A continuous wave (CW), extra-cavity singly resonant optical parametric oscillator (SRO) has been demonstrated. The SRO was
based on 5% Magnesium-Oxide doped periodically-poled Lithium Nio-bate (MgO:PPLN) pumped by a Yb fiber laser centered at 1064.7
nm. The SRO was able to generate light with idler wavelengths ranging from 2.9 to 4.1 μm. For a pump power of 15 W, the idler

This paper presents CW and acoustic-optical Q-switched Tm,Ho:YLF laser performance in a laser-diode end-pumping figure-eight ring resonator structure at 77 K. Under CW operation, different transmission of output couplers and different cavity length were used to achieve best characteristics of the laser. The maximum power of 1.85 W is achieved with the threshold of 2.09 W, slope efficiency of 28.14% and optical-to-optical efficiency of 20.3% on the condition of 1 m cavity length and 18% transmission. Under pump power of 4 W, laser characteristics under Q-switched operation with different pulse repeat frequency was investigated. Maximum energy of 5.86 mJ is achieved with pulse width of 171.2 ns, peak power of 34.2 kW and dynamic-static ratio about Q-switch laser of 0.62 at pulse repeat frequency 70 Hz. 相似文献

ABSTRACT The interaction between phenformin hydrochloride and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated by the methods of chemiluminescence combined with equilibrium dialysis technique. A novel N-bromosuccinimide (NBS)–eosin Y (EY) chemiluminescence (CL) method was established for the determination of phenformin. The mechanism of this chemiluminescence system was proposed. Optimization studies were performed to determine the phenformin. Under the optimal conditions, the CL intensity was linear for a phenformin concentration over the range of 4.6 × 10?8 to 5.0 × 10?5 g/mL. The detection limit was 1.5 × 10?8 g/mL. The data obtained by the present equilibrium dialysis–CL system were analyzed using the Klotz plot and the Scatchard analysis. The results showed that the Klotz plot and the Scatchard plot are linear with good correlation coefficient, indicating that the phenformin has only one type of binding site on BSA. The binding parameters were the number of the binding sites n (1.02) and the estimated association constant K (2.66 × 104 L/mol). The chemiluminescence system combined with equilibrium dialysis developed in this work demonstrated its use for determination of interaction between drug and protein by using relatively simple instrument. 相似文献

We report continuous-wave (CW) and repetitively Q-switched operation of an in-band-pumped Ho:LuAG laser at room temperature. End-pumped by a Tm:YLF solid-state laser with emission wavelength of 1.91 μm, the CW Ho:LuAG laser generated 5.4-W output at 2100.7 nm with beam quality factor of M 2~1.03 for an incident pump power of 14.1 W, corresponding to slope efficiency of 67% with respect to absorbed pump power. Up to 1.5-mJ energy per pulse at pulse repetition frequency (PRF) of 3 kHz and 4.5-W average power with FWHM pulse width of 28 ns at 5 kHz were demonstrated in repetitively Q-switched operation. 相似文献

A modified method for preparing large-scale quantities of pure hexachlorocyclophosphazene (N3P3Cl6) and octachlorocyclotetraphosphazene (N4P4Cl8), phosphorus pentachloride with ammonium chloride, in the presence of zinc chloride, has been developed. The time of the reaction and the quantities of the catalyst are also studied. It is found that the optimum reaction time is 1.5 h and by-products are remarkably reduced by addition of 10% zinc chloride. As indicated by the 31 P NMR spectra, the synthesis and separation of cyclophosphazenes can be accomplished in moderate yield of tetramer (39%) and good yield of trimer (83%). 相似文献

A liquid chromatographic chiral stationary phase based on (+)‐(18‐crown‐6)‐2,3,11,12‐tetracarboxylic acid was applied to the resolution of 15 analytes, including racemic rasagiline, a chiral drug for the treatment of Parkinson's disease, and its analogues. The composition of mobile phase was optimized to be ethanol/acetonitrile/acetic acid/triethylamine (80:20:0.2:0.3, v/v/v/v) by evaluating the chromatographic results for the resolution of five selected analytes under various mobile phase conditions. Under the optimized mobile phase conditions, racemic rasagiline was resolved quite well with a separation factor of 1.48 and resolution of 2.71 and its 14 analogues were also resolved reasonably well with separation factors of 1.06–1.54 and resolutions of 0.54–2.11. Among 15 analytes, racemic rasagiline was resolved best except for just one analyte. The analyte structure–enantioselectivity relationship indicated that racemic rasagiline has the most appropriate structural characteristics for resolution on the chiral stationary phase. 相似文献

In this paper we describe a class of stochastic biochemical systems exhibiting bistable behavior, in the sense that the invariant measure associated to the system is concentrated near two different classes of states of the system. We develop methods that allow us to describe the behavior of the invariant measure in some suitable asymptotic limits, as well as the switching times for the transitions between the states close to each of the states with high probability. Due to the discrete character of the problem, switching times cannot be computed using the classical Kramers’ formula, and alternative methods are required. 相似文献

The deposition of TiO2 nanoparticles on SiC was carried out by mechanical milling under different conditions. SiC–TiO2 samples were used as photocatalysts for the degradation of organic dyes such as methylene blue and rhodamine B. A short time deposition of TiO2 nanoparticles was observed during mechanical milling (2 min at 200 rpm) to cover the SiC particles. The presence of SiC and TiO2 (anatase and rutile) was confirmed by means of X-ray diffraction after thermal treatment at 450 °C. The deposition of TiO2 on SiC was corroborated by scanning electron microscopy analysis; the thickness of the thin layer of TiO2 deposited on SiC increases as the proportion of TiO2 increases. The energy band gap values obtained for these compounds were around 3.0 eV. SiC–TiO2 photocatalysts prepared by mechanical milling exhibited better activity under UV-light irradiation for the degradation of methylene blue and rhodamine B than commercial TiO2 powder (titania P25). 相似文献
