It is shown for the first time that suppressing parasitic oscillations in a piezoelectric resonator with a lateral electric field by applying a damping coating or by spatially separating the HF electric field source from the resonating plate allows us to achieve record-high Q values for parallel and series resonances. The potential to fabricate an array of acoustically decoupled resonators on a single piezoelectric substrate, and to design microdisplacement sensors with temperature compensation, is also demonstrated for the first time. 相似文献

Reactions of polyfluorinated chalcones with guanidine in the presence of bases are accompanied by elimination of the polyfluorophenyl group. 3-(Pentafluorophenyl)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one and its derivatives reacted with guanidine under basic conditions to give 4-phenylpyrimidin-2-amine, polyfluorobenzenes, and Michael adducts, 3-(2-amino-4-phenylpyrimidin-5-yl)-3-(4-R-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl)-1-phenylpropan-1-ones. 1-(Pentafluorophenyl)-3-phenylprop-2-en-1-one and 1,3-bis(pentafluorophenyl)prop-2-en-1-one were converted into cinnamic acid derivatives whose reaction with guanidine afforded 2-amino-6-aryl-5,6-dihydropyrimidin-4(1H)-ones. 相似文献

A series of anthraquinone (C(14)O(2)H(8)) derivatives has been studied by means of electron capture negative ion mass spectrometry (ECNI-MS), photoelectron spectroscopy (PES), and AM1 quantum chemical calculations. Mean lifetimes of molecular negative ions M(-.) (MNI) have been measured. The mechanism of long-lived MNI formation in the epithermal energy region of incident electrons has been investigated. A simple model of a molecule (a spherical potential well with the repulsive centrifugal term) has been applied for the analysis of the energy dependence of cross sections at the first stage of the electron capture process. It has been shown that a temporary resonance of MNI at the energy approximately 0.5 eV corresponds to a shape resonance with lifetime 1-2.10(-13) s in the f-partial wave (l = 3) of the incident electron. The next resonant state of MNI at the energy approximately 1.7 eV has been associated with the electron excited Feshbach resonance (whose parent state is a triplet npi* transition). In all cases the initial electron state of the MNI relaxes into the ground state by means of a radiationless transition, and the final state of the MNI is a nuclear excited resonance with a lifetime measurable on the mass spectrometry timescale. The interaction (hybridization) of different types of acoustic waves of zero and higher orders propagating in lithium niobate piezoelectric plates is theoretically investigated. Different crystallographic orientations of the plates and different directions of wave propagation in them are considered. It is shown that, for an electrically free plate with the propagation direction along any of the crystallographic axes, the dispersion curves have intersection points and hybridization is absent. However, when the propagation direction slightly changes or when one of the plate surfaces is short-circuited, the dispersion curves separate and the waves become coupled. A quantitative coefficient characterizing the degree of wave hybridization with allowance for both mechanical and electric coupling is introduced. It is shown that the dependence of this coefficient on the product of the plate thickness by the wave frequency determines the extent of separation of the dispersion curves of interacting waves. The phenomenon under study is of both fundamental and practical interest, for example, in connection with the problem of an efficient excitation of nonpiezoactive acoustic waves in piezoelectric plates. 相似文献

Secondary phosphine chalcogenides react with diacetone‐d‐glucose (DAG) in the system CCl4/Et3N (70°C, 4–24 h) to afford DAG chalcogenophosphinates in up to 79% yield, thus paving a short way to optically active chalcogenophosphinates with glucose moieties. As an example, a mild regioselective hydrolysis (70°C, aqueous MeCOOH) of DAG bis(2‐phenylethyl)selenophosphinate) obtained leads to monoacetone‐d‐glucose bis(2‐phenylethyl)selenophosphinate. 相似文献

Different methods have been proposed for the incorporation of a dye, vanadyl tetra-5,14,23,32-phenyl-2,3-naphthalocyanine, into the shells of polyelectrolyte capsules. Capsule preparation conditions have been selected to provide efficient incorporation of the dye and stability of capsules to aggregation. A suspension of the capsules has been irradiated with lasers operating at wavelengths belonging to the near-infrared spectral region. It has been found that the capsules can be disrupted under the irradiation. Continuous and pulsed laser radiations have been shown to have different effects on the capsules. 相似文献
