photoelectron spectra (PES) of anions of uracil-glycine and uracil-phenylalanine complexes reveal broad features with maxima at 1.8 and 2.0 eV. The results of ab initio density functional B3LYP and second order M?ller-Plesset theory calculations indicate that the excess electron occupies a π^* orbital localized on uracil. The excess electron attachment to the complex can induce a barrier-free proton transfer (BFPT) from the carboxylic group of glycine to the O8 atom of uracil. As a result, the four most stable structures of the anion of uracil-glycine complex can be characterized as the neutral radical of hydrogenated uracil solvated by the anion of deprotonated glycine. The similarity between the PES spectra for the uracil complexes with glycine and phenylalanine suggests that the BFPT is also operative in the case of the latter anionic species. The BFPT to the O8 atom of uracil may be related to the damage of nucleic acid bases by low energy electrons because the O8 atom is involved in a hydrogen bond with adenine in the standard Watson-Crick pairing scheme.
